“I truly can’t say enough amazing things about Melanie! This was our first time using Rover for our two cats, and naturally we were a little hesitant but she completely put all of our worries to rest. Melanie was incredibly responsive, communicative, and consistently gave us total peace of mind while we were away. One of our cats is extremely picky and can be a bit particular with new people, but he warmed up to her right away which says everything. It’s so clear that she’s experienced, patient, and genuinely cares. She treated our cats like they were her own, and that meant the world to us. If you’re looking for someone you can fully trust with your pets, you truly don’t need to look any further. Your furry family members will be in the best hands with her.”

“Sofia always makes my trips stress-free because I know my boys are in the best hands. She genuinely cares for them, treats them like her own, and always makes sure they’re happy, comfortable, and well looked after. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing they’re with someone who loves and cares for them as much as I do. My dogs are always excited to see her, and I couldn’t recommend Sofia more highly to anyone looking for a trustworthy and caring dog sitter.”

“Lisa has been wonderful with my cat Alexa. This was the 2nd time Lisa helping me take care of Alexa, and Alexa, usually shy, has recognized Lisa as a friend, and been really close to her. Thanks Lisa!”

“This was our first time using Melanie for our cat Larry. She was very professional! Had excellent daily updates and paid very special attention to our pet. She was even able to tell us what treats he liked and what activities he enjoyed. She was an excellent pet sitter and we'd be happy to use her again! We highly recommend her!”

“Liu is very kind and easy to talk to. My two cats are extremely shy, and I was honestly surprised by how quickly they felt comfortable around Liu. Because she is so gentle, my cats even came up to sniff her hand and greet her, which almost never happens with strangers. There were quite a few things to manage in my home, but Liu was very patient and remembered all the details. I’m really glad we found her and wouldn’t hesitate to book her again.”

Cat parents share their Rover experiences - Newmarket
Yujie was a an excellent sitter. I felt 100% secure and confident in her ability to take care of my cat when I went away for a few days. Yujie went above and beyond to take care of my cat and make sure that she was happy, feeling well, and tended to. Yujie is an absolute natural and I would love to have her cat sit again in the future. I highly recommend her services.

My cats just love Isabel and Matthew. They usually aren’t very social with people but I got photos of them interacting with Isabel and Matthew every day. Drop ins were punctual and I always got photos and updates. They were willing to drag the trash to the curb- which was super helpful since I was gone for a while. When my neighbor had an emergency and needed something from my shed- they grabbed it for her. I knew my cats- and home- were in good hands. This is the second time they have done drop in visits with my cats - I would hire them again.

Laura was amazing. Very attentive to our cat and treated him like family. Mikko is a shy boy but he opened up to her right away. Laura provide great feedback and took excellent photos. We felt at ease with Laura watching our boy. Will definitely be using Laura again when we go out of town. Thanks again!

Deborah was amazing with Checkers. She kept us updated the whole time and sent the sweetest photos, which honestly made being away so much easier. I’d absolutely book Deborah again and would 100% recommend her to anyone looking for someone kind and reliable on Rover. Thank you again, Deborah! 🐾
