About: Although I have only recently joined Rover, I have been around dogs my entire life and have experience caring for both puppies and seniors! My youngest pup is 3 years old and my oldest is 11 years old. My senior dog has a variety of health issues, so I am familiar with administering medications to keep your pups happy and healthy. My senior dog is also a bit more anxious, so I am fairly knowledgeable on making a nervous dog a bit more comfortable. Although I did not grow up with cats, I have lots of experience cat sitting for friends and am very comfortable playing and hanging out with them. I am here to make sure your furry friends feel all the love when you’re away at work or when life gets busy! I recently graduated from the University of Alberta and am working part-time as I settle into the post-grad life, so I have tons of time to check in on your furry friends! I am currently accepting bookings up to 1 day in advance. My schedule is very flexible and I am available every day of the week all day except 1pm-8pm Mondays and Thursdays. As of right now, I am only able to check in on pets in my clients’ homes. Check ins include playing with the pet, giving food/water, administering medications as instructed, going on walks, and cleaning litter boxes as needed. I may also bring some surprise treats depending on your dogs diet :)

About: We are a couple that loves animals and need to send plenty of our love to other animals in need! We are with no children but we have cats and a dog that are very friendly. Both of us are high active people so we will make sure they have a well spent days! Dogs and cats are required to be ok with other cats and a dog. We both are deaf and able to interact with animals with their body language as we are able to read them. We offer variety of services, please contact us with any questions or inquiries. About: I was lucky enough to share 15 years with my dog Kaya, raising her from a 2-month-old pup until her final day. I personally trained her, including off-leash walking, and cared for her through every life stage - from the high energy puppy phase to her senior years. I've had dogs in my life since i was very young and I very much enjoy their company - whether its going for long walks or just hanging out at home. I am currently in the process of a career change and am in school full time, working part time and am looking to fill my time with something i love doing! Pet care fits easily into my lifestyle. I’ve recently stepped away from full-time work to focus on full time studies, which means I’m home and available much more often. Currently, I only work weekends on an alternating schedule of days and evenings, leaving me with plenty of open time during the week. Your pet’s safety and comfort are always my top priorities. At my home, pets are welcome to relax with me in the living room or rest in my room if they prefer a quieter space. I don’t have a fenced yard, but I can make up for it with plenty of outdoor time. I live close to the river valley walking trails and nearby dog parks. I’m attentive to each pet’s unique needs, whether that means structured walks, supervised play, or quiet downtime. I take precautions to ensure pets are never left unsupervised in unsafe situations, and I’m committed to keeping them on their regular feeding, exercise, and care routines. For clients who prefer care in their own home, I respect your space and follow your instructions closely to make sure your pet feels secure and comfortable in their familiar environment. About: With over a decade of experience walking dogs starting at 12. Ive developed a deep passion, spending time with animals and ensuring they get the exercise, and socialization they need. I am currently off work so I will have lots of available time to walk your animals and/or care for them. I also dont work on the weekends and am done at 3pm during the week, when I am back at work. I can transfer them in crate if needed. If there is no fence at the home I will keep them on a leash. I have a fenced yard.

About: I’ve Have a love for pets since I was little. I lost my fur baby last year. She was a senior Siberian husky so babysitting brings me some joy. My promise to you as parents your fur babies will be will cared for. I work from home so there will always be someone here with your pet. I like to walk so your dogs will be walked daily I have a front yard and walking trails around my neighbourhood even a dog park if that’s something your dog will enjoys. Also, I will be taking the dogs for a walk two times a day. If you need more, I can accommodate that.

About: My name is Caitlin I am 27 years old and I have been in the animal industry since I was 16 years old. I have experience with dogs of all ages and breeds, cats and caged animals. I do not take care of spiders or snakes. I have worked in various Doggy Daycares and Dog boarding along with pet sitting in my home for various companies in and around Calgary. I have my Pet First Aid and in the middle of getting my Dog Training Certificate. I have taught a 4 year old 60lb Shepherd not to pull - it isn’t easy but it is doable! I volunteered in a vet clinic and have knowledge administering medication orally and through injection I have 1 dog ; Jasper is a Border Collie x Havanese that is 10 years old and a retired service dog. I have trained Jasper to be my husbands service dog for his Type 1 Diabetes, using my own techniques following Karen Pryor methods, I do not agree with Cesar Milan and will not use his techniques. I am very active person that does not stay home any day of the week. I am constantly with my dog and kids which includes going to the river, dog park and various walks in the parks. I am available everyday of the week, my dog(s) are never left alone longer than an hour and most times come with me for a safe car ride! I am excited to chat with you about your pup! I love to talk about dogs ❤️ I’m currently a stay at home mother with my 3 year old son and my 16 month old daughter, I have plenty of time throughout the day to care for all your pets needs as I always in cooperate the pets into my schedule around my children. All animals are family to me, they are my fur babies and will always give above excellent care. They will not be left outside unattended ever and I will spend every minute with them.

About: Hello my name is Trish, I have had a love for dogs since I was a child my first Experience taking care of pets was my first hamster fluffy and my first dog peewee and from there my love of pets was born and I have had many different kind of animals over the years. I started taking care of neighbors pets when I was about 7 and helped every summer on friends and neighbors farms near by. By the time I was in Jr high I started work program for school at a veterinary clinic and stayed on till after high school. I started working at pet cetra and learned grooming and pet photography. Up until recently I had pets but when they passed I haven't seem to find what I'm looking for so I decided to see about pet sitting. All animals will be given baths if needed and any special needs will be taken care of. I've taken care of quite a few special needs animals and welcome them with open arms. Any special food or treat needs will be discussed with the pet parent and delt with according to there wishes. Fresh water and food will be given at times set by owners and treats at owners decretion. If I'm caring for an over night pet guest they will be welcome to sleep on the bed with me but I do ask that pet owners bring at least one item with there smell on it as well as there bed so they feel safe and comfortable at night time. And one toy of there choice is request as well so they feel comfortable playing with it. I'm currently not working due to a medical condition, and have a lot if free time on my hands I get up fairly early and go for a walk after my coffee, relax a bit and then go for a another walk. Since I have been off work I have been looking to fill my time and this seems like a perfect fit for an animal lover. In my home animal have free roam no couch bed or floor is off limits to them. They would be treated like family and loved as such. They will be spoiled rotten with me as I love all animals. I do request one item with owners scent on it as well as a first time meet to make sure animals feel comfortable being with me. I would never want an animal to feel scared being here.

About: I have loved dogs my entire life and although I am not currently able to have my own pet because of frequent travel, I love being able to dog-sit for others! I will cuddle, feed, walk, and love your dog as if they are my own. I am a full time stay at home empty nester, and I am very experienced with dogs. I had my own two miniature poodles throughout my life up until they passed . I love dogs and often look after my grandogs who live in different cities. I also have looked after my neighbours dogs. About: I have been the go to sitter for family and friends for a long time now! From long walks and quality time with your furry friends. To feeding time and clean up time, I am always happy to help! I have experience with rescue animals and senior animals as well. I’m currently working a full time job from 8am-4pm four days a week! My weekends are always free and I have lots of time after work as well for any pet care needs! I will always put your animal first and make sure they are always in a safe and joyful environment. Although everyone would love your pet, the primary responsibility would be to daughter (11) who recently completed her Pet Sitting Course with the Edmonton Humane Society.
