About: Registered Vet Tech with 23+ years experience. I live in a country setting. I will give your dog/s a fun and loving place to distract them from your absence. I can accommodate most energy and temperaments. My dog is a small mixed breed senior who loves having other dogs around. My 6 cats getting along with dogs as well. As a vet tech I am able to administer medications, monitor health conditions and respond promptly to changes in health. I have been caring for pets since I was a kid. I have behaviour training experience and know how to manage multiple dog personalities. I can also arrange pick up and drop off in my area, and depending on my schedule. My schedule is currently very open. I am flexible for days/times and durations. I am able to meet most days to make suàre we are a good fit. I live in 30 acres, on a quiet dirt road. I do not have children. I will care for your pet like a family member. I am capable of following any dietary requirements. I have a long history of caring for many breeds of dogs. My cats are used to having visiting dog friends.

About: I grew up in a household that always had a family dog and I now have a dog of my own. My last family dog lived to 16 so am familiar with a senior dog lifestyle. In comparison my current dog Nova (4.5 yrs) I have raised alone from a puppy. She is a collie lab mix with lots of energy! I work from home and have a very flexible job that allows me to take a hour lunch break to go for a long walk with my dog. I have an acre and a half of land. About one acre has a inground electric fence that I have trained my dog on. If I have guest dogs I suggest a long lead if they are a flight risk or I have a spare collar for dog parents that agree to training with the fence ( I have flags and the collar beeps in warning to the perimeter). I give lots of affection throughout the day to pets and if I have a snack usually means my furry friend will as well.
