While I was away the weather got really cold and I didn’t bring a jacket for my dog as I didn’t expect that drastic weather change but they put a jacket they already had on my dog to make sure he was warm which I appreciated. Melissa has been great and accommodating, even came to help us out by picking our dog up from us when we on our to the booking and got stranded on the highway when the RV blew a tire. Melissa and her son are both great with dogs and communicate well if there are any issues. She takes the dogs to the off leash park regularly for lots of exercise and to tire them out.
Carrie was absolutely amazing taking care of our 4 almost 5 year old dog. We had a meet and greet as this was our first time leaving our dog anywhere and found Carrie to be very friendly and could tell right away how she loved animals and that our dog would be in good hands. While we weren’t too worried about the care she would give after meeting her and how her home is very inviting to the pets, she sent us regular photos to reassure us that things were going well and therefore had no worries while on vacation.
