About: I have worked in the animal industry for a decade, with experience at various veterinary hospitals, a pet boarding facility, and cattle farms. I have been pet-sitting/using Rover since 2019, in both Ontario and Alberta. Intermittently as my schedule permits. I have my BSc honours in Animal Biology. With my extensive experience and education, you can rest assured that your pets are safe & in capable hands. I can use my knowledgeable about animal behaviour to create a calm and loving environment, and give each pet the unique affection and stimulation that they need. My dog, Nahla, is 20 lbs / 6 yrs, and loves other dogs and cats. She will happily zoom around if riled up, but spends most of her time snoozing on blankets. The submissive type, cares more for people. Each pet I care for is treated with just as much attention and respect as my own! If you have any questions at all don't hesitate to ask :) I am currently finishing my postgraduate degree and have class about 20 hours per week. I am quite flexible for walk days and times. For the rest of 2026, unfortunately I do not have consistent/recurring full days available for day-care. If you are looking for one-offs, please still feel free to reach out. I live on the upper floor of a duplex, with carpeted stairs, a sunny spot under the skylight, and loads of treats. There is an unfenced grass yard for shorter potty breaks, but we walk around the community or trails daily. You can trust that your dog will enjoy the perfect day of fun and snuggles.

About: I’ve been fostering dogs for over 10 years (hundreds of dogs at this point), adult dogs, seniors, whelping moms, and (my personal favourite) puppies. I also have three dogs and a cat of my own, so my life is basically one big fur party. I’ve worked with high-energy pups, reactive dogs, and those with quirky personalities that need a little extra patience and love. From basic training to helping shy or nervous dogs feel comfortable, I make sure every pet I care for feels safe, happy, and understood. Whether it’s a quick drop in or a long walk, your pet will get all the cuddles, playtime, and attention they deserve. I am currently available during the day before 2:00 pm and after 6:00 pm and some weekends. We can absolutely discuss different times and schedules if needed. I am comfortable with walking, playing with, basic training like working on potty training, lounging and cuddles and helping your pup back into their crate.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of my life. I’ve had cats my entire life and have experience raising and training a dog from puppyhood, so I’m comfortable with everything from playful puppies to older pets who need a little extra patience and care. I also have my RPN diploma and several years of experience working in healthcare, so I’m naturally very attentive, responsible and observant when it comes to someone’s wellbeing. I’m comfortable following routines, medications or special instructions provided by owners, and I take it seriously when someone trusts me with their pet. I’ve always had a natural connection with animals (and honestly, dogs and kids seem to find me wherever I go 😂). I’m calm, patient and affectionate, and I think animals pick up on that energy. My schedule is very flexible because I work casually in healthcare, which means I choose and book my shifts ahead of time. This allows me to plan my pet-sitting commitments around my work schedule and offer a high level of availability. I’m able to accommodate a variety of schedules, including daytime care, walks, drop-ins and overnight stays. Once I commit to caring for a pet, I make sure they have my full attention and that their routine is maintained as closely as possible to what they’re used to at home. Whether I’m caring for a pet in my home or theirs, I follow their normal routine as closely as possible and make sure they get the right balance of exercise, stimulation, attention and downtime for their individual personality. I’m especially comfortable with high-energy and active dogs. My own dog was basically my four-legged training partner! We went running, swimming, played fetch with some seriously ambitious throws, and even played soccer and football together. 😂 I love giving energetic dogs the exercise and play they need, while also knowing when it’s time to slow down and relax. At home, I provide a clean, calm and pet-friendly environment with plenty of supervision, affection and room to play. When caring for pets in their own home, I’m respectful of their space and routines and make sure they receive consistent care and companionship. I take safety seriously and pay attention to changes in behaviour, appetite or overall wellbeing. I’m also happy to follow detailed instructions, including feeding schedules, medication and special-care needs. About: I've had dogs my entire life and have had cats for the last 15 years. Every member of my family has had dogs and I used to dog sit for most of them as well as dog sit my dad's coworkers golden retriever for one month every summer for about 5 years. I Have family friends that are veterinarians that have taught me a lot about pet care growing up. Was the sole dog walker and groomer in the family and have also trained my puppies. All of my pets have lived into their senior years so I am very well aware of specialized senior care and can confidently give medication. I am also well versed in rescuing animals and understand the intricate feeding schedules and cleaning for very young pets. I am self employed so I have LOTS of time to play with your pets! I can schedule around most things to make it more convenient for you and your pets! I care for your pets in your home/ yard and will walk in your neighborhood since that is where your pet is most comfortable. If there are any other pets / people they are not friendly with please let me know as well as any special needs/diets I need to worry about.

About: I am a very responsible 69 year old woman who needs extra income and company. I'll treat your pet as if it were my own. I have lots of love to give your dog and enjoy walks either on quiet roads or in the woods or just around town. If they are social then a trip to the dog park will definitely happen! Summer time I can even take them swimming if you want. Different breeds like different activities so just let me know what your dog loves to do or play with and I'll soon become their best friend! I’ve had dogs all my life and since I do not have one of my own right now, I'd like to take care of yours and get my doggy fix! I'm sure your dog will love me and we will have as much fun on our staycation as you are on your vacation! I am no longer working and have all day and night to spend with your dog(s). When looking after my four legged friends, I spend as much time as I can with them so they will be too busy to know you’re on vacation! I will keep to their routine and feel they are more comfortable in their own home in their comfort zone. I’m open to them coming to my home as well if it more suitable for you.

About: I’ve grown up with dogs and cats my entire life, I take the biggest pride in getting kisses & affection from all animals, I just want them happy at the end of the day! I love helping others when needed, I currently do this full time as a career opportunity so I always find time for all pet care needs as that is what I devote my time to doing. About: Hi, My name is Kim and I have been taking care of dogs and cats for most of my life. Whether it's my own animals or my friends and families. I have administered medications, bathed, walked, and fed them. I have worked with animals that are on a special diet. My Pug has allergies so I understand the necessity of sticking to diets. My Shih Tzu is on daily medication for seizures so I understand the responsibility and importance of making sure medications is administered consistently and properly. I was a PSW, but I am taking some time off to see if can start a career in animal care. My schedule is open with lots of time to give attention to your animal. I like to treat every animal that comes in my home like they are my own. I own two small dogs and I keep them leashed at all times when I am outside. My yard is partially fenced in and safety is my number one priority for all animals. I would take the dogs on multiple walks a day to keep them exercised. I also have two children aged 12 and 9 who love to play with your animal to keep them happy. I would feed the animals as per the animals usual schedule. About: Ever since I was young I always loved animals, not only cats and dogs...but each and every animal I see around... I always communicate with them and give them as much as love as I can!! I'm currently enjoying my college life and being with pets gives me a plentiful worthy time to spend with these cuties.Even I have an innovative way of training puppies. I always try to maintain a safe environment for these fur babies and always use to clean and refill the empty bowls and never make them feel bored.

About: Mess with my animals; you mess with me. I am a fierce animal advocate/rescuer (Team Chelsea Volunteer). I am also a pet groomer in training. Animal care & welfare is important to me. I work from home on Mondays and Fridays. My days are flexible. Currently, I have 3 of my own dogs (very friendly and playful) and one Sr. cat (Luna is a bit of a wild-child; typical of Tuxedo female cats; she stays upstairs in her safe place; either on my bed or on her cat tree). I have also made Luna a treehouse in the backyard tucked safely inside of a mulberry tree. I have a fenced yard and my home is quite frankly a safe haven for animals. I just live here. Their happiness and comfort is my priority.
