About: I'm a lifelong dog lover from the UK currently traveling around Canada. I’ve had dogs in my home all my life and have spent the last 7 years dog sitting for a wide range of breeds from energetic dogs who need long, adventurous walks, to older dogs who just enjoy a gentle stroll and relaxing in the park. I’ve also trained my own dog and a friends so I’m comfortable reinforcing commands. Being around dogs is something i miss while traveling, so I’d love the chance to help care for yours as if they were my own. I’m not working so I will be able to follow any routine the dog or animal has. I love to go on long walks so will happily take the dog out for as long as you recommend I am constantly aware of the animals in my care and keep an eye on them whether it’s in the garden at the park or in the house. This also mean I will follow any rules that the owner has set out

About: We love spending time with animals and caring for pets brings us true joy. Back home, my husband and I have a lively team of five mischiefs: three senior dogs, one young dog, and a cat. Although we couldn’t bring them with us when we moved to Canada, they are in great hands with our family. My husband and I are here to provide love and care to your furry companions as to our own. About: I believe every pet deserves a life of love, care, and enrichment. I’ve always been a passionate animal lover and have been a pet owner my entire life. Over the years I’ve had numerous cats and dogs of all ages, as well as fish, and rodents. I have experience taking care of both young and senior dogs/cats as well as I have trained 2 of my own puppies. I’m a strong believer in positive reinforcement training. I have experience walking dogs of various breeds and sizes, as well as reactive dogs with specific needs. You’ll find that I treat all animals like my own, with lots of love and attention. When your pet is in my care, they are my top priority and I’m dedicated to their well-being and safety. Lets go for a walk! My schedule is currently flexible as I’m working part-time so I’m available to walk dogs/pet sit the rest of the time. I’m very active and it's no problem for me to go on multiple hikes a day with dogs. I do solo walks as well as group hikes. I’m unavailable to board pets, however I can do drop-in visits and walks any time. I have my own vehicle, so I can easily come to you, or take your dog on an adventure. If I’m at your home or walking your dog, I will be sure to abide by any rules or requests as directed. Your pets safety and happiness is important to me, as well as giving you peace of mind that your pet is taken care of.

About: After being the number one dog sitter for friends for years I finally got my own pup, Artichoke, in Oct 2021. We start our days with an adventure at Bonniebrook or Sprockids park, in the afternoon we normally play fetch or get another walk in, and we always wind down with 30 mins in the neighbourhood at night. I work from home so I almost never leave dogs alone for more than 2 hours. I try to bring Arty and any dogs in my care with me when possible. Arty is a very social dog and has the most fun when we have another dog around, for walks or overnight. But at this point I can’t care for two dogs permanently, enter Rover. Im experienced with dogs of all sizes, but for obvious reasons they have to be good with other dogs. A little bit about my experience: Within the last 5 years I watched a 1.5 year old St. Bernese for 7 months, Doodle and Aussie/Collie siblings, an Australian Shepherd puppy, a King Cocker Spaniel puppy and two senior labs. Prior to dog sitting I also grew up with dogs and I am comfortable with puppies, seniors and dogs with medical needs. Given the flexibility of my job, I try to mimic your dogs regular routine as to disturb their routine and make the experience as neutral as possible for them. I may live in apartment but I love to get outside. I’ll always follow your guidance around dog parks and off leash activities and when in doubt keep your pup leashed on regular trails. If home sitting I can provide you with a clear copy of a criminal record check.

About: Dogs and horses have been a huge part of my life. We live an active lifestyle and my animals come everywhere with me. I have a flexible career that I can take my guys with me, lots of socializing (with other dogs), hiking in the forest (across from my property) and an off leash dog beach within minutes. My current dog is very submissive and loves companionship. We just recently lost our older dog at 15 and she’s looking to have company to adventure with. We’ve been fostering puppies through endless pawsibilities and thoroughly enjoy the training aspect as well. We’ve successfully potty trained the last 3 fosters before finding them amazing homes. I have a flexible schedule that allows me to bring my dogs with me to work. In between meetings we do lots of walking and or running on the dykes, playing on farms (with other dogs) and heading to the dog beaches around the lower mainland. The care for your pet will depend on individual needs required. They can be crated at night, or free to roam. Happy to get up in the night to let them outside to pee and happy to tend to dietary restrictions. Your family member will be treated as one of our own.

I've done lots of house and pet sitting over the years as well as high end house cleaning and in home nanny care as well. I also worked in admin at a fast past veterinary clinic on the coast. Dogs in parks that don't usually like people come and hang out with me. :) I love animals. I have also lived on the same property or next door to horses, goats, sheep and chickens and I am willing to learn more about their care needs. *I have nine pet bunnies in six pet carriers that are traveling with me at this time. I put a blanket down under the pet carriers and they get run around time in a puppy pen with blankets down as well. I've been the sole caregiver of these bunnies for 4+ yrs and have great air bnb references as well. These are fancy indoor bunnies that are perhaps overly loved lol. I have their hay in a bin as this is their main diet. A clean non gas smelling garage can work for their set up or a spot in a room that is tiled and easily sweepable. If there is an outdoor predator proof shed with a lock I open to chat about that as well. I look forward to chatting more and supporting you with your home and pet needs. About: I'm the perfect CASUAL or FILL IN dog walker and/or pet sitter. I come from a long line of pet lovers and have had dogs and cats for most of my life. I recently lost my beautiful Yotie (red heeler, husky, shepherd) who I was blessed to have for 16.5 wonderfully adventurous years. I believe that our pets are family members and that it's important to meet an animal where it's at, both physically and emotionally. I approach all my four-legged friends with a calm and respectful attitude and will only give cuddles when they ask. I am the perfect casual "fill in" walker or sitter. I do a lot of contract work (in film/tv) so have gaps and down time in my schedule to fill it up with dog walks and pet visits. I would prefer to only have max three dogs at a time for walks so they will all fit comfortable in my vehicle should we want to adventure into the hiking trails or to the beach. I will work with the owners to have suitable treats on hand, doggie bags, portable water dishes and appropriate leashes etc.

About: I grew up on a farm with inside dogs and have trained them throughout my life! I miss my pups that are back home in Alberta, and would love to connect with dogs or cats in any way. I am pretty flexible and work right in the heart of Gibsons. I’m available on weekdays after 4:30 and anytime on weekends. I am active and love to get out for walks. From my own experience with my dogs who are seemingly trying to get into mischief, it is of the utmost importance to me to keep an eye on the dogs and stimulate their senses to keep them out trouble.

About: Animals mean the world to me. I grew up with Pure Breed Bouvier dogs, Persian and Himalayan cats. I was no "stranger" to cleaning dog runs, bathing, brushing and combing their fur.
