“Daniel was so great watching my little guy Harvey! He really took the time to learn about Harvey’s walk schedule, what some of his favourite games are and you could tell he just really loves dogs!”

“Auggie is always super excited to stay with Anna and Aleksei! He comes home extremely happy and pooped from his visits! They take him on long walks and give him lots of treats and care!”

About: I have taken care of many different types of cats and dogs over the years and can't wait to meet more. I provide high-end care for any pets in the Kingston area! For pets coming over to my home for care, I have one female golden, Sia, who gets along well with all animals. I work part-time at Queen's University during the evenings and always have all daytimes free for whatever you or your pet has in mind for that day! I have strong safety senses and always come prepared with all the crucial first aid equipment and pet tools that could be needed in any situation. I also have the back of my car setup for pets, should yours need to be transported somewhere.
“Pamesha was great with Patches again (this was her second time watching Patches). I would highly recommend her if you are looking for dog sitting. She took her on regular walks, posted regular photos, and played with Patches.”

About: I could take care of hamsters. I also had an American shorthair cat in China, and after taking care of it for two years, I came to Canada. When I was in high school in Canada, my homestay owner had two dogs, a German Shepherd and a Poodle. When the homestay owner was traveling, I walked the dogs, helped feed them, and got along well with the two dogs. When I was in my first year of Queen’s University. I also helped my friend take care of her two cats. I am still a student at Queen’s. I’m a university student, I have free time almost every day after school. I have a lot of experience with cats and dogs. I also have a hamster in my home. So I can also take care of hamsters. I actually prefer home feeding services because I live with my friends, so it may not be convenient for my roommates, But before I go to feed the pets, I will ask the owner to understand the pets’ eating habits, physical condition and even personality. This way I can make better choices about food and interactions.
“This was our first time leaving our dog with anyone else other than family and we couldn’t be more happy with the care Taylor provided for our dog. She stayed in constant communication given it was our first time their and provided us with so many photos of our dog and his day. We will definitely be using Taylor on a regular basis for our dog !”

“Ana was very friendly, polite and knew exactly how to take care of my Chico. Definitely recommend her to anyone who need to leave their furbabies either for a few hours or a few days.”

About: As an adult, I've had a cat for 11 years and rescue dogs for about 7 years, and have learned so much about creating safety and adapting to the needs of animals with varying or unknown backgrounds. I've taken a course on positive reinforcement training for dogs. I'm experienced with caring for senior dogs, navigating the relationships between animals and am experienced with positive crating protocol. I work from home with flexibility to adapt to the needs of the animals I'm caring for. I typically walk my dog Romy in the early afternoon. I live in a house with a fenced yard and lots of flexibility. My dog is a two year old medium-sized who absolutely loves other dogs, cats and people. She would be over the moon to have your dog hang out with her at home and join us for adventures around the surrounding parks. She has very good doggy social skills and knows how to make other dogs comfortable, when to engage and when to give them space. I will gladly follow any instructions specific to your dog. I know how frustrating it can be when your hard training work is set back because a sitter didn't offer consistency. That won't happen here! My house is a split level, and there are two additional pets, a cat who is used to dogs, and a 14 yr old small dog. There is also two kids, 9 and 14, who are great with animals. However, any or all animals or people could be easily separated if your animal any of them don't get along. They'd maintain planety of space, attention and direct access to our big fenced backyard. There is also another adult to help out! I will follow any instructions regarding training, crating, feeding and walking schedules.
About: I have over 5 years of experience caring for dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. Friends, family, and neighbors trust me to walk, feed, and play with their pets. I’m especially good with energetic dogs and shy cats, and I always make sure they feel safe and loved. I’m currently available at anytime. I even work overnight and have very flexible schedule so if you need me for in the weekdays or in the weekend I’m always available. I live in an apartment however I live close to the park so I will take care of them at home and at the park
“Our dogs were with Heather for the day, they came home happy and tired. They had an amazing day. We would definitely have our dogs stay with Heather again. She gave us updates ( photos and videos) and her sweet dog Elphie was a great playmate. Thank you thank you Heather for welcoming and taking care of Archie and Delilah.”

“Excellent A+++ doggy daycare experience!!! Sadie was very friendly in all our interactions, communicated well and responded to all my inquires promptly. Sadie has a very kind and gentle energy. The photos and updates I received were much appreciated. Joey was very comfortable and enjoyed her time with Sadie. This was evident by Joey's refusal to leave with me at pick up time! Joey came home happy, well-cared for and good-tired from a well-spent day with Sadie. I am definitely booking Sadie again!!! Thank you Sadie!!!”

About: I currently walk and watch my friends dog. It is a pleasure I always look forward to and to spend time with him. I do not have a dog at the moment but I used to before he passed. Growing up we had cats in our household. I mostly enjoy taking dogs out for walks, playing with them and spending time with them. I enjoy being around animals, it makes my day that much better! I am full of energy myself so I am able to match that of your pets! Getting your dogs energy out, I can do that! I am new to this program but not new to taking care of dogs and cats. I am very enthusiastic about this program and want to help others out. Working from home I have the flexibility to fit in primarily dog walking throughout the day. That also gets me out and off the the computer for a break! I will listen to the clients needs and wants and provide the care for their pet that they want. I am here to help out.
“I booked Rose for my dog Luna and the experience overall was smooth and easy. Communication was friendly, scheduling was simple, and I appreciated the updates during the day. Luna came home happy and tired, which is always a good sign! Thank you for taking good care of her.”

“Ricci has been great with Tony. She's taken care of him a few times now, and he comes back nice and pooped – the sign of a good stay! She has been sensitive to Tony's needs and my training methods, and he's been happy to go back each time.”

“Graham and Laura were absolutely wonderful with my dog, Freddie! The pictures they sent relived any stress I had about leaving him somewhere new and you could really tell that they enjoyed interacting with him. He really enjoyed his long walk through the woods, too ;-) They replied quickly to my request and I would highly recommend them!”

About: 10 years plus experience with dogs. I teach commands. Better behaviours and socialization with other dogs. Your pets will be tired out and full of love in my care. I will send pictures and updates through my entire time with your babies. My apartment has a dog park right in the back of the building! I’m currently working part time so have plenty of time for your beautiful fur babies. There will be routine as I work from home and am able to leave the desk. I only work a few hours a day. Long walks and amazing socialization with all the other dogs in the home. I Will get your dogs to face their fears. I’m so excited to watch your fur babies

About: Dear pawrents, I have taken care of dogs since I have memory. When I was born, a beautiful German shepherd was brought home and we grew up together, since then, my love for dogs (and all animals) is inexplicable. I have taken care of my own dogs (Belgian and German shepherd, lab, schnauzer, dachshund, mixed, etc.). I have taken care of senior dogs with different needs (medication, carrying them to walk, etc.) and some dogs with diseases such as chronic seizures, cancer and arthritis. As a pet owner myself, I totally get it! Our pets aren't just pets, they're family. And that's why I'm on a mission to give them the VIP treatment they deserve. I'm currently working in a remote (work from home) position, so I have availability to take care of your puppy/ies during the day. I’m available for boarding during the weekends with some breaks in between so I can take care of my own dogs. I prioritize the comfort and well-being of the pets while respecting the routines and preferences set by the owners. Here's how I typically approach it: - Initial Consultation: I start by scheduling an initial consultation with the owners to discuss their dog's needs, routines, feeding schedules, medical history, and any specific instructions or preferences they may have. - Visits: During my visits, I ensure that the dogs have access to food, water, and a clean environment. I follow their feeding schedule and provide any necessary medications or supplements as instructed by the owners. - Exercise and Playtime: I engage the dogs in regular exercise and playtime sessions to keep them mentally and physically stimulated. This could include walks, play sessions in the backyard, or games indoors (depending on the weather). - Potty Breaks: I take the dogs out for regular potty breaks according to their usual schedule, ensuring that they are comfortable and their living space remains clean. - Updates and Communication: Throughout my time with the dog(s), I maintain open communication with the owners, providing updates and photos to reassure them that their pets are in good hands. - Security and Safety: I take measures to ensure the security and safety of the home, such as checking that doors and windows are securely locked and being mindful of any potential hazards in the environment. Overall, my goal is to provide personalized and attentive care to dogs in their own familiar surroundings, minimizing stress and ensuring a positive experience for both the pets and their owners.

I recently adopted a lovely dog named Lady, and we’ve been dealing with some unprecedented separation anxiety. When I first reached out to Rose, I was still figuring out what Lady and I needed, and she was incredibly helpful, understanding, and flexible. It’s been such a weight off my shoulders having reliable and affordable daycare with someone as wonderful and knowledgeable as Rose, and I can’t recommend her enough to anyone in the area looking for doggy daycare!

She was phenomenal with my babies. Gave the kitties space to feel comfortable, and loved on my friendly pup from the start. She kept me updated, and asked questions without spamming me at work. She took the job with 2 days notice and was incredibly understanding when I was running late. I cannot suggest Katherine enough.
Harvey always has the best time with Graham and Laura! Even though it was raining off and on when they watched him, they still took him out for a walk so he could get some fresh air and exercise! They also send great updates and pics, which I really appreciate!

I can’t say enough good things about Sadie. My bichon is usually very shy and takes a long time to warm up to new people, but she was so patient, and kind that he quickly felt at ease. She kept me updated with photos and messages, which gave me peace of mind while I was away. It was clear she treated him with the same love and care as if he were her own dog. I came to pick up a happy, relaxed pup, which says it all. I highly recommend Sadie to anyone looking for a trustworthy and very caring sitter!

Katrina is an absolutely wonderful dog sitter! She's incredibly communicative, easy to chat with, and always quick to respond. Even though Mimi was feeling a bit anxious, Katrina handled the situation beautifully with her experience and gentle approach. Mimi had such a lovely time with her!
