While I was away the weather got really cold and I didn’t bring a jacket for my dog as I didn’t expect that drastic weather change but they put a jacket they already had on my dog to make sure he was warm which I appreciated. If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
