I’ve fostered dogs for years until having my son, have always had dogs of my own and always taking in my friends dogs so they can enjoy their vacations with one less thing to worry about, knowing their dogs are well cared for. Dogs must be crate trained for times I’m not home, free roam dogs will not be accepted.

Melissa has been great and accommodating, even came to help us out by picking our dog up from us when we on our to the booking and got stranded on the highway when the RV blew a tire. Melissa and her son are both great with dogs and communicate well if there are any issues. She takes the dogs to the off leash park regularly for lots of exercise and to tire them out.
Melissa communicated well and was able to take Meatball to the dog park for a good release of all that Boxer energy. She shared photos and updates, and he came back to us tired and healthy.
Melissa provided great feedback when I asked for an update. She was very accommodating and kind to deal with when booking.
Our girl, Daya (part retriever and part collie) had a great time with Melissa and family while Daya's human family were away on vacation. Daya's second family (Melissa and family) kept her active and engaged with off-leash outings and lots of interaction with animals and humans. Melissa has two girl doggies who are half of Daya's age and that was great for keeping Daya active and on her toes. These two girl doggies are extremely fun loving and playful. There was a lot of great human interaction too from Melissa and her human family. We know this because of all of the written updates Melissa provided us that were augmented by pictures and videos. We also know Daya felt comfortable and at home based on where and how she slept, and the absence of in-house accidents (which she can do when stressed or anxious). It was very apparent that Daya felt at home, comfortable, and was very well taken care of, again based on the updates and photos/videos, but also on how happy, fit, and good natured she was when we picked her up. Daya and our human family very highly recommend Melissa, her four legged, and human family, for Dog sitting/boarding.
Melissa was great with our pup! She welcomed her into her home and kept her extremely active all weekend alongside her other pups. We got regular updates and she came home tired and happy. Will definitely book with Melissa again.
Melissa is amazing. Always updating me with photos and videos and she goes above and beyond and takes my dog out so much to the dog park or walks !

Schedule
I work a hybrid schedule during the week, half day at the office, half day at home. Weekends I’m always off and rarely far from home.

I have a fenced yard, 2 very friendly large breed dogs. Both are spayed, 4 and 3 years old. I also have 2 cats, female is 11 and spayed, male is 2 and neutered. I also have a 9 year old son.

There is a giant bucket of toys and dog parks for fetch or just having some outside time. My girls are very high energy so we spent lots of time at fenced in off leash dogs parks
