About: I have been working with animals since I was 14, I started as a kennel attendant in a veterinary clinic setting and have volunteered with many rescues and animal shelters since. Personally, I have fostered 13 dogs. Therefore, I have experience with a wide range of breeds behaviours and medical issues and not a whole lot phases me. I have experience with training and loose leash walking, as well as a variety of training tools like slip, leads, E collar, prong collar, harnesses, halties. etc. I am happy to tailor each dogs walk or drop in visit to their specific needs. About: I grew up with one cat and a couple of dogs. My cat, Maggie, was my responsibility and I played with her, changed her food and litter box, and took her to vet appointments when I was older. One of my childhood dogs, Tess, had cerebellar hypoplasia, which meant that she experienced seizures and difficulties with coordination. From Tess, I learned the importance of balancing safety and autonomy. The experiences that I had with my childhood pets made me want to pursue pet caretaking in my adulthood!
