“Ma chienne, Kimpatchi, est une seniore qui n'a pas l'habitude de rester avec du monde qu'elle ne connaît pas, donc j'étais un peu stressée et Luisa m'a rassurée, en m'envoyants des photos, vidéos, et en me communiquant des nouvelles tout au long du séjour sans que je le lui demande. Kimpatchi quant à elle, est revenu relaxée, on dirait presque qu'elle a passée un séjour au spa. Il faut savoir que Kimpatchi n'est pas une grosse mangeuse, et que des fois, elle préfère se nourrir de mes mains, chose que je n'avais pas mentionné à Luisa, et pourtant, elle l'a deviné, et l'a nourri à la main. C'est un geste qui en dit beaucoup sur Luisa. Faites lui confiance. ❤”

“We left our dog Zorro with Steven for 8 nights. It was our first time trying Rover and we were a bit nervous since Zorro can be a handful. He has separation anxiety, food allergies, and takes daily meds. We wrote his medication schedule on paper and Steven read through everything making sure to understand and clarify any points if needed. It shows his care and attention to detail in taking care of your dog. When Zorro entered his place he was greeted by his two sweet dogs. Even though Zorro initially barked and was energetic, they stayed silent and calm...which helped Zorro calm down very quickly. You could tell they are used to having other dogs come and go, and get along really well. Steven sent regular updates and photos and it reassured us. We really appreciated the care he showed Zorro and we would definitely use Steven again. He's genuine in his love for dogs and very reliable. Thank you so much Steven - Zorro definitely had fun with you, Ellie, and Milo.”
