From the moment Zoey met him, it was obvious that he is a genuine dog lover with a calm, experienced and mature approach to caring for dogs. Zoey immediately seemed comfortable, secure and relaxed around him, which gave us a lot of confidence leaving her in his care. Darin also kept us wonderfully updated and sent us plenty of pictures, so we always felt connected and could see that Zoey was having a great time. Being a Labrador Retriever, Zoey absolutely loves the water, swimming, running around and fetching her ball — and it is hard to imagine a better place for her than Darin’s Lake House. She had so much space and freedom to enjoy herself, which is especially important to us because she is very used to off-leash time and having a large area to explore. It was absolutely worth driving a little farther to bring her to Darin. When we picked her up, she looked happy, relaxed and completely content — in fact, I had a hard time convincing her to get into the car and come home with us! :) We truly appreciate the care Darin gave Zoey and would recommend him 100% to anyone looking for a responsible, experienced and trustworthy dog sitter. Jason brought out the best in our cats while we were away. Our orange knew when he was coming and would wait by the door for him, and our calico didn’t run from him as if he was a vacuum cleaner. Every visit was accompanied by pictures of each cat (unless our calico was snoozing in our boxspring) and everything went off without a hitch! We never once felt concerned that our cats weren’t getting the attention they needed, and the pictures every visit helped with how much we missed them while we were away. All instructions were closely followed, and communication was consistent and concise. We will be re-booking with Jason for future cat-sitting needs!”

“We had such a great experience with Darin and are very happy we found him. From the moment Zoey met him, it was obvious that he is a genuine dog lover with a calm, experienced and mature approach to caring for dogs. Zoey immediately seemed comfortable, secure and relaxed around him, which gave us a lot of confidence leaving her in his care. Darin also kept us wonderfully updated and sent us plenty of pictures, so we always felt connected and could see that Zoey was having a great time. Being a Labrador Retriever, Zoey absolutely loves the water, swimming, running around and fetching her ball — and it is hard to imagine a better place for her than Darin’s Lake House. She had so much space and freedom to enjoy herself, which is especially important to us because she is very used to off-leash time and having a large area to explore. It was absolutely worth driving a little farther to bring her to Darin. When we picked her up, she looked happy, relaxed and completely content — in fact, I had a hard time convincing her to get into the car and come home with us! :) We truly appreciate the care Darin gave Zoey and would recommend him 100% to anyone looking for a responsible, experienced and trustworthy dog sitter. I would especially recommend him for dogs that enjoy plenty of outdoor space, off-leash freedom and individual attention.”

“Nicole was absolutely phenomenal with Mia! We felt so comfortable leaving her with Nicole from the start. She really made Mia feel at home, and Mia got along SO well with her two dogs. It was obvious that Mia was treated like one of their own and got lots of love and attention while we were away. She even slept in bed with Nicole and her two dogs, which honestly made us laugh because at home she doesn’t even want to sleep in bed with us! 😂 Communication was super easy and smooth the whole time, and we loved getting daily pictures of Mia.
