She was attentive, easy to talk to, and really listened to the details we shared about Happy’s routine and needs. She handled everything with ease and kept us updated, so we always felt reassured that Happy was in great hands. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
