Whatever you’ve got going on, I’ve got you. I have a true love for dogs and enjoy walking them anytime during the day. I have grown up around dogs and am very intuitive to their needs. I am laid back and responsible and I will keep your fur baby safe and happy on our walks together! I also love to brush cats and dogs, especially when they need to have their spring/winter coats brushed out! I have an open schedule! I love to take care of my cats daily and also take care of my friends dog when they are away on work trips. My routine involves a long walk in the morning usually but I’m also known to enjoy an evening walk. I have flexible scheduling! I have a fenced in yard that I can play fetch with your dog. I live with cats and ensure they are well fed, groomed and happy. I love playing with cats and dogs. I have a talent for encouraging cats and dogs to eat as well if they need enticing. I love to take long walks in nature.

“Alissa stayed in our home for a week while caring for our two cats, and I truly couldn’t have asked for a better pet sitter. She left our home immaculate—honestly, it looked even better than when we left. She took wonderful care of all of our indoor and outdoor plants and flowers, and she treated our home with the utmost respect. Most importantly, she cared for our cats as if they were her own. When we returned, I had never seen them so happy. I honestly think they were looking for Alissa when we walked through the door! One of my cats is usually very skittish, but he’s been incredibly relaxed and content since we’ve been home. That says everything about the love, patience, and care she gave them. While we were away, Alissa sent daily photos and updates, which gave us complete peace of mind. About: I have owned animals since I was a kid. I just recently had my dog pass away and I am very keen on looking after your fur baby like they were my own! My passion is to work with animals. I currently live in an apartment so I’m looking for dog walks or dog sits but once I have a house I will be open to boarding!! As long as your dog gets along with other animals I will be able to allow them in my home ☺️ I do live in an apartment but constantly go outside as I have a dog of my own. I also go on trail walks around the area and can take them to the dog park if allowed.

“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Walter was kind enough to accept a lasting team booking for my 22 month old Great Dane and senior Beagle. I was super nervous leaving a 140lbs puppy for a few nights, but after meeting Walter for the first time and seeing his calm, gentle demeanor with my boys; I was instantly at comfort! It was noticeable he has a lot of experience with giant size, active dogs. Each day I received multiple pictures of Walter and my boys on walks, sniffing around, having treats, and snuggling. It definitely felt good knowing they were having as much fun as me when I was away! Walter not only took meticulous care of my boys, he also kept my place perfectly clean. He even walked them again right before I came home, which bought me some extra time to relax with them when I got back. Thank you Walter! We certainly hope you will consider us again in the future!”

About: I’ve cared for a variety of animals including dogs, cats, birds and fish. I have a very safe, clean, calm and loving home to take care for your fur baby. I am currently working afternoons but at home in the morning and night. I am also available most weekends 24 hours a day to provide loving care. I have a large house in a quiet neighbourhood. The property has a big fenced in yard where your fur baby is safe and can freely roam.

About: I love dogs and going on long walks; it’s the best of both worlds! I have worked with dogs of various ages, energy levels, and behaviour. Whether your dog likes to run, play, and walk for hours, or just likes to chill with a pal, I got it! I have worked with puppies and older dogs, reactive dogs when other dogs are near, feeding dogs medication, beep collars, crate-trained dogs, etc. I’d love to meet your fur-friends, learn more about them, and will happily accompany them on walks and play time! I am currently working part-time, more so in the evenings, so I have plenty of time from early mornings til 2-4 that I can walk your pups and provide pet care. As it is only part-time, I am still able to work evenings sometimes! I am in school from Sept.-April, therefore I have plenty of time for long walks and pet care now and am available to be your daily morning dog-walker! I do not offer pet care in my home, although am able to provide pet care in a clients home! All of my pet care experience has been in other people’s homes, whether it was dropping in for a potty break, quick walk, or a long walk, even last minute! I have also provided pet care staying overnight in a client’s home for a minimum of 1 night-2.5 weeks. I may not be able to get time off of my part-time job when staying in a client’s home so I hope it is okay if I am gone for 4-8 hours in the evening for a couple of the evenings, if it falls on the days I am scheduled. I have always made sure to time out feeding and walks according to my work schedule when needed.

About: I have lived and worked in a CKC Registered dog kennel growing up, very familiar with taking care of English Bulldogs and Frenchies specifically. I have also been a pet sitter for many family members with all different breeds, friends and coworkers over the years. I have experience with many dog breeds small to large, cats, small-animals and reptiles. I work part-time, I have a very open schedule for walks, drop ins, hangouts, and home pet sitting for how ever many days may be needed in your home! I have a fenced in yard that is easily accessible even for a older dog that may have mobility issues, I am familiar with every dog park in the city, or I can take them on a hike through one of our many parks and trails. Keeping it laid back is also perfect, a roam around the neighborhood where you're located is a great option also!

About: I have lived with a dog my whole life! For as long as I can remember my family, friends, and people in my community have asked me to take care of their pets and I am always happy to do so, whether they need me just to walk or feed their pet because they are running late or for a longer period of time. I am good with dogs of any age! I am currently a full time student in college, my weekends are always free. I do have class from 9:30-3:30 but I do have two 30 minute breaks throughout the day when I would be able to run back to the house and let the dog out When it comes to caring for a pet, I will do the obvious things like ensuring they are kept out of danger and safe, never outside without a leash unless of course in their own fenced in yard. Of course if the pet owner would like additional and specific precautions taken they can always inform me and I will follow it

About: I am currently enrolled in school to become a veterinary technician. My passion for animals has lead me to become fear free certified and always go above and beyond for the animals in my care. I have grown up with large breed dogs my whole life, and recently became a dog owner with my first dog! I have worked in a doggy daycare for 2 years where I was a supervisor. I have also worked at an animal shelter caring for dogs while they are waiting for their forever home. I have experience with dogs of all sizes and ages, temperaments and training levels. I am very passionate about working with dogs who have some behavioural issues making them “unwanted” in the shelter system. I have experience socializing, training, introducing dogs and advocating for dogs needs. I am very involved in the dog world and am always looking to get more experience with them. I am a part time student in the fall and winter allowing me to have a flexible schedule during the day to tend to your pets needs. I provide drop in services to play with your animals from the comfort of their home, outside on a long scenic nature walk or a short walk while you're at work, even a quick playtime in the backyard if that's what the love to do!
