“Meeting Randi, I loved her instantly and she her experience with senior dogs and medication was a plus. She has come a few times now to look after my senior dog and she has been amazing! When I get home Stella’s love tank has always been filled up by Randi so she doesn’t even meet me at the door lol.”

“Amin did a great job taking care of my two cats while I was away for a long weekend! He sent me pictures every day, and even got my shy boy to come out of hiding while he was there. I felt very confident having him there to check in them.”

“Doris did a fantastic job caring for my cat, Mochi. I told her I liked seeing pics of him and she made sure to send lots of pics and spend time with him during her visits. I will 100% be booking again with her. Thank you, Doris!! :)”

“WOW! Thank you so much sue, you went above and beyond and my furrbabies couldn’t have been happier!!! Only problem I have is that I’m moving next week out of town and sadly I won’t be able to use sue again. Fantastic job”
About: I’ve been around dogs my whole life and honestly can’t imagine it any other way. I’ve been dog sitting for friends and family since high school, and I love getting to know each dog’s personality. I also worked on a dairy farm for 10 years, where we always had dogs around (including five that hung out with us in the parlour!), so I’m super comfortable with animals. Taking care of pets doesn’t feel like work to me, it’s something I genuinely enjoy. I’m currently a student at Georgian College and have a very flexible schedule that allows me to accommodate pet care throughout the week. Tuesdays are my only fully busy day, but I have availability at various times on all other days. I’m especially available during evenings and weekends, making it easy to fit walks, drop-ins, or pet sitting into my routine. I provide a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment whether I’m caring for pets in my home or a client’s home. At my home, I have a fully fenced-in backyard for secure outdoor time, as well as plenty of indoor space for dogs to relax. I also have a friendly Labrador who enjoys the company of other dogs, but I always make sure introductions are done slowly and safely. If a dog prefers their own space, I have a spare room where they can relax privately. When caring for pets in a client’s home, I always follow their routine closely to keep things consistent and stress-free. I prioritize safety, supervision, and lots of attention to make sure each pet feels comfortable and well cared for.
“Maria is fantastic! Her love and care for our pet matches none other and that's why we always reach out to her first whenever we need a cat sitter. Thoughtful updates, wonderful pictures, and just such a vibrant person to talk with. Thanks once again, Maria!”

“Katie was incredibly kind and easy to work with. She was early to each of the visits that we had scheduled and she was supportive of flexibility with meet and greet visits and key drop-off situations. I would gladly trust Katie to take care of my pets again.”

“Ashley was amazing with our cat Maggie! She sent us photos often and our cat loved her. Very kind, helpful and professional! I highly recommend Ashley for your pet sitting needs, we loved her so much we want to book her again for our next vacation!”

About: Dogs - I have owned a dog since I was little and there has rarely ever not been one in the house. Cats- I have owned cats before and also kittens as well. I have completed a full 2 credit Co op at the OSPCA when in high school. I have lots of personal experience and knowledge with dogs and cats, either owning or taking care of them. I do have a full time job but I love to spend my time off caring for animals and getting to know new people and their pets :) I am respectful, easy going, polite, and punctual. I look forward to getting to know you and your animal(s). I currently work full time at Costco but I make time out of my schedule for taking care of animals because I love to do it I own a dog and he is very friendly. I’ve had him since he was a pup and he’s high energy so we spend time on a lot of walks, and we do a lot of enrichment time whether it’s just playing or doing tasks for treats. If I were to come to a clients home I am very respectful and will focus on your pet and make sure all their needs are met and are well looked after. Let me know of any routines to follow or just basic care and daily feeding schedules.
“Lauren was great with my cats! She was attentive and thorough. She was on time for all her visits and had great communication to keep me informed. I'm very grateful to have had her care for my babies while I was away! Thanks Lauren!”

About: I have taken excellent care of pets for friends, family members and clients since I was 14 years old. I have also had pets of my own (dogs, cats, fish, bunnies) that have provided me a lot of knowledge around how to best take care of different animals at all stages of life. While I do work 8:00-4:00 during the week. I partner with my sister to ensure that I can provide the best care possible with her stopping in during the day if required. As a pet sitter, my priority is providing a safe, loving environment where your pets feel at ease. You can trust that I'll treat them with the same care and attention as if they were my own. Your pet's well-being and comfort are my top concern, always
About: I have hands on experience with daily dog walks and drop in visits, including feeding, potty breaks, playtime, and leash walks. I'm comfortable following specific routines and instructions and always make sure pets feel calm and cared for during each visit. I can also send updates and photos so you can feel confident while you're away. I work about 25-30 hours at a spa. I have Sunday and Monday's off, half of Saturdays and can always do before or after work. During drop in visits, I focus on safety, routine and comfort. I provide feeding, fresh water, potty breaks, playtime or walks, and make sure pets feel calm and cared for.

Barrie cat parents share their Rover experiences
Amin took care of our cat for about 11 days. We were a bit worried at first since our cat doesn't take well to new faces, but he was able to get our little fur baby to warm up and took such good care of him, keeping us posted every day after the visit with notes and photos. Thank you for taking care of him :)
