This was the second time we booked Mozzie’s holiday with Susan. Our anxious fur baby fit right in. I think he remembered Susan and the many walks he had with her. Susan is very calm and gentle and that is just the right attitude for Mozzie. I will book with Susan again.
Sayali did a great job of looking after our dog Rocky. She sent several photos and even a couple of videos (!) so we felt confident Rocky was being well looked after and settling into to her new surroundings. It was a last minute request for a weekend dog sit so we were especially grateful to Sayali for agreeing to take our dog. Rocky can be very shy and nervous in new situations so Sayali spent a lot of time giving Rocky belly rubs which Rocky loved. Thanks so much to Sayali! Cathy
It was our first time using the Rover app, and we couldn't have lucked out more in finding Leslie and Richard to watch our dog while we were out of town for the weekend. All I can say is WOW. Our dog is a rescue, and has high anxiety. We left her with a well-rated kennel once and she came back traumatized. It seemed like we couldn't ever leave her overnight and then we found Yoda. Our dog was with her for two nights, she had a great time, and came home happy!!!! Yoda let us know how she was doing and treated her with so much care.
Paul was everything we could have hoped for in a sitter. He was patient, caring, communicative and knowledgeable with Soma from the moment we dropped him off. He was accommodating with all of our dog's little quirks and even helped improve his walking skills. We will definitely be booking with Paul again due to it being such a pleasant experience!

Chico stayed with Smita and her husband for two weeks, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. They kept us updated every day with photos and videos, which gave us a lot of peace of mind while we were away. When we got him back, it was clear he had been well cared for. Mariana and her family are the best pet sitters we have ever had! Bruno loves visiting and always has a good time with them and her other dogs. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
