The meet and greet was structured very well, chatting with us, having a checklist of questions, and then leaving our dog with him for several minutes to check his behavior without us around. Afterwards, the follow-up messages prior to our pup’s arrival were also sent timely. Finally, when we dropped off our doggo, Ben gave us lots of updates and photos, which were reassuring to know that my pup was safe and having a good time. And every time Rhonda has been excellent and each time Luna has come home happy and healthy. Her other dogs in the house are friendly and have had no issues getting along with my dog. Rhonda has also helped out in other ways such as walking my dog and by dropping my dog off at other locations to help out in transfer of care.
