“Jinny is an amazing sitter. Very patient and kind to my puppy. It’s my puppy’s first time ever to stay at another house snd Jinny made her feel at home. She sends videos and pictures and updates every single day which took our worries away. Her kids are amazing too snd showed my puppy some love by playing and feeling her. “We cant say enough good things about Polly-Anna!!! Her and her family took such great care of our girl. It was our first time leaving her for longer than one night, Polly-Anna sent us lots of picture and video updates. Her three pups took to luna right away and put up with her wild puppy energy! There is very secure fencing for when she was outside, she even got to meet rabbits, pigs, chickens and turkeys(through the fence)!! We feel lucky to have found someone who loves and cares for our fur baby as much as we do. We have already re booked for when we are away next and will recommend her to anyone we know needing pet care🙂”

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
