About: I've been an animal lover and advocate my whole life, growing up in a house full of pets-dogs, cats, hamsters, fish, turtles, and any other animals I could surround myself with! I worked in a pet store while in school and had the opportunity to learn about all kinds of animals, and meet and play with the animals that customers regularly brought in. Friends, family, and colleagues have consistently relied on me to look after their dogs and cats, particularly after becoming the resident dog-cat-plant-housesitter of my graduate school department over 10 years ago. I still regularly take on dog walking and animal feeding (including frogs and fish:) responsibilities, and I'm now broadening my services by joining Rover! I've taken care of dogs of all ages, sizes, breeds (Labs, Doodles, Huskies, Dachshunds), and I have several years of experience with senior dogs and cats as well. I'm comfortable and confident handling more fragile animals, as well as administering medications (I have experience with insulin, Cartrophen, and Librela injections; and oral medications and supplements). I'm happy to help with young pups and kittens too, including any training, crating, feeding routines you may have! My experience with them is only less than seniors because they grow up so fast:) I'll always respect the routines you have in place for your animals and take care of them as though they were my own. I love walking around the neighbourhood, and enjoy it even more when a sweet animal can join me! Spending time with your pet in your own home is a wonderful option that I welcome as well! I work full time and am primarily available for evening and weekend care, though I can be flexible with early mornings and special requests! I work fairly regularly 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday, though my schedule can be flexible, so I'll update my availability accordingly. I'm generally in the neighbourhood over the weekend and would love to walk or spend time playing with or taking care of your furbaby anytime Saturday-Sunday! Feel free to reach out for any particular requests and I'll do my best to accommodate:) I'll accommodate whichever walking, backyard, or indoor requests you have, both on and off leash, rain or shine!. About: I specialize in caring for high-energy dogs who need more than just a walk. As the owner of a young, energetic American Labrador, Reni, I understand how important exercise, patience, enrichment, and mental stimulation are for dogs with lots of energy. Reni has taught me how to channel that energy in positive ways through training, enrichment activities, scent work, and engaging play. I’ve loved dogs my entire life and grew up with family dogs and other animals. I also have experience caring for neighbours’ pets and have developed hands-on experience with positive reinforcement and managing some dog reactivity through my own dog. I’m patient, reliable, and passionate about helping high-energy dogs feel happy, fulfilled, and well cared for. I work an 8am-4pm schedule from home, allowing for some flexibility during the day and I can largely accomodate walks before and after work and on weekends. I strive to make your time away as stress free as possible for your pet. By following their regular routine and giving them plenty of attention, affection and excercise.

About: I have lots of experience caring for dogs and cats, as well as rabbits and gerbils! I have experience with reactive dogs. I seem to have a calming influence on them, and they respond well to me. I am a lover of all kinds of animals, and look forward to working with your furry companions. I am currently self employed in sewing and design. My schedule is very flexible and can accommodate short visits or house sitting when needed. Preference for dog walking and short visits in the Downtown London area. House sitting across London. During my visits I will feed, walk, and spend quality time with you pets. I will also clean up as needed, i.e. litter boxes and accidents.

About: I’ve loved animals for as long as I can remember! I grew up surrounded by dogs and cats through friends and family, and I’ve always enjoyed caring for them. I have a 10 y/o dog of my own, so I’m especially comfortable with the patience, attention, and extra care that senior pets may need. I also have experience caring for cats and have spent years looking after pets for friends and family. When I first moved to Canada 8 years ago, I regularly dog-sat for a family friend, which is where I really started enjoying caring for other people’s pets. Whether your pet needs an energetic walk, some extra patience, or simply a little company and affection, I’ll treat them like they’re my own. I work during the week, so my schedule is generally busy from Monday to Thursday, but I can accommodate visits times after 5pm. From Friday through Sunday, I have more flexibility and extra time to dedicate to pet care. I enjoy spending my weekends outdoors, staying active, and being around animals, so dog walking and pet sitting would fit naturally into my routine. I’m excited to use my free time doing something I genuinely enjoy while giving pets plenty of attention, exercise, and care. For now, I’m offering dog walking and drop-in visits only. Although I may offer house sitting in the future. My top priorities are always safety and trust. For walks, I make sure your dog is securely leashed, stay aware of our surroundings, avoid unsafe areas or situations, and follow your instructions regarding their routine, behaviour, and needs.

About: I currently work at a veterinary clinic with emergency clinic experience. That said, I am capable of recognizing signs of illness or distress quickly and am able to act immediately should something arise, as well as capable and confident administering medication orally and subsubcutaneously. Working with and having dogs since a young age allows me to understand and provide your pet with their unique requirements. I am more than happy to work with any individual and/or special care needed. My experience and passion extends beyond dogs and cats as I have owned and cared for birds, reptiles, freshwater fish and rodents. I work full time but in 12hr shifts allowing 3-4 full days of time dedicated to your pets. I am available Thursdays, Fridays, Sundays and most Saturdays. I only offer services at your home at the moment but am happy to work with you to ensure I understand the needs of your pet and keep any changes to their regular routine to minimum or no change whenever possible while you're away.

About: I’ve been taking care of my own dog for the past four years, so I’m very used to the everyday parts of dog care, like walking, feeding, playing, cleaning up, and just spending time with them. I know every dog is different, so I’m happy to follow whatever routine your dog is used to and give them time to get comfortable with me. I’m currently a graduate student, so my schedule depends a little on my classes. I’m usually pretty flexible outside of class and can arrange my time around walks, drop-in visits, or pet sitting. I’ll only take a booking if I know I actually have enough time to take good care of your pet. I’ll follow the routine and instructions you give me, especially for things like feeding, walks, and anything your pet should or shouldn’t do. I always keep dogs on leash outside and pay attention to how they’re acting, especially in a new place or around other dogs. I’m also happy to send you pictures and updates while you’re away.

About: Having begun walking neighborhood dogs as a teenager, I have plenty of experience. I am an avid researcher into positive training methods, and have wanted to work with dogs since I was a child. I currently work only a few hours a week in Retail, and volunteer at the humane society. I have taken and received certification for fear free handling of pets in the shelter environment- a transferable skill for kennelling In my off time, I’m working with my own dog, who I have trained from puppyhood. I had my own reactive rescue lab from (his)ages 5-14, and raised two puppies since. The youngest is a 3yr gsd mix. My dog experience is focused mostly around large dogs and puppies. Up to 89lbs As to cats, I have raised two kittens. One lived to 9 before the cancer. One is still growing strong. Matt is my senior boy, whom I have had for 12 years now.
