“I couldn’t have asked for a better family to take care of my 10 year old Goldendoodle, Ginger! Anne and Andrew were amazing with caring for her while I was overseas for two months! Anne kept me in the loop with tons of updates and pictures. You could tell Ginger really grew attached to them, and she seemed so comfortable and happy there. She was spoiled and allowed up on the couch and even cuddled up in their bed! They also have an older Goldendoodle who’s the sweetest, and they got along so well. Their place is beautiful, safe, and perfect for dogs. I’d absolutely trust them with Ginger anytime and will definitely use them again. Anne and Andrew are truly wonderful dog sitters!”

About: I've had dogs and cats my whole life. They aren't just pets though, they are part of the family! We currently have a 2 year old black lab/boxer. I always want the best for my dog and I know you do too! I am currently retired and home all day every day! Your dogs will never be alone. In fact, I love taking them for walks through the forest and playing with them in the backyard! My dog has the run of the house and is allowed everywhere in the house and the backyard is entirely fenced in. They are allowed to go in and out on their own as much as they want to!

“Our dogs had a wonderful stay with Donna and her family! Both Gus and Winnie are senior dogs (14 and 13) who have been going to the same kennel for 10 years. When our kennel had to cancel last minute we were at a loss as we had a 3 week trip coming up -over the Easter holiday - and no one to watch the dogs. This was our first Rover experience and I’m so glad it worked out! Gus and Winnie have never stayed with anyone else so we were really nervous. Donna was so great at making both dogs comfortable and communicating with us while we were away. Gus had some issues early on (we think due to stress) and Donna went out of her way to adjust her schedule and his surroundings so that he was comfortable. Winnie is your typical snuggly Pug and I could tell she was right at home by the photos sent of her snuggling on the couch and hanging out with Donna’s children. It can be a little uncomfortable if and when they pull but if they are well trained, I am able to control them and have a pleasant walk still. If you are adamant that your dog is great off-leash, I'd like to know how they react to other dogs and squirrels running by before taking that risk. There are only 6 dogs I have off-leash experience with (Husky-Belgian Malinois mix, American Bulldog, German Shepherd, St. Bernard mix, Portugese Waterdog, and Shitzhu) and they were fine, though there are some dogs I'd never imagine being able to be off-leash so please be honest with your dog's discipline level. I have taken care of, fed, and dog-sat a number of dogs too. If you want them to do commands or tricks before eating, I have experience doing that as well. I will give them lots of attention during their visits. I love to play with dogs, give them belly rubs, and brush them if they enjoy that. I have cat sit for 8 cats before, and even though I am a dog person, I love all animals. If you have a cat that needs to be fed, given attention, and playtime, I'm happy to be of service. I am currently working online part-time and so I have availability to dog sit and dog walk your pets during my off hours. I mostly have availability during mornings up until afternoons around 3pm. We have a big friendly dog here at home and a large fenced off backyard where your dogs can roam around and play. We will give them lots of love and attention during their stays with us.

About: Dogs - I have owned a dog since I was little and there has rarely ever not been one in the house. Cats- I have owned cats before and also kittens as well. I have completed a full 2 credit Co op at the OSPCA when in high school. I have lots of personal experience and knowledge with dogs and cats, either owning or taking care of them. I do have a full time job but I love to spend my time off caring for animals and getting to know new people and their pets :) I am respectful, easy going, polite, and punctual. I look forward to getting to know you and your animal(s). I currently work full time at Costco but I make time out of my schedule for taking care of animals because I love to do it I own a dog and he is very friendly. I’ve had him since he was a pup and he’s high energy so we spend time on a lot of walks, and we do a lot of enrichment time whether it’s just playing or doing tasks for treats. If I were to come to a clients home I am very respectful and will focus on your pet and make sure all their needs are met and are well looked after. About: I have hands-on experience caring for both dogs and cats through overnight stays, drop-in visits and dog walking. I’ve cared for pets with many different personalities, from energetic and playful to shy, nervous and anxious. I’m patient and take the time to let each pet become comfortable with me at their own pace. I follow their regular routines, including feeding, walks, potty breaks, playtime and lots of love and attention. I especially love seeing a shy/anxious pet begin to trust me and become my little shadow. I also ask all pet parents to complete a detailed intake form, which helps me learn about your pet’s routine, medical needs, preferences, and any special instructions so I can provide the best care possible. For dog walking clients, I also like to do a short practice walk so your dog can get comfortable with me before our first scheduled walk. About: I grew up with one cat and a couple of dogs. My cat, Maggie, was my responsibility and I played with her, changed her food and litter box, and took her to vet appointments when I was older. One of my childhood dogs, Tess, had cerebellar hypoplasia, which meant that she experienced seizures and difficulties with coordination. From Tess, I learned the importance of balancing safety and autonomy. The experiences that I had with my childhood pets made me want to pursue pet caretaking in my adulthood! I currently have two Border Collie, Australian Shepherds (Olive and Cooper) with my partner, and they keep us active! We love to go for walks and hikes with them, and enjoy working on their training! From Olive and Cooper, I have learned and continue to learn about high energy dogs and the importance of adequate mental and physical stimulation. I am currently enrolled in a program at Georgian College, which starts in the fall. I am looking for work this summer and plan to continue working around my schedule, when school starts! I make sure to give my dogs their own time and space so that they feel special and cared for. But they also enjoy walks and hikes together, and hanging out in the yard; I like to join in by throwing a frisbee/ ball or incorporating some training! I have also had a cat and taken care of cats, and I like to engage with them when they are interested. But I am also happy to just provide company, if that is all they need.
About: I have experience with dogs ranging in ages newborn - old age. I am able to provide medications and pay attention to detail with feeding times. I am currently working evenings and have availability most mornings as well as all day sunday. I am also available some nights for potty breaks I provide a loving environment for all fur babies - no dog or cat goes unloved. Play time is essential as well as walks around the block.

About: I've had dogs and cats my whole life. They aren't just pets though, they are part of the family! We currently have a 2 year old black lab/boxer. I always want the best for my dog and I know you do too! I am currently retired and home all day every day! Your dogs will never be alone. In fact, I love taking them for walks through the forest and playing with them in the backyard! My dog has the run of the house and is allowed everywhere in the house and the backyard is entirely fenced in. They are allowed to go in and out on their own as much as they want to!
