“Ally was super friendly and professional. My cat was doing well with Ally during my vacation. She sent my cat’s photo and refilled bowls of food and water every visiting care.”

About: I have experience with taking care of small dogs, medium dogs and large dogs ; Walking them, feeding them and bathing them including puppies under 1 year old. Ex) Shih Tzu, Welsh Corgi, Labrador, and Great Danes. I'm a freelancer so I can adjust my schedule whatever I want, so I can take care of your pups and cats any time you want! I can feed them, walk them and play with them as they need. I love playing fetch with them, running with them and playing tug of war with them. I can make healthy snacks by pet parent's request/instruction with the ingredients at pet parent's home.
About: Andre has grown up with a dog and birds, while Michelle has grown up with guinea pigs. We have always been around dogs. More recently, we have been dogsitting for family and friends for various periods of time. We have experience with dogs of all sizes, rescues, anxious ones and the most playful ones. Andre works an afternoon shift, Monday to Friday and Michelle is a teacher and has summers off. The gap between Andre leaving for work and Michelle getting home will be no more than 2 hours. We are caring people that love to be around dogs. We have a fenced in backyard which allows them to run around and play. We are fairly flexible to take on dog walking and feeding schedules. Your dog will loved and cared for like they never left home.

About: Hello, my name is Carrie and I have over 2 years of experience caring for dogs and cats, and as a Biology student at Western University with experience around animals. I love spending time with pets of all personalities and breeds. I’m comfortable with walks (2-3 times per day), feeding, administering oral medications, cleaning litter boxes, and providing enrichment and companionship. I only board ONE FAMILY’s pet(s) at a time for a calm, stress-free stay. Same-day booking requests are also welcome whenever my schedule allows! 😊 To help your pet feel comfortable in the summer ☀️ I provide: - Air-conditioned room 24/7 - Cooling mat - Fan - Toys - Treats (offer only with your approval and if they fit your pet’s diet) - Access to a quiet, shaded green space - Pet/security camera (I rarely leave pets alone for more than 3 hours. On the rare occasion that I do, I use it to check in and make sure they’re safe and comfortable.) I treat every pet like my own and want them come home happy. I always keep owners updated with photos and messages during each visit. I’m currently on my summer break, so I have a very flexible schedule and am available most days, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays. My home: I live in a clean, smoke-free and air-conditioned apartment with no roommates, providing a calm and safe environment for your pet. I don’t smoke, drink, or party, and your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. There’s also a quiet, shaded green space behind my apartment that’s perfect for short potty breaks and a bit of fresh air. I also live close to PetSmart, making it easy to pick up any pet supplies or handle last minute needs if requested. Your home: I’ll treat your home with the same respect and care as my own:) keeping everything clean, secure, and exactly as you left it.
“Walter was amazing with my cat Ducky over the past four nights! My cat is usually very scared and shy, but was perfectly fine around Walter. He was also very flexible and allowed me to shift my bookings back three hours with short notice. It was so nice to not have to worry over the holidays knowing that my cat was well taken care of. I will definitely be booking with him again in the future and would recommend his services to anyone who wants the best care for their pet!”

“Katherine was amazing! She came to meet us first and took her time to make sure our shy kitty was comfortable. He had been unwell and with the vet earlier in the week and Katherine asked all the right questions, kept us informed and sent lots of pictures. She’s very professional and we will absolutely book her again!”

About: My family owned dogs most of my life and I was the main caretaker of her. I took care of all her needs including administering prescription pills. I have also volunteered with a cat rescue charity, taking care of up to 14 adult cats and kittens at a time. I was in charge of their water, litter, play, diets/food as well as any ointments or pills. I’m currently not working and would love to do more with my time helping pet parents where I can as I can never get enough animal love! I’ve taken courses both in person and online about animal welfare and behaviour and have cared for many different pets throughout my life. I am a quiet individual who knows when to let a pet choose the pace of interactions.
“This is the second time we’ve had Carole take care of our pups, and we’ll definitely continue to hire her again! She is great with our boys, and they are very comfortable with her. She arrives promptly at the designated time, provides great care and leaves the house tidy. She is a gem and we are glad to have connected with her through Rover!”

About: I have loved dogs my whole life. I begged my mom for years to get one as a child, and ever since age 10 I have had a beagle almost non-stop. Currently, I have a 2-year old beagle named Floyd whom you can see on Instagram as The_Biking_Beagle. If you live or work in downtown London, it's possible you've seen us biking to the dog park, which we do almost every day. I raised him since 2 months old, so I have experience with puppies as well as senior dogs. My last dog Odie was a rescue from Kentucky, and he was likely about 8-10 years old when I got him. So I love dogs of all ages-and breeds. If you think your dog would like to join us on a bike ride to the dog park, that could be arranged. Either way, I will be happy to spend time with and walk your furry friend! I have a flexible work schedule that allows me to choose my hours. Let me know when you need, and I will make time for you. I have a very friendly 2 year old beagle who gets along with almost any dog and loves to play. I also have a beautiful and very talkative cat, who has her own space if necessary, but also loves to socialize if the dog is friendly to cats. But if not, she does have her own highway of ledges and cat trees and closet space so there is no worry about her safety. I am also happy to care for your cat or dog in your home. I love to play with and spend time with animals, so you can be sure your fur baby is in good hands!
“This was our second time booking with Lidiya, and we were just as happy as the first time. She is caring, reliable, and keeps us well updated. Knowing our cat is in such good hands gives us great peace of mind. Highly recommended!”

About: Hi! Please note that I will be moving to Sudbury at the end of August to start grad school. I am currently accepting bookings for the summer, but unfortunately cannot accept anything from September onwards :) I’m a fourth year Nutrition student at Western. I’m also a mature student (24 years old). I’ve been caring for animals for as long as I can remember! My family travels a lot, and we have always opted to pet-sit rather than stay in hotels! Now that my sister and I have moved away for university, we both pet-sit independently in our university communities. In terms of my own pets, I’ve had fish, a guinea pig, and a flock of chickens! Since we travel so much we’ve never had our own dog or cat, but we are the go-to pet sitters for our friends and family! I am super active and love having an excuse to get outside more throughout the day. I am a recent graduate, so I’m shifting into full-time work. My schedule is generally as follows: Mondays and Fridays I work 5 hours a day; Tues/Wed/Thurs I work 8 hours/day; Saturdays I’m off and Sundays I work 4 hours/day. If your pet needs someone to be at home all day, I may not be the best fit for you. When I’m at home though, I’m a very active person and enjoy going out on lots of walks! I am currently living in an apartment, so your pets would be most comfortable in your home. I am happy to come and stay for however long is needed! I have my own vehicle to get to your place. I prefer only accepting sits within the city limits of London, so that I’m never too far away from work (I work in a variety of neighborhoods - Byron, Masonville, Wortley).
About: I’ve loved and cared for dogs for as long as I can remember, even though I didn’t grow up with one full-time. I’ve regularly helped friends, neighbors, and family by walking, feeding, playing with, and watching their dogs while they’re away. I’m very patient, attentive, and comfortable with dogs of different sizes and personalities. I genuinely enjoy spending time with them, making sure they feel safe, happy, and well cared for. I’m also responsible and follow any specific instructions closely, whether it’s feeding schedules, walks, or routines. Whatever it is i’m just happy there’s a dog involved!! I currently work a part-time job with shifts starting in the late afternoon (around 4–5pm) and occasional early weekend hours. Outside of that, I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of time to give pets attention, walks, and care. I’m available almost every weekday mornings and early afternoons, as well as weekend mornings or afternoon depending on my schedule.I’m happy to work around your pet’s routine to make sure they’re well cared for and comfortable. Your pet’s safety and comfort are my top priorities. I always follow instructions carefully and make sure pets are supervised, secure, and relaxed in their environment. I take the time to understand each dog’s personality, energy level, and any special needs. Whether I’m in your home or caring for your pet during a visit, I keep things clean, calm, and consistent with their routine. I’m also very communicative and happy to send updates and photos so you always know how your pet is doing.
“Talia is such a nurturing and caring person who you can wholeheartedly trust with your furry family. She has such a calming and loving energy that my cats felt instantly when she came into my home. Thank you for taking such good care of our kitties!”

“Kylie dropped in over the weekend to check on our cat Norm. They made quick friends with him and we could tell from the check-in photos he was happy they stopped by. Saved us the cost of boarding, and we felt very comfortable letting Kylie throughout the service”

About: I've volunteered with pet value to take care of cats. I am new to the platform but have experience of helping my friend take care their cats while travelling. Living with two adorable cats together. I'm currently working part-time, so I have plenty of time to spend with your adorable pets! Please contact me 1 day before to make sure we both not in rush;) I provide detailed and attentive care, taking time to communicate closely with each client about their specific needs. I carefully follow instructions, monitor each pet’s behavior and health, and ensure they feel safe, comfortable, and well cared for while you’re away.
About: I’ve had pets since I was a child! I strive to provide nothing but the best love and care that I possibly can to all the fur babies out there. They are an extension of us, and our families. You want to trust the person you’re handing your kids off to for the day, and I hope I can gain that trust. I’m observant, and take animal care very seriously. I put my animal’s needs above my own, and I’d do the same for you and yours :) I have a flexible schedule that I am more than willing to work with you on. Whatever fits you and your pet’s needs the best! I am typically occupied between the hours of 11am and 5pm but can take home days as I please. Some evenings and weekends may be occupied, but are manageable with advance notice! I currently have a high energy Coonhound Lab mix. She gets walked at least 3 times a day for a minimum of 15-20 minutes, and upwards of 2 hours (at least once a day or every other day). She eats when her humans are home or she’s burned a bunch of energy. She is so loved, and loves to cuddle with us. She gets to roam out in the backyard as she pleases, and grazes the grass like a little bovine! Your pet will be treated no less than the best. I’m happy to cater to their specific needs in whatever ways I can possibly muster! Food, exercise, treats, regiment, etc I want make the best of our time together!
About: I will love and care for your pets as if they’re my own. I owned a dog growing up and cared for her until she passed at 14. She had many allergies and ailments so I am good with administration of pills, ear/eye drops or bathing if needed. Comfortable with senior animals or young pets alike. Experience with hearing/vision impaired senior dog. I currently own a 4 year old cat named Rosie, who is always bouncing off the walls or stirring up trouble. You can trust me to love your pets as if they were my own. They really are family to us and I would be sure to protect them and provide the best care possible. I am available most week days after 5pm, and most weekends at any time. I would love to spend my spare time with your animals. I love to see animals show their personalities. I assure you, I want what’s best for you and your pet. I will do everything possible to keep them safe, healthy, and happy while in my care.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
