About: I’m a current med student who would love to help care for your lovely pets. Before university, I owned many pets over the years - a bunny, many cats, a few dogs (all at once at one point!), hamsters, and a goldfish to start it all off. I've also volunteered at a couple wildlife rescue facilities. Now, myself and my kitty, Haggis, are looking for more pets to join our little family from time to time! I was the primary caretaker of most of my pets, and of my current one. I am familiar with feeding and walking routines, crate training, bathing, basic medicine administration, senior care (my last 2 pups lived almost to 18), and I am open to providing additional services as needed with proper instruction. I live an active and outdoorsy lifestyle when possible, and I would love to bring your pets along the ride if appropriate! I will also update you daily (with photos if preferred), if that is what you would like. I promise to dedicate myself to caring for your pet as if they were my own. My school schedule is quite flexible, so reach out with your requests and I'll try my best to adjust it based on what you need. My yard is unfenced, so all outdoors time will be walks. I'm not currently caring for pets in my own home out of respect for my resident kitty, but would be happy to come to yours for overnights or drop-ins.
About: I could take care of hamsters. I also had an American shorthair cat in China, and after taking care of it for two years, I came to Canada. When I was in high school in Canada, my homestay owner had two dogs, a German Shepherd and a Poodle. When the homestay owner was traveling, I walked the dogs, helped feed them, and got along well with the two dogs. When I was in my first year of Queen’s University. I also helped my friend take care of her two cats. I am still a student at Queen’s. I’m a university student, I have free time almost every day after school. I have a lot of experience with cats and dogs. I also have a hamster in my home. So I can also take care of hamsters. I actually prefer home feeding services because I live with my friends, so it may not be convenient for my roommates, But before I go to feed the pets, I will ask the owner to understand the pets’ eating habits, physical condition and even personality. This way I can make better choices about food and interactions.
About: I’ve grown up with both dogs and cats my entire life, so caring for animals has always been second nature to me. From energetic large-breed dogs to shy rescue cats, I’m comfortable with a wide range of personalities and needs. I’m gentle and patient, but I can also be appropriately firm when it comes to training, structure, and reinforcing the cues or behaviours you’re working on at home. I always follow the owner’s preferred routines and care instructions, whether that’s specific walking routes, feeding schedules, training commands, or boundaries you want to maintain. My goal is to make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and understood while staying consistent with the standards you’ve set. You let me know what works best for your pet, and I’ll make sure it’s followed every time. I work in-office two days a week from 8–4, but I’m still very flexible for walks and drop-ins. On those days, I can stop by before work, right after, or later in the evening. On my remote days, I can accommodate midday walks, multiple daily visits, or consistent weekly routines. If you have a specific schedule in mind, just let me know—I’m happy to work with you to make sure your pet gets the care and consistency they need. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. Whether I’m taking your dog out for a walk or stopping in for a visit, I approach every booking with care, attention, and consistency. I always keep dogs securely leashed, stay aware of our surroundings, and avoid unsafe areas or interactions with unfamiliar dogs. I follow your preferred walking style, whether that’s structured heel walking, loose-leash exploring, or reinforcing specific training cues. During drop-ins, I make sure your home stays secure, your pet gets the attention they’re used to, and all feeding, medications, and routines are followed exactly as instructed. I communicate clearly, send updates, and never rush visits. I treat your pet and your home with the same respect I’d want for my own. My goal is for you to feel completely confident that your pet is safe, happy, and well-cared-for every time you book with me.
“Thanks Shirley for watching Cricket again on such short notice! We had a great experience with Shirley yet again and we will definitely have her watch Cricket more this summer!”

Treena was an amazing cat sitter and kept my mind at ease through the holidays. She took great care of my cat and followed all instructions seamlessly. She provided daily updates and pictures, and communicated any questions she had during the visit. Everything from food, to litter to the daily trash was done well.

Grace took excellent care of our two kitties for 2.5 weeks while we were away. She was super communicative, sending lots of updates, pictures and videos, and it was evident that she enjoyed spending time with our guys, which we really appreciated since we were so far away and gone for so long. We will definitely have her back next time we go away!
Yidan is hands down the most caring cat sitter ever!!! Daily updates, tons of photos and videos, and zero guesswork. On top of that, she’s a true playtime master. She has an unbelievable collection of toys and always knows exactly how to engage and excite cats. My cat was clearly happy, relaxed, and well cared for. Book Yidan and relax!

Britney did a wonderful job with our shy, anxious cat. He went from hiding on day one, to taking treats from her hand on day two. Britney kept us informed and we felt confident leaving our fur-baby in her care. We would certainly recommend Britney to other pet parents.
