About: I’ve had plenty of experience caring for dogs since I got my own when I was 8. I have been around dogs of all different breeds, ages, and sizes, and I love them all! I have always been the go to dog sitter for friends and family because I am reliable, trustworthy, and attentive. Every dog has its own needs and routine so I will always make sure they are loved, cared for, and come home happy! I am currently in my 3rd year at Queen’s studying Health. I am available all day Thursday-Sunday. I have limited weekly commitments outside of classes so I should be very flexible with timing. About: Hello! I'm Thalia, and I live in downtown Kingston neighbourhood close to many parks. I am a graduate student with a flexible schedule. I grew up with and cared for a Wheaton Terrier for 14 years, and have been a dog lover my whole life. With such a flexible work schedule, I have a lot of free time that I'd love to spend hanging with a doggo! I am comfortable with dogs of all ages. I can give outdoor breaks whenever needed, and at least a 30-60 minute walk each day. I'm happy to follow special care instructions and can help with medication if needed. I was previously employed at a no-kill animal shelter where I was responsible for all aspects of dog and cat care - including exercising, feeding/watering on schedule, administering medication, bathing and grooming. I’m so unbelievably grateful for Courtney as she took such great care of my boys! I very suddenly had a family member pass away and needed to leave town for the services without much notice. Despite the short notice, Courtney was able to accommodate my request and a couple of last minute changes to the schedule. Her communication throughout the entire experience was amazing. Anna and Aleksei were amazing! They took great care of Joe, sent thoughtful updates and photos after every visit, and were incredibly attentive. During one visit they noticed something wasn't right, found that Joe had accidentally gotten himself stuck in the bathroom, stayed longer to make sure he was okay, and even offered to come back later that day at no extra charge to make sure he was okay.
