🐾 About Me I’m Rose - a dog lover who works from home full-time, which means your pup will have constant company, care, and cuddles all day long! Dogs have always been part of my life. My sister’s two adorable pups, Penny and Georgie, are frequent visitors for “sleepovers.” But as she’s moving to B.C., I’d like to open my doors to your fur babies instead! 🌿 My Experience I grew up with dogs and spent a year volunteering at the SPCA in Wellington, New Zealand. I also recently fostered a 2-month old Alaskan Husky named Kazoo with the Humane Society. 🦮 A Day With Me I live just a block from the water and am surrounded by beautiful parks, so your pet can enjoy plenty of outdoor adventures. Whether it’s playtime, a walk, or just lounging in the sun, your dog will get plenty of love, attention, and exercise. 💬 Flexible & Reliable Since my work is entirely online, I’m flexible with scheduling and can adapt to your dog’s routine. Safety, trust & environment
I have no kids or other animals. If your pet likes to snuggle on the couch or bed, I'm happy to have them. Otherwise, if they like to keep to themselves, there’s plenty of space for quiet time.

Rose took care of Zoe for a couple hours super last minute today and saved the day. She had enrichment for her and the space was 100% nosey mini dachshund proof! Would trust Rose with my baby girl anytime!
Rose was great with Charlie Brown on his first visit ever to a dog sitter. She was attentive to his specific puppy needs, and stayed in good touch with us (including pics). Thank you Rose! We look forward to another afternoon stay!!
Rose has cared for my puppy twice now, and she has been absolutely wonderful. She’s very attentive to his needs, and so kind and gentle with him. She goes out of her way to make sure he is as happy and comfortable as possible. We’ll definitely continue to use her!
I recently adopted a lovely dog named Lady, and we’ve been dealing with some unprecedented separation anxiety. When I first reached out to Rose, I was still figuring out what Lady and I needed, and she was incredibly helpful, understanding, and flexible. It’s been such a weight off my shoulders having reliable and affordable daycare with someone as wonderful and knowledgeable as Rose, and I can’t recommend her enough to anyone in the area looking for doggy daycare!
I booked Rose for my dog Luna and the experience overall was smooth and easy. Communication was friendly, scheduling was simple, and I appreciated the updates during the day. Luna came home happy and tired, which is always a good sign! Thank you for taking good care of her.
Rose is an absolute delight! Arlo is a challenging puppy with some behavioural and health concerns. Rose arrived really knowledgeable and understanding. She bonded with Arlo right away. She’s clearly incredibly experienced, and has a lot of care and compassion for animals. I highly recommend rose!!!

Schedule
Generally, I'm awake by 7:00, spend a half hour walking by the water, then the rest of the day working from home. I'm available for doggy day care and boarding.
