About: I absolutely love animals, and have previously volunteered with the humane society of Oakville. I have been taking care of dogs for my friends for the past 5 years. Recently I got a rescue that was aggressive and reactive towards people. I know how hard finding a loving and caring and patient home can be. Looking to help other dog owners in the area and have our dog make some new doggo friends. I am fairly active and would love to take your dog on walks or follow whatever routine you have in place. My dog Bailey currently gets a minimum of 1 H walk a day in addition to lots of backyard time. I work from home and have a backyard so walks and outside time are easy. Typically I go on 1 to two walks a day with my dog and your doggo is welcome to join. I have a large fenced yard and an active doggo that loves to be chased and is looking to play. I also have experience with behavior challenged dogs.

About: Hi there, My name is Alexis, and I am an Elementary School Teacher, looking for a side gig to make some extra money working with animals! For my entire life, I have had personal experience caring for and walking dogs as I have always had at least one or two of my own at home. I have had 10 years of experience dog walking, and pet sitting here and there for friends, family and neighbours. I currently have a border collie x Labrador retriever mix, and I have had many others dogs including smaller dogs in the past. I love dogs of any breed and size and am able to work with more than one at a time for those with more than one dog in the family. I have had experience training my own dogs throughout my life for puppy age, as well as have worked with senior dogs as well. I have a fenced in yard and a lovey border collie at home to keep your furry friend company. I can offer crating, treats and adventures when your dog stays with me. Your dog would get walks depending on their physical needs and a solid routine with consistent feeding times and exercise.

I am laid back and responsible and I will keep your fur baby safe and happy on our walks together! I also love to brush cats and dogs, especially when they need to have their spring/winter coats brushed out! I have an open schedule! I love to take care of my cats daily and also take care of my friends dog when they are away on work trips. My routine involves a long walk in the morning usually but I’m also known to enjoy an evening walk. I have flexible scheduling! I have a fenced in yard that I can play fetch with your dog. About: I have experience as a PSW and have assisted in training for service alongside my clients. I also have experience training fosters and adopted family members of all ages into the same homes. At home we have a particularly food driven and curious LabxShepherd. She came to us as a puppy, so I know what it takes to help the young ones become comfortable and loved in their homes as well-mannered and obedient members of the family. I currently work part-time during the school year as a student supervisor. This schedule allows me plenty of time in between the hours that I am at school with the children for walks and play dates, check-ins and short stays. I have a fenced in backyard that would be enormous for a small dog and is an adequate size for a large dog. I have a friendly LabxShepherd who is super playful and will keep your pet busy, and will sometimes have them tired by the end of the day. We have barriers in our home to keep our friends out of unsupervised areas. We also have a large crate available for those who require it. If care is needed in your home, I will do my utmost to adhere to all rules, feeding times, appointments and exercise schedules.

She went above and beyond as my boy had some separation anxiety and loose stools, and she knew exactly how to care for him and let me know right away. She left the home very tidy. “Katie was seriously so great. Our dog has a list of needs, and she handled all of them amazingly! Our dog Koda is reactive to people, the TV, and other animals and he is on 2 types of medication. He can be very hard to handle without the right knowledge or patience. Katie came in and stayed 2 nights with him and he did great. Koda loved her and probably wouldnt have minded if she stayed longer! She left our home clean and our dog well cared for. I would recommend her 1000x over. If you want an amazing dog walker/sitter Katie is the way to go!!”

About: I have owned animals since I was a kid. I just recently had my dog pass away and I am very keen on looking after your fur baby like they were my own! My passion is to work with animals. I currently live in an apartment so I’m looking for dog walks or dog sits but once I have a house I will be open to boarding!! As long as your dog gets along with other animals I will be able to allow them in my home ☺️ I do live in an apartment but constantly go outside as I have a dog of my own. I also go on trail walks around the area and can take them to the dog park if allowed.

About: Through my experience having a Jack Russel Terrier, Australian Shepard, Husky, cats, reptiles, and more, I have found a love for all animals; big or small. I am confident in my skills being able to care for and train the basics of animals. I can provide love and care for your pets while you are away. Going for short/long walks, playing games, cuddling on the couch I can provide all the love necessary to make your animals feel at home. Although I am not an animal trainer, I have had 3 dogs that are all well behaved and listen well. I let my dogs off leash as I have trained them to a degree of trust they will listen when called. They are all well behaved on a leash, and I can work on skills with your pets too. I understand the difficulties animals may have and I am comfortable and confident in all situations. Most recently, I have cared for my senior husky who needed a little extra time and attention. I am patient and understanding of the extra care and love needed for senior dogs. I am currently a full-time teacher who loves to be active outside work hours. I am ready to go for long walks in the evenings and extra long explorations on weekends; or stay home if that's what your animal prefers. I try to live an active lifestyle, while always being considerate of being at home with my animals. My life has always revolved around my pets and it will revolve around yours too! I am able to care for your pet in anyway necessary. We can play in the yard together, go for long hikes, or even be lazy couch potatos. I can follow any routines you have set up, such as crating or walk training. I am here for whatever needs you and your loved ones require.

Until recently, I was the proud owner of a Siberian Husky who lived an incredible life right up to the age of 13. Caring for him through all stages of life — from high-energy younger years to senior care — gave me deep experience with exercise needs, mental stimulation, grooming, and adapting routines as pets age. He was truly family, and his long, happy life means the world to me. I work as a teacher therefore have a set schedule, get home at a reasonable time, and can easily predict when I am available for your pets!
