âThis was the first time leaving Jubie with a live in sitter. Alissa was very accommodating to my spoiled Velcro dog lol. She sent daily updates and pictures which were appreciated. Jubie looks forward to seeing her again. Thanks again Alissaâ

âWonderful companion for our Boys. Arrived promptly, and was patient with us when we were a bit later returning than planned. Great communication, and the dogs really like her. ????â

âShelby was fantastic! She communicated frequently and was able to accommodate my dog who has high needs. She left my home in excellent condition and was easily reachable with quick responses. My pets are very happy after her visit!â

About: I was a vet assistant as young adult. I was involved in the care of the animals in both routine situations and in more critical medical situations. Dogs are an important part of my life. I also have an affinity for cats and any domestic animals. I believe they enrich our lives as humans and are entitled to our care and respect. Recently retired so am available for my pet friends throughout the day and evening. I prefer 48 hour notice but will do my best to accommodate shorter notice requests. I have a fully fenced yard but also believe it's important taking dogs our for walks provided this suits the dogs temperament and the wishes of the owner. I adhere to the owners household and behavioral rules for the pet while in my care. I adapt to the needs and temperament of the pet by providing as much or as little in the way of cuddles and affection as your pet needs. I would be thrilled to meet and care for your pet!
âLisa was incredible. She cared for my four dogs as if they were her own â attentive, warm, and genuinely invested in their well-being. She kept me updated with thoughtful messages and photos throughout my trip, giving me complete peace of mind. Though walking them wasnât expected, she went above and beyond to make sure they were happy and active. Lisa is truly reliable, compassionate, and trustworthy â I wouldnât hesitate to have her back.â

About: I've had pets my whole life and connecting with animals comes naturally to me. In high school, I had the opportunity to work at a pet boarding facility where I gained experience working with dogs and cats of all demeanours. I treat every pet like they're my own - with lots of cuddles, love and play! As a supply teacher, my schedule is flexible and I often finish work early in the afternoon. I love spending my extra time caring for animals and pet care fits naturally into my daily routine. Itâs a fulfilling way to unwind after school and give pets the attention they deserve. Being a pet parent myself, I know how important routine is for animals. I follow feeding, walk, and play schedules closely and give lots of love and attention and love to help them feel safe while you're away. I respect your space and keep everything clean and tidy, just like you left it.
About: Growing up with two furry friends, a Pug and a Shihtzu, was a wonderful experience for me. I learned how to care for them from a young age, taking on responsibilities such as potty training, feeding, and obedience training. As they grew older, I made sure they received the best possible care and attention. My love for animals didn't stop there. I also enjoyed helping my neighbors with dog-sitting, and was a part of an animal rescue organization called ResQ in my hometown. This organization provided care and support to stray dogs and cats, which was a very fulfilling experience for me. When I moved to Canada, I wanted to continue serving animals in need, so I became a foster parent for Full Circle rescue. It was an incredibly rewarding experience to be able to provide a temporary home for dogs of all sizes until they found their forever homes. I will always cherish the memories of fostering these dogs and seeing them flourish under my care. Overall, my experiences with dogs have taught me so much about compassion, responsibility, and the importance of giving back to the community. As someone who works full-time from home with a flexible schedule, I've found it easy to incorporate my furry friends into my daily routine. Typically, my schedule involves taking my foster dogs for a morning walk at around 8am, followed by breakfast. Throughout the day, we have designated times for play, training, and nap time. In the evening, we go for another walk at around 6pm, followed by some more playtime and relaxation. Overall, my routine is designed to keep both me and my furry friends happy and healthy. Your furry friend will have plenty of space to run and play at my home, as I have a large living room and a balcony with high walls. Additionally, I have a crate and lots of toys available for your dog to play with. You can rest assured that your pet will receive lots of love and attention, as I live with two friends who also help me take care of my own pups. Together, we'll make sure that your furry friend has a comfortable and enjoyable stay.
About: Hi, Iâm Moe ! As a lifelong dog lover and the proud owner of two amazing "snow dogs"âBella (my Samoyed) and Thunder (my Malamute)âI know exactly what it takes to keep high-energy, strong, and fluffy dogs happy and healthy. âLiving with a Malamute and a Samoyed has given me specialized experience that most walkers don't have. Iâm comfortable with: âStrength & Handling: I know how to handle strong pullers and large breeds with confidence and patience. âHigh Energy Needs: Whether itâs a long power-walk or an intense play session, I can keep up with dogs that have endless energy. âCoat & Sensitivity: I understand the patience needed for thick-coated breeds and the gentle care required for sensitive personalities. âI treat every dog I watch as if they were part of my own packâwith the same love, discipline, and attention I give to Bella and Thunder. Whether your pup is a gentle giant or a small ball of energy, they will be in safe, experienced hands. âIâm looking forward to meeting your furry best friend! One of the best things about my daily routine is the flexibility I have. Since I manage my own hours as a driver, I have the unique ability to prioritize your petâs needs throughout the day. âMid-Day Availability: I am available for those crucial mid-day walks or drop-in visits when most people are stuck at the office. âMorning & Evening Consistency: Because I set my own schedule, I can guarantee consistent morning and evening routinesâwhether itâs feeding, medication, or exercise. âEmergency Flexibility: If your plans change or you're stuck late at work, I am often nearby and can adjust my driving schedule to make sure your pet is taken care of. âFull-Time Dedication: Pet care isn't just a 'side job' for me; itâs a passion that I balance with my daily travels. My car is always ready, and my schedule is built to ensure Iâm never rushing when Iâm with your furry family members." My approach to pet care is simple: I treat your pets like they are part of my own pack. Whether they are staying with me or I am visiting them in their own environment, their safety, comfort, and happiness are my top priorities. âIn My Home: âA Safe & Social Environment: Your pet will be welcomed into a home that is already set up for animals. Since I have my own dogs and cats, I am an expert at managed introductions to ensure everyone gets along. âSupervised Play: I never leave pets unattended during playtime. I monitor energy levels closely, especially with larger breeds. âRoutine Consistency: I follow your specific feeding, exercise, and potty schedules to keep your petâs anxiety low while youâre away. âIn Your Home (Drop-ins & Walks): âRespect & Security: I treat your home with the utmost respect. I follow all security protocols (locks, alarms) and ensure your pet is safe inside before I leave. âQuality Time: My visits aren't just about food and bathroom breaks; they are about companionship. I spend time playing with them, brushing them, or just sitting with them so they donât feel lonely. âActive Communication: I love sending photo and video updates! You will receive regular check-ins so you can see exactly how much fun your pet is having. âCleanliness: I always clean up after walks and ensure water bowls are fresh and full.
âKatherine is one of the best sitters I met! She left the place so clean and everything is organized for us! We came home with no worrisome! Definitely recommend her to be your sitter (As a jokeâ but Uhhhh NOOOO, because I donât want you to take her from me)!!!!!â
About: I bring over three years of hands-on experience working at an animal hospital, combined with volunteer work at therapeutic riding programs and other animal care organizations. This background has given me a strong understanding of animal behavior, health, and compassionate handling. Whether itâs energetic walks or calm, cozy sitting sessions, Iâm dedicated to providing safe, reliable, and loving care. I treat every pet like family, ensuring they feel comfortable, happy, and well cared for while youâre away. I offer up to two walks per day on weekdaysâone in the morning before work and one in the evening after workâto keep your pup happy and active. On Saturdays, Iâm available for one or two walks depending on my schedule, and on Sundays, I have full availability to provide multiple walks and extra attention. Iâm committed to fitting quality exercise and care into your petâs day, even with my busy schedule, so they feel loved and energized while youâre away. When caring for pets in their own home, I prioritize maintaining their usual routine to keep them comfortable and happy. Whether itâs feeding, playtime, walks, or cuddles, I follow your specific instructions closely. I ensure a safe environment, lots of attention, and companionship so your pet feels loved and secure while youâre away. My goal is to provide care that feels just like you never left. With sitting, we can discuss availability and flexibility to accommodate for your pet and family needs.
âWe had Rosalie over to look after our cat and spend the day with him. He was 1 of 5 when he was adopted into the family but recently became 1 of 1. So he is quite lonely when no one is home for an extended period of time and when we do arrive home he will tell us so in no uncertain terms! Rosalie arrived a little early which was great and was set to stay the day. When we arrived home after being gone almost 12 hours he was relaxed and happy. Rosalie is now his person that is just for him. We received a selfie of him and felt like we didnât have to rush home. We will be using her again!â
