About: Dogs - I have owned a dog since I was little and there has rarely ever not been one in the house. Cats- I have owned cats before and also kittens as well. I have completed a full 2 credit Co op at the OSPCA when in high school. I have lots of personal experience and knowledge with dogs and cats, either owning or taking care of them. I do have a full time job but I love to spend my time off caring for animals and getting to know new people and their pets :) I am respectful, easy going, polite, and punctual. I look forward to getting to know you and your animal(s). I currently work full time at Costco but I make time out of my schedule for taking care of animals because I love to do it I own a dog and he is very friendly. I’ve had him since he was a pup and he’s high energy so we spend time on a lot of walks, and we do a lot of enrichment time whether it’s just playing or doing tasks for treats. If I were to come to a clients home I am very respectful and will focus on your pet and make sure all their needs are met and are well looked after. About: I have been taking care of animals of all shapes, sizes, breeds, and species as long as I can remember. I am very cognizant of all the animals in my care and find I can read their cues like a book. I am learning dog training and have worked hard with my dog on his skills. We have a large fenced backyard, the dog beach nearby and 2 dog parks not far from our house. About: I grew up with one cat and a couple of dogs. My cat, Maggie, was my responsibility and I played with her, changed her food and litter box, and took her to vet appointments when I was older. One of my childhood dogs, Tess, had cerebellar hypoplasia, which meant that she experienced seizures and difficulties with coordination. From Tess, I learned the importance of balancing safety and autonomy. The experiences that I had with my childhood pets made me want to pursue pet caretaking in my adulthood! I currently have two Border Collie, Australian Shepherds (Olive and Cooper) with my partner, and they keep us active! We love to go for walks and hikes with them, and enjoy working on their training!
