“Could not be happier with the service provided. Our boy Gus has been back three times now. This last time for 11 days while we were away on holidays. They updated us often with pictures. Gus being a very rambunctious 14 month old lab is notoriously bad on a leash. After his prolonged stay he was noticeably better on his leash and continues to be. Would recommend for sure.”

“Working with Dale was a pleasure from the beginning to end. She is a true professional and will take care of your pet like it’s her own. Her regular updates will put your heart at ease like they did for me while traveling out of the country. Seeing my puppy’s pics and reading the updates sure put a smile on my face :) I will for sure use Dales services in the future ! She’s an awesome lady, with a big heart for animals and their owners. Thank you so much Dale !!! See you soon :)”

“Shannon was great with Aries. He was happy and got updates daily on how he was settling in and enjoying his time with Lola. So glad we could enjoy our week away knowing he was being loved and cared for so well.”

“Geo and Amanda were great! Lots of pictures sent for updates the dogs were extremely comfortable and happy to be with them. We’ve already rebooked for the next time! Thanks so much”

“Marc, Alysia and boys were an amazing family for our 2 dogs. They got all the extra love and care they needed and I’m so thankful. The regular pictures and updates made me feel so secure knowing they were doing well. Almost too well!!! I think my puppy Sunny would have been happy to move in permanently! Thanks again!”

“Sheila watched our pups for the second time for 9 days and we could not have been happier! We felt so at ease on our vacation knowing they were being so well taken care of. She treated them like her own and made sure my picky girl was always fed, no matter what! Thank you Sheila for making our babies feel comfortable, safe and happy. We will definitely be using Sheila in the future!”

“If you want to make sure you don’t have worries during your get away you should definitely get Natalia to watch your fur baby!!! Natalia was just fabulous! I couldn’t have been more at peace and my dog loved her and her family. I can only say good things! Highly recommended - five ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Erika did a wonderful job caring for my cat over the last 10 days while I was away. I was pleased to hear he got along well hanging out with her two cats. Manny definitely got spoiled rotten going by his very happy attitude, and super soft fur, he was getting all the pets XD so if you're reading this review I would definitely recommend her as a sitter!”

“Our dogs had a wonderful stay with Donna and her family! Both Gus and Winnie are senior dogs (14 and 13) who have been going to the same kennel for 10 years. When our kennel had to cancel last minute we were at a loss as we had a 3 week trip coming up -over the Easter holiday - and no one to watch the dogs. This was our first Rover experience and I’m so glad it worked out! Gus and Winnie have never stayed with anyone else so we were really nervous. Donna was so great at making both dogs comfortable and communicating with us while we were away. Gus had some issues early on (we think due to stress) and Donna went out of her way to adjust her schedule and his surroundings so that he was comfortable. Winnie is your typical snuggly Pug and I could tell she was right at home by the photos sent of her snuggling on the couch and hanging out with Donna’s children. Would definitely recommend Donna - thank you!”

“Mike took really good care of Bodhi. Even letting him sleep in his room with him because Bodhi was a bit unsettled. Really good communication and lots of pictures of what he got up to. Thank you very much Mike”

About: Hi! I’m a compassionate and reliable pet caregiver with hands-on experience caring for dogs of different ages, sizes, and needs. My background includes looking after a young small dog while providing care for a senior citizen, which involved daily walks, feeding, bathing, and keeping the space clean by managing pee pads. Most recently, I worked as an in-home dog caregiver for two medium-sized dogs ages 1 and 3 . I was responsible for walking them multiple times a day, maintaining their feeding schedule, giving them plenty of attention and playtime, and ensuring the home stayed safe and secure while the owners were on vacation. I truly enjoy spending time with animals and take pride in providing safe, attentive, and loving care—whether that means going on long walks, sticking to a feeding routine, or simply keeping pets company while their humans are away. Your pets will be treated like family with me! I’m available for dog walks 4–7 PM on weekdays and have open availability on weekends. I’m also able to provide extended in-home care when needed. I offer a safe, comfortable home for small to medium dogs, with parks nearby for walks. When caring for pets in your home, I follow your routines and can walk your dog in your neighborhood to keep things familiar.
“Michelle and her family took great care of Apache. Was willing to meet before hand to see if it is a good fit. Sent many updates and pictures almost every day of my 2 week vacation. They were very accomodating with pick up time and response times were very fast. I was nervous to leave my girl for 2 weeks but was constantly reassured she was doing well. Will be using their services again next time I am out of town”

“Kimberly was absolutely amazing with my pup! From the moment we met, I could tell she truly loves animals. She treated my dog like part of her own family — he got so much love, attention, and playtime from everyone in her home. I received updates and pictures throughout the stay, and my pup looked so happy and comfortable the whole time. It’s such a relief knowing he was in such caring hands. I can’t recommend Kimberly enough — we’ll definitely be booking with her again! 🐾❤️”

“Sue and Brian were awesome with audio! They kept him active and gave lots of updates throughout his stay. They were friendly and easygoing and I felt very comfortable leaving Audio with them. Would highly recommend their services and I’ll be using them again, forsure!”

“I highly recommend Hanna. She took such good care of my dogs. Both my dogs have separation anxiety but she made them both very comfortable. I could tell they were both extremely happy. She sent us pics everyday. I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Would certainly be going back to her in the future as well.”

Sue was awesome carer for our boy, Kye, who is a very big drooling boy, 170 lb affectionate Newfoundland who doesn’t know his own strength. Sue accommodated his every need though walking a freight train was challenging because he’s not a great leash walker, he’s headstrong so I’m very happy that Sue understood and she said she enjoyed his stay with her and her husband. Thank you Sue. Tip given😊

Lauren was amazing with fox. This was our very first time leaving our baby with a sitter and it was the best choice we ever did by picking lauren. Her and her family were so welcoming to Fox that he took to them right away. Did a check-in on him as a worried parent would, and the pictures that were sent to me were so adorable that I knew he was fine and happy. Would definitely highly recommend Lauren to look after your fur baby. I know myself and my husband we look forward to using Lauren again to babysit Fox.

Shannon was absolutely incredible with Ollie! She was so responsive, kept us updated throughout his stay, and sent lots of photos so we always knew he was happy and well cared for. Ollie came home happy, relaxed, and exhausted in the best possible way! It was such a relief knowing he was in such great hands. We would absolutely recommend Shannon and will definitely be booking with her again!

Luna was well cared for. Taken on many walks and enjoyed tug of war games daily. Nicholas provided daily updates and pictures of Luna’s experiences. I definitely would use Nicholas’ services again and highly recommend him to others seeking peace of mind while you’re away.

Tristan was great with my dog Charlie, who stayed for a full weekend. Communication was easy and prompt, with some nice updates and photos throughout the weekend. Tristan's dog Fifi is very sweet, and calm, and a great companion to visiting dogs. My dog Charlie can be very nervous at first with new dogs and Fifi quickly made him feel safe and calm quickly. The pre-stay meet and greet was a very helpful touch. Charlie came home from his weekend happy and well take care of, and will definitely visit Tristan again in the future!

April was absolutely wonderful to work with! She took care of our 10-month-old puppy, Sophie, for a full week and made the entire experience stress-free. April helped us feel comfortable the whole time by sending frequent photos and videos and always responding quickly with updates. She’s incredibly calm and attentive, and it was clear she was great at understanding and meeting Sophie’s needs. Sophie had such a great week, and we could tell she was happy and well cared for. We will definitely be using April again and highly recommend her!

She was so warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived. My boys can be a little apprehensive at first, but her calm, positive energy helped them relax right away. They ran into the house and immediately had the zoomies, which is not like them unless they feel completely comfortable. I could tell they felt safe and happy in her care. When I picked them up, they were tuckered out, relaxed, and clearly well-loved. I really appreciate how wonderful she was with them and would absolutely recommend her.

Nikole has done an amazing job taking care of Marty for a week. He’s a high-energy pup and can definitely be a handful, but she handled him with such care and patience. It was such a relief knowing he was in good hands and having fun. Her regular, detailed updates made our vacation so much more enjoyable and stress-free. Highly recommend!

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they do not have any disqualifying offences.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
