I’ve grown up around both big and small dogs, so I’m very comfortable with different breeds and temperaments. I grew up with and cared for a Wheaton Terrier for 14 years, and have been a dog lover my whole life. Treena did a great job of caring for my two cats while I was away. She was very easy to communicate and organize a meet & greet with and was great with my animals. She was punctual and sent meaningful updates that made me feel reassured that I wasn't just being sent stock responses. She also sent pictures with each check-in which I always appreciate. She followed the instructions well and I had no issues at all over the weekend, would definitely book again!
Anna and Aleksei were amazing! They took great care of Joe, sent thoughtful updates and photos after every visit, and were incredibly attentive. During one visit they noticed something wasn't right, found that Joe had accidentally gotten himself stuck in the bathroom, stayed longer to make sure he was okay, and even offered to come back later that day at no extra charge to make sure he was okay.
