With my years caring for different dogs, I learned to be strict (any rules you may want your fur babies to follow), this helps me keeping them safe! About: I will take care of your pet as if it's mine, and I'm doing it just because i love then but can't have mine at this time. I have had my own cats and dog and I know them well. Thank you for trusting me, i will do my best to make you and your pet happy. I am a graduate student and my schedule is completely flexible during the summer. I just need to know 1 day in advance so i can plan my day. I am living in a relatively big apartment with an unfenced yard. Pets allowed everywhere and on bed. I don't have other pets, and I will be here until October.

About: Hello! I'm Thalia, and I live in downtown Kingston neighbourhood close to many parks. I am a graduate student with a flexible schedule. I grew up with and cared for a Wheaton Terrier for 14 years, and have been a dog lover my whole life. With such a flexible work schedule, I have a lot of free time that I'd love to spend hanging with a doggo! I am comfortable with dogs of all ages. I can give outdoor breaks whenever needed, and at least a 30-60 minute walk each day. I'm happy to follow special care instructions and can help with medication if needed. I will make sure that your dog has a very fun, safe and comfortable time with lots of love and attention! As I work from home full time, I am very flexible and can include pet care into my daily routine to fit the needs of your pets 😊 I live close to many parks for lots of outdoor play time, and in a safe neighbourhood for long walks. I do not yet have a dog of my own, so can devote all my attention to taking care of yours!

About: I grew up always in the country and always had family cats and dogs, and was involved in pet care and training from a young age. I adopted my cat three years ago and enjoy pet sitting both cats and dogs! I have experience with walking and caring for reactive dogs as well. I am a master’s student and Queen’s and I work part time hours. I have availability everyday depending on time frame for walks and drop-ins! For house sitting, I am available for overnight stays if required. Gentle but firm approach, always on leash unless in a known, enclosed area. Exercise and enrichment are a priority for me, as well as outdoor time for dogs.

About: I’ve taken care of dogs since I was a teenager. Family and friends have always trusted me to care for their pets responsibly while also providing a fun and loving environment. I’m currently working full time and would love to get out and take care of animals. Every day looks different so I am available mornings and evenings. I have a family border collie. About: Hi! My name is Ashleigh, I’m a second-year politics student at Queen’s University. I’m responsible, easy to reach, and I take looking after other people’s pets seriously. I’ve grown up around both big and small dogs, so I’m very comfortable with different breeds and temperaments. I’ve also had my own cat for almost two years, and I’ve lived with and helped take care of a kitten as well, so I’m used to the different needs cats have. I’m confident with feeding, walking, medication, and just making sure pets are comfortable and well cared for while you’re away. I am currently living in Kingston full-time over the summer, and only occasionally go away to visit family, so I'm typically available whenever you need! When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I try to keep everything as close to their normal routine as possible so they feel comfortable. For drop-ins or overnight stays, I make sure they’re fed on time, have fresh water, get enough exercise, and get attention and playtime. For walks, I adjust to the dog’s energy level and make sure they’re safe and getting a good outing. If I’m staying overnight, I keep things calm and consistent so they’re not stressed while you’re away. I’m also happy to follow any specific instructions, and I can send updates if you’d like, so you know everything’s going well.

About: I have lots of experience babysitting my auntie’s 3 dogs (Corgi, Newfoundland doodle mix, Golden Retriever) and my uncle’s Husky mix. I’ve always been very passionate about dogs and really wanted one, but have been unable to because of my mom’s allergy. I’m a responsible student at Queen’s university who will make sure to treat your dog with lots of love. As a university student, I have classes during the day but am usually available from the afternoon onwards on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. My weekends are also usually free, so I will have lots of time to ensure the pups have a good experience. I live in an apartment on the fourth floor (we have an elevator), which is a little difficult for keeping large dogs in for extended periods of time, but I will make sure that your pup spends lots of time exercising outside.
