About: I brought home my German Shepherd, Philip, in 2020 and raised him from a puppy. We attended puppy classes and behaviour training with professional trainers, and I took an active role in learning and practising the training. My experience includes caring for cats at different life stages and handling a large dog. I know how important it is to follow each pet’s routine and respect their individual personality. I currently have a flexible schedule and can arrange pet visits during the week and on weekends. Caring for my own cats is already part of my daily routine, including feeding, cleaning litter boxes and checking how they are doing. I plan visits around each pet’s usual routine and only accept bookings I can reliably commit to. In a client’s home, I follow their instructions for feeding, fresh water, litter box cleaning, walks and playtime. I take time to understand each pet’s routine, personality and any health concerns before the first visit. I let pets approach me at their own pace and never force interaction. I check that doors and gates are secure, keep dogs on a leash during walks and leave the home clean and tidy. I also send photos and updates, and contact the owner promptly if I notice anything unusual.

About: I have had my pet bird for 11 years, graduated the vet assistant program in August 2023, and have been volunteering at a cat shelter for almost 2 years now but other than the shelter experience, and around four months worth of experience from school working with different kinds of animals, bunnies, rats, mice, farm animals, etc!! But as for how does PetCare fit into my daily routine, Since I have a bird, it’s something I do daily, multiple times a day, and have been doing every day for the past 13 years , it’s all about patience and continuously bettering the care I can give. Safety is definitely the biggest priority, in both parties. Since I don’t offer at home services only at clients home, and dog walking. About: Apart from having pets all my life, I’ve spent years rescuing animals in need. From cats to dogs to birds, you name it. Rest assured, your pet will be treated with the same love and patience I have for my own. I'm currently in between switching jobs hence timing will not be much of a problem. I'm available for pet sitting from 10 am to 8 pm throughout the week. My pet Freya, is mainly an indoor cat but is also leash trained for walks in the park she sometimes accompanies me on. She's on a wet food diet (fancy feast pate) with freeze dried chicken as a topper. She has a steel litter box that helps keep it odour free and fresh. My home is also cat proofed in every way.

About: I’ve been around dogs of all sizes breeds and personalities my whole life. I am comfortable and confident caring for dogs that are small, large, shy, social young or old. For the past two years, I have volunteered as an advanced dog walker with Edmonton Humane Society, where I have received hands-on training with their expert Behaviour Team. I’m currently completing an online diploma, which gives me a very flexible schedule. This means I’m available for pet care throughout the week and on weekends morning afternoon or evening. Since my studies are self-paced I am able to easily prioritize your pets needs and give them attention time and care they deserve whenever it’s needed.
