About: I've taken care of pets of all sorts for the last 20 years. It started with family friends and eventually my name spread. I have cared for animals of all sizes, from pocket dogs to giant breeds. I have cared for puppies and kittens, and senior animals, giving them the attention and affection they deserve. I have worked as a professional dog walker in the past and built some experience working with animals that required medication in both needle and pill form. My greatest asset is my ability to match your schedule as closely as possible, helping ensure your animal experiences minimal disruption and stays as relaxed as possible. I own a content marketing business and I am able to work flexible hours. This means I can meet pet care needs whenever and wherever you need. My work schedule can work around you and your pet. When I look after animals in client homes, I leave the smallest foot print possible. My focus is on your pet. I will respect the rules and boundaries you have set for them and keep your home as you left it. Other than a happy pet, there will be no other signs that I was there.

About: Hi there! I’m Ekene (feel free to call me Kenny!) 😊 I’m a medical student in Kingston who loves pets! I’ve done a lot of pet-sitting for friends for both their puppies and kittens over the years. The youngest I’ve pet-sat was an 8-week old kitten! Going on walks is one of my favourite activities to pass time, and I’d love to have some furry friends join me. More than happy to just run around and play catch too 🎾 I’m a 2nd year medical student right now, and my schedule/days have pretty consistent hours. After my classes or hospital/clinic work wrap up in the mornings and early afternoons, I’ll be free for walks on most evenings on weekdays, and all-day on weekends. On days when my school programming wraps up around noon, I’ll be free even earlier for afternoon walks! I would love to set up a meet & greet with your pet before we start walks or visits, so that we can get to know each other and establish trust first & foremost. I want every pet to feel comfortable!

About: Van and I have had lots of past experience with taking care of dogs! We have both had labrador retrievers, shepherds, Alaskan Malamute, border collies etc. We currently have a 11 month old labrador/husky that we rescued when she was 9 weeks old. She enjoys playing with other dogs and we have trained her in many domains. she currently knows: sit, stay, down, back up, waiting at doors, paw, high five, spin, around, crate, support, hug, off, leave it, and are working on much more. We would be happy to help train your puppy/dog if you are currently working on anything! Van works full time, however I work part-time and thus some days potty breaks will be 0-2 hours, however other days it may be every 4 hours. On the weekends, we would be able to take them out 0-2 hours :) We have a partially fenced yard and our dog goes on a long tie to ensure she stays safe! She is crate and house trained and usually stays in her crate throughout our work days to ensure she is safe as she still likes to chew on wires! Our puppy and your dogs safety is our number 1 priority :)

About: Hi! My name is Ashleigh, I’m a second-year politics student at Queen’s University. I’m responsible, easy to reach, and I take looking after other people’s pets seriously. I’ve grown up around both big and small dogs, so I’m very comfortable with different breeds and temperaments. I’ve also had my own cat for almost two years, and I’ve lived with and helped take care of a kitten as well, so I’m used to the different needs cats have. I’m confident with feeding, walking, medication, and just making sure pets are comfortable and well cared for while you’re away. I am currently living in Kingston full-time over the summer, and only occasionally go away to visit family, so I'm typically available whenever you need! When I’m caring for pets in a client’s home, I try to keep everything as close to their normal routine as possible so they feel comfortable. For drop-ins or overnight stays, I make sure they’re fed on time, have fresh water, get enough exercise, and get attention and playtime. For walks, I adjust to the dog’s energy level and make sure they’re safe and getting a good outing. If I’m staying overnight, I keep things calm and consistent so they’re not stressed while you’re away. I’m also happy to follow any specific instructions, and I can send updates if you’d like, so you know everything’s going well.

About: I am a university student, who loves dogs! I have a large energetic dog of my own at home, who can be quite challenging at times, so I have plenty of experience with dogs who require lots of attention and patience. I am very responsible and caring, and I would love to be able to give your do the care they deserve! Although I am a university student I have a very flexible class schedule! I am free on weekends, Wednesdays, and Fridays all day, and on Mondays Tuesdays and Thursdays I have a few classes so my availability is a bit more limited. That being said, I am happy to be flexible and work with your schedule as much as I can! I’ll always insure a pet will be cared for properly in their own home. I’ll follow their routine as close as possible, including feeding times, walk times, and any other important routines.

About: I have taken care of dogs since my family adopted our first miniature schnauzer when I was seven. Since then I have adopted two adult cats and have tried to spend as much of my free time as possible around animals of all kinds. I work full time, but am available for mornings, evenings, weekends and overnights. I work remotely two days for week and have some flexibility in my hours at my day job. My cats have been on special diets or medications at times and I am comfortable accommodating this. I can work with cats of any temperament, my own youngest was semi-feral when she joined my family. I am comfortable providing enrichment, crating and walking dogs of any size! I definitely have a soft spot for terriers!

About: Grown up taking care of my two Cavalier's for 13 years. Have experience with senior dogs and as they say "No home decor is complete without dog hair!" Back at Queen's University for school. I am available for early morning walks or runs from 8 am - 3pm and boarding most weekday nights. I have time to take the dog outside as much as possible and provide LOTS of water. I am located near a park for many furry adventures and near the pier for nice boardwalk mornings together! I have a clean and safe house with lots of room to lounge inside.
