About: I have a dog and two cats and they are my children. I love to play with pets (including frisbee throwing, catch, tug of war). I love to go for long walks outside and don’t mind walking for long periods of time. I also like to hike and go in forests. I believe that animals are very capable of communication and pay special attention to what they are trying to tell me. I focus on body language. I also make sure to always check the weather before taking pets outside of the house and make sure that I bring the appropriate care items along (such as water bottles, sweaters, poop bags). I am very punctual and tend to be early to appointments. I am reliable and rarely am sick. I look forward to meeting you and your animal companions! I work a full time job, but get holidays and the summer off. I also get all weekends off and love to stay busy. I am available for check-ins and walks in the afternoons/evenings and on the weekends. I have a fenced yard and my dog loves all other animals. I follow all requests made by the owner and communicate as much as possible.

About: I’ve taken care of my pets (four cats and one dog) my whole life. This requires feeding, walking, picking up after/ changing littler, and best of all; cuddles. I’m currently a second year student at Western University. I am taking a few online classes each semester so I have a lighter schedule of in-person classes to attend. We want their stay to feel as close to their normal routine as possible rather than feeling like they’ve been sent away to a boarding facility. Since Brock is home throughout the workweek and Amanda is home three days a week, there is usually someone around, which means lots of company, bathroom breaks, attention and, of course, plenty of cuddles. 🐾 We have a fully fenced-in yard where dogs can safely get outside throughout the day for bathroom breaks, fresh air and playtime. We also live on a quiet street with trails right behind our home, which is perfect for daily walks and a little extra exploring. We don’t have any children or other pets in the home, so your dog gets lots of one-on-one attention and a calm environment to settle into. We’re happy to follow their usual routine as closely as possible, including feeding schedules, walks, bathroom breaks, medications and bedtime routines.

About: I'm new to Rover, but I've been a dog parent for over 35 years and have been dog sitting for my family and friends as long. Saffy, my Golden/Lab cross is 4, and Ruby, my terrier mix is 13 now. We walk daily with two Golden Doodles, Cosmo and Milo, who we consider part of our pack. My dogs are great with other dogs big or small. Our yard is fenced, and we're next to woods that have great trails with lots to sniff! My dogs are accustomed to a daily routine and can tell time. We walk once or twice daily, they have their breakfast after their morning pee, dinner at 6pm, and a snack after the last pee before bed. They hang out with me or nap during the day and we have playtime after dinner. My dogs have free access to the house and back yard. Ruby has a doggy door and Saffy uses a doggy doorbell to be let in or out. They typically hang out with me but each have their favourite napping spots. Both of my dogs were crate trained and while we don't use them anymore, I do have them available if needed. New doggie guests are closely supervised until we all get to know one another!

About: Having begun walking neighborhood dogs as a teenager, I have plenty of experience. I am an avid researcher into positive training methods, and have wanted to work with dogs since I was a child. I currently work only a few hours a week in Retail, and volunteer at the humane society. Over the years, I've gained experience with puppy training, recall, enrichment, senior care, and administering oral, liquid, topical, eye, and ear medications. I've also cared for pets with anxiety, seizure disorders, blindness, deafness, and reactivity, so I understand how important patience, routine, and consistency are. The biggest reason I'm on Rover is simple. I genuinely love being around animals. Since moving away for university, one of the things I've missed most is having pets in my everyday life. My goal is to make sure your pet feels comfortable, safe, and cared for while you're away, and to give you peace of mind knowing they're in good hands. As a student, I have some flexibility in my schedule when it comes to walks, drop-in visits, and pet sitting. On days when have classes, the only long day where I am out of the house for 8 ish hours is Thursdays. I do have a long break on this day from 12:30-3:30, so if needed I can go check up on any pets. As for Mondays, Tuesdays, and Fridays I only have 2-4 hours of class, so I am gone no longer than 5 hours. My availability is fully open on Wednesdays and over the weekend. Please see my availability or send me a message! :) My goal is to keep your pet's routine as normal as possible while you're away. I believe each pet is unique, so I customize my care to suit their personality and comfort level. If I'm staying in your home, I'm happy to bring in mail, water plants, and keep things tidy while you're away. I'll also send regular updates and photos so you can relax knowing your pet is happy and doing well. Right now, I offer walks, drop-in visits, and house sitting. I do not offer boarding.

I offer drop in visits and housesitting (overnight care) in your home. My focus is on providing excellent care of your cats, but I also have experience taking care of bunnies. Please reach out if you require bunny care or are interested in dog-walking services (no German Shepherds please). I'm currently working from home with a flexible schedule. I can work wherever there's wifi so I can pretty much drop by to check on your fur babies whenever necessary. I currently only offer drop in visits or housesitting (overnight stays in your home). I require a meet up prior to your booking so that I can meet your cats, find out where I can find their food supplies, litter boxes, and grooming brushes so that I can ensure optimal care. The meet up will also be a great opportunity to find out more about any quirks I need to be aware of or any specific needs your cats may have. I have experience taking care of diabetic cats, but expect adequate supplies of insulin and detailed instructions for the duration of the booking.

About: I've house-sitted while taking care of different kinds of dogs large and tiny, I've administered medicine for guinea pigs dogs and cats, I have clipped cat nails for my own and other people's cats, I have experience training my own dogs and other people's dogs which i love to do! I have taken care of my own animals such as guinea pigs, lizards, hamsters, dogs and cats. I currently am unemployed and am in school online with much flexibility, I live with my mother and sister, and home life is very quiet, im home almost all hours of the day. I have a cat who doesn't like other animals but she goes to the basement when she needs to without issues (she loves it down there) I do have a pretty small backyard, I have a big deck and grass. My backyard is fenced in. My house is small but safe!

About: I'm new to Rover, but I've been a dog parent for over 35 years and have been dog sitting for my family and friends as long. Saffy, my Golden/Lab cross is 4, and Ruby, my terrier mix is 13 now. We walk daily with two Golden Doodles, Cosmo and Milo, who we consider part of our pack. My dogs are great with other dogs big or small. Our yard is fenced, and we're next to woods that have great trails with lots to sniff! My dogs are accustomed to a daily routine and can tell time. We walk once or twice daily, they have their breakfast after their morning pee, dinner at 6pm, and a snack after the last pee before bed. They hang out with me or nap during the day and we have playtime after dinner. My dogs have free access to the house and back yard. Ruby has a doggy door and Saffy uses a doggy doorbell to be let in or out. They typically hang out with me but each have their favourite napping spots. Both of my dogs were crate trained and while we don't use them anymore, I do have them available if needed. New doggie guests are closely supervised until we all get to know one another!
