About: I had my childhood dog for almost 15 years. She was my soul dog, my absolute world. I am looking to fill my spare time with taking care of other dogs so that I can give them love and attention while their owners are busy or away. Taking care of dogs gives me a sense of purpose and I know that I would want someone to love and care for my dog if I needed the help. I work full-time Monday-Friday but I’m available after 5pm most days and Wednesdays I am available before 2pm. I am home all weekend most weekends so I have plenty of time to play with and take care of your fur babies. I get up early in the morning so I am able to be up and out for the early morning walks and I am a night owl by nature so I am also always ready for night time potty breaks or walks. I am a homebody by nature so I am always comfortable staying in and cuddling with a pup and watching a movie. I do also love nature though so you can often times find me down by the lake or on a trail for a nice long walk. I have a small senior dog living at home who loves other dogs so he can be playful at times but also knows how to give other dogs their space when wanted. I also live with a toddler who has been around dogs his whole life who loves to give them attention and play with them, but he has also learned to be very gentle with them. I do not have a back yard but I have a closed off balcony and a park in my complex with plenty of space for dogs to run around and go for walks. I live in a 2 storey condo so there is plenty of space to relax and move around.

About: Throughout the years, I have had the opportunity to walk family and friends dogs as well as pet sit a variety of animals; dogs, cats, rabbits, small animals and reptiles. I'm currently available for dog walking or drop in visits for your dog, cat, or rabbits. I have had bunnies for several years and am knowledgeable on their nutrition and other needs. So if you need an experienced bunny sitter in the Barrie area during your time away I'm your girl! I am currently working in the photography business and absolutely love pet photography. I will gladly send photo updates of your pet during our time together :) see photos in profile for examples of the quick snapshots taken during walks or home visits I am currently working from home on flexible schedule so I will have plenty of time to play with your pups! Anytime is available weekends and evenings. For weekdays between 9-5 I am flexible for walks or home visits, pick a time and we can discuss! For walks, I like to keep your dog comfortable and in a familiar setting since they are being accompanied by someone new. I will stick to your usual route/in the same area as your home. I will typically avoid larger dogs or busy streets if they seem anxious or distracted, but please let me know if there are any other factors that your dog should avoid. When we come back home I can place them back in their crate if that is preferred.

About: With over 25 years of experience and training; neighbours, friends and family regularly rely on me to care for their beloved pets. I specialize in puppies under 1 year. I offer on leash walks or off leash opportunities for dogs that have good recall. Please note, a minimum 1 hour booking is required for off leash walks. While in my care, your pets will be cared for as though they are my own and I will always communicate with you, the owner, about any concerns or changes in the pet's behaviour.

About: I have been looking after my own pets all my life, volunteered and fostered for a local cat shelter, and have also dog sat and walked for my friends and family. I teach Kindergarten, so during the school year I am available weekdays after 4pm and weekends anytime. In the summer, I am available weekdays anytime and limited times on the weekends. I am happy to walk your dog or cat on their own or if they want company, my very friendly chihuahua can join. I also have a pet stroller if your dog or cat would prefer a more relaxing, scenic walk.

And I’d be more than happy to just come feed your dog! I’ve just moved from Squamish BC and currently perusing becoming a firefighter. About: I have been walking dogs and taking care of them for almost 10 years - having a lab of my own for 3.5 years I am experienced in raising a puppy and training a large dog to be extremely social, well tempered and friendly. Family and friends rely on me to walk, feed, engage and care for their pets when they are unavailable to do so. I am very comfortable handling dogs of all sizes from puppies to adults. I work from home 3 days a week, so I am flexible and able to give your dog all the walks and attention they require to settle once in the house. I live in a house, and my own lab is crate trained to be in his crate when he needs to be without any issues. There is a large park beside my home for frequent potty breaks as well as a large dog park only if the owner is comfortable.
