About: I've been caring for small dogs for over 2 years and absolutely love giving them attention they deserve. I have experience with different small breeds and understand their unique needs and personalities. Friends, neighbors and family gave trusted me to walk, feed, play with and bathe their little pups, My goal is to make every dog feels safe, happy, and loved while their owners away. I'm a stay-at-home mom with one toddler and a small Maltipoo, so I'm home most of the day with plenty of time to give your pup attention and care. My days are filled with playtime, walks, and cuddles, and I'd love to include your dog in our fun, loving routine. I'm also available for boarding on weekends and most weekdays. I have a safe, clean home and a friendly Maltipoo who loves other small dogs. Your pup will be part of a calm and loving family environment, getting plenty of playtime and attention throughout the day. I always make sure each dog feels comfortable, secure, and loved - just like they're at home.

About: We have a quiet, orderly home with regular routines. Our last dog lived to be 16 years old and needed quite intensive care in the last year. We live in a quiet neighbourhood and are happy to take your pet to the dog park nearby or the Lemoine Point walking trail. I have few daily commitments outside of the home and am seldom gone for more than an hour or two. An anxious or timid dog would do well in my care. I believe in plenty of walks and playtime with favourite toys. I’m also happy to let them cuddle with me as much as they want.

About: Our family included a sweet cat who lived to the age of 19. We also have a dog who is 5 years old and we understand the joys of puppy training. We enjoyed Puppy school and agility training and understand what is required to keep dogs happy and well exercised. I recently retired and I am looking for ways to stay active and dog walking is an activity that I enjoy. We currently have our own dog and he loves companions when appropriate. If your pet is not social- no problem! I have a fully fenced yard and a 5 year old mini golden doodle who loves furry friends. I enjoy long walks and am well prepared with treats and water. Rain or snow don't deter me from a walk- its always enjoyable with the right outerwear! I have attended puppy school with my dog and understand the concepts of dog behavior and how to keep dogs in control, engaged and happy.

When I was born, a beautiful German shepherd was brought home and we grew up together, since then, my love for dogs (and all animals) is inexplicable. I have taken care of my own dogs (Belgian and German shepherd, lab, schnauzer, dachshund, mixed, etc.). I have taken care of senior dogs with different needs (medication, carrying them to walk, etc.) and some dogs with diseases such as chronic seizures, cancer and arthritis. I'm currently working in a remote (work from home) position, so I have availability to take care of your puppy/ies during the day. I’m available for boarding during the weekends with some breaks in between so I can take care of my own dogs. Here's how I typically approach it: - Initial Consultation: I start by scheduling an initial consultation with the owners to discuss their dog's needs, routines, feeding schedules, medical history, and any specific instructions or preferences they may have. - Visits: During my visits, I ensure that the dogs have access to food, water, and a clean environment. I follow their feeding schedule and provide any necessary medications or supplements as instructed by the owners. - Exercise and Playtime: I engage the dogs in regular exercise and playtime sessions to keep them mentally and physically stimulated. This could include walks, play sessions in the backyard, or games indoors (depending on the weather). - Potty Breaks: I take the dogs out for regular potty breaks according to their usual schedule, ensuring that they are comfortable and their living space remains clean. - Updates and Communication: Throughout my time with the dog(s), I maintain open communication with the owners, providing updates and photos to reassure them that their pets are in good hands. - Security and Safety: I take measures to ensure the security and safety of the home, such as checking that doors and windows are securely locked and being mindful of any potential hazards in the environment. About: For over 3 decades, I have been providing high quality care to extended fur family, as well as to those of our friends and neighbors who have been generous enough to lend me some of their pets' time. From big dogs to small dogs, young dogs to old dogs, our single-family detached home and fully fenced yard is sure to provide a warm and comfortable environment for your well-natured, and good-with-kids pup. I work from home 3 weekdays days out of 5, and can come home for lunch on those 2 days where I have to be in the office to let your pup out and provide food and water. Long walks, lots of fetch, and plenty of pictures are in store if you choose to trust our family with your fur babies. We have one family dog already, a 5-year old pug named George, who has shown himself to be very good with other dogs, both big and small. We take long walks around the neighborhood, stopping to say high to other dogs and their owners. We also occasionnaly go to the dog park Kingston East, or sometimes further afield for beach days or hikes on local trails or conservation areas. Our pug naturally sleeps on the bed with us (we couldn't stop him if we tried), so we'db be delighted to extend your dog the same courtesy. They'd become a part of the family.
