About: I have been taking care of dogs for years i am a little bit of everything and would take care of them as if there my own I have a little boy who is my world and making sure that your dogs get as much play and love is a number one I would make sure that get bathroom breaks as often as needed food is depending on when you want them feed walks are usually 3 to 4 times a day and lots of play I have a lots of house space and a fenced backyard if there is a issues with dogs I am able to sperate them with crate or rooms or baby gates

“Jade was so incredibly patient with our little guy! He is very nervous/skiddish so it’s not always easy to approach him. Not that he’s aggressive or anything just very stand-offish. She gently coaxed him into his harness and gave him time to warm up to her. She successfully got him out on his walk! Which is a miracle, most of our family members can barely manage as much. She went above and beyond to make sure he was comfortable, safe, happy and taken care of ❤️❤️❤️ We’re so appreciative that the first time we left him with anyone that it was Jade! She is the puppy whisperer!”

About: I have years of experience caring for several breeds of dogs of all sizes and personalities not only as a pet owner but also as a volunteer at the Humane Society. Still physically able to take your athletic dog on a vigorous walk or for the lap dogs happy to provide companionship simply watching a good movie. I currently do not have a dog and felt this would be a great opportunity to provide a service and in turn enjoy the company of several different dogs. Being retired affords me the time to take extra special care of your loved one, previously in my full time working life I still did not leave any of my dogs alone for more than four hours at a time. About: Hi, I'm Michelle! I am a life-long animal lover and currently have two dogs and three bunnies of my own. My own dog was a very timid rescue, and our journey together led me to learning about dog behavior and training in depth. We love trying out new dog sports and tricks to build her confidence! I currently foster dogs as well and volunteer with a rescue as a post-adoption coordinator, giving assistance to families that also have nervous or reactive rescues. I'm currently available for dog walking or drop in visits for your dog, cat, or rabbits. I have had bunnies for several years and am knowledgeable on their nutrition and other needs. So if you need an experienced bunny sitter in the Barrie area during your time away I'm your girl! I work in the photography business and absolutely love pet photography. I will gladly send photo updates of your pet during our time together :) see photos in profile for examples of the quick snapshots taken during walks or home visits I am currently working from home on flexible schedule so I will have plenty of time to play with your pups! Anytime is available weekends and evenings. For weekdays between 9-5 I am flexible for walks or home visits, pick a time and we can discuss! For walks, I like to keep your dog comfortable and in a familiar setting since they are being accompanied by someone new. I will stick to your usual route/in the same area as your home. I will typically avoid larger dogs or busy streets if they seem anxious or distracted, but please let me know if there are any other factors that your dog should avoid. When we come back home I can place them back in their crate if that is preferred.

About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and honestly can’t imagine it any other way. I’ve been dog sitting for friends and family since high school, and I love getting to know each dog’s personality. I also worked on a dairy farm for 10 years, where we always had dogs around (including five that hung out with us in the parlour!), so I’m super comfortable with animals. Taking care of pets doesn’t feel like work to me, it’s something I genuinely enjoy. I’m currently a student at Georgian College and have a very flexible schedule that allows me to accommodate pet care throughout the week. Tuesdays are my only fully busy day, but I have availability at various times on all other days. I’m especially available during evenings and weekends, making it easy to fit walks, drop-ins, or pet sitting into my routine. I provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment whether I’m caring for pets in my home or a client’s home. At my home, I have a fully fenced-in backyard for secure outdoor time, as well as plenty of indoor space for dogs to relax. I also have a friendly Labrador who enjoys the company of other dogs, but I always make sure introductions are done slowly and safely. If a dog prefers their own space, I have a spare room where they can relax privately. About: I have always had a love for dogs and that followed me into adulthood where I've spent the last five years working in rescue. Within the last few years, I've pursued my passion of co-founding and becoming the director of a local dog rescue in the GTA (MUTTS Dog Rescue) and embarked on various trips to the US and across Canada to help save and rehome dogs in need. I've fostered 10 dogs (and counting) from 5 weeks old and up, fostered four baby kittens, helped care for three family dogs ranging from puppies to seniors, dog sat a number of times, and currently have two rescue dogs (a husky/lab/shep x and a meximutt) and three cats. Working in rescue has helped me gain a deeper understanding of a dog's mannerisms and behaviours which allows me to advocate for them in the way they deserve. With over 25 years of experience under my belt, I have the confidence and knowledge to properly care for your pet whether that be through crating, feeding, walking and/or providing medication. A double leash will be beneficial should the dog be a flight risk and a loose lead walk will be given with proper corrections if needed. My main priority is the safety of your dog. Pet care is a part of my every day life with 2 dogs and 3 cats. I will always make time for my pets and in turn make time for yours! Our pets receive the utmost of care. We have a large fenced yard, multiple crates in the home to provide safety and security, gates in the home to ensure dogs don’t get into anything they shouldn’t, toys are away to manage proper play.
