“When I dropped Bolt and Smokey off for daycare at Anna's, they recognized her front door. They patiently waited to go inside and it warmed my heart to see Bolt prancing when he got in. I was greeted by the grandma who said she missed them and a little girl who was saying, "Doggy doggy!". Anna was wonderful welcoming them in the house and sending me pictures throughout the day. At pick up, I knew they had a great time, the tell tale sign is when they don't want to leave. The family said their goodbyes and I'm looking forward to dropping them off for boarding in a couple weeks. Wonderful communication and service from Anna. I've got a passion and love for animals. I have my whole life I have my own cats two to be exact both tabby cats and one gray and one orange both very loving boys. Toby (gray tabby) is cautious but gentle. Leo (orange tabby) is a BIG scardy cat but loves food and once fed is aggressively affectionate.
