Your dog and cats new best friend. I got out of a long term relationship several years ago where I was co-parent to a lovely labradoodle, I was heartbroken when we parted ways so I decided to put my heart into caring for your pets. Four years later I've become a full time pet care expert, I've cared for every breed from chihuahuas to great danes, from puppies to seniors, reactive dogs, nervous dogs, you name it, I've cared for or walked it. I have my canine CPR and first aid certification and always carry an animal first aid kit, a backup leash, treats and poop bags in my car so I'm ready for anything. I've been the go to for caring for my friends and family's cats and dogs most of my life, I grew up with cats and hamsters in my home, spent a few years riding horses and overall just have a big soft spot for animals of all shapes and sizes. I spend most of my free time volunteering for Londons Animal Care Center or various community groups and events. I'm often watching or listening to animal related shows and podcast and am very in tune with animal body language, training techniques and animal enrichment. I currently own two very snuggly and loving rescue cats Doris and Daisy. Daisy lived a lot of her life outdoors with food insecurity before being rescued and is always close by when food is being prepared, but is also a big snuggle bug when things are quiet around the house. Doris is very laid back, she loves being picked up and cuddled and will always be there to greet you at the door.

Safety, trust & environment
I currently live in an apartment downtown and do not offer boarding services. I do own a car and have quick and easy access to all of London. You will come home to a happy pet and your home in the same state as you left it. Do let me know if garbage needs to be taken out, gardens or plants watered or if there are any additional things needed around the house and I'd be happy to help.

Heather was so lovely and took wonderful care of our cat when we were out of town for a few days. We felt very comfortable leaving our cat in her care and would absolutely rebook with her in the future. Would recommend her to anyone!
Heather is the best! She’s been our go-to person to check on our 3 cats whenever we go away for a couple years now. If we’re out of town for more than a day or so, Heather has always been available to come over and check on everyone. She has been reliable, punctual, and easy to communicate with. Whether it is feeding meals, checking/cleaning litter boxes, playing with them for enrichment time, or cleaning up any messes - she has been excellent. We get updates after each visit, and if anything is out of the ordinary she has always contacted us to let us know or she has just taken the initiative to fix whatever happened. We’ve always had a great experience, and would highly recommend Heather for everyone we know!

As always, Heather was great. She communicates clearly and always provides a good photo of our cat from the visit. It was exciting to see her make big progress with our very shy cat.

Schedule
I'm currently working full time doing pet care. I have a fair amount of repeat clients during the week but will do my best to try and fit you and your pet in.
