This made me feel much at ease as I don’t want to leave my pup with someone irresponsible. The meet and greet was structured very well, chatting with us, having a checklist of questions, and then leaving our dog with him for several minutes to check his behavior without us around. Afterwards, the follow-up messages prior to our pup’s arrival were also sent timely. Finally, when we dropped off our doggo, Ben gave us lots of updates and photos, which were reassuring to know that my pup was safe and having a good time. My schedule is flexible, which allows me to accommodate each dog’s normal routine as closely as possible and make them feel right at home while they’re with me. Your pet’s safety and comfort are extremely important to me. I have two dogs of my own, Pop and Odin, and understand that every dog has their own personality, boundaries and needs. We live on an acreage with lots of space to enjoy, although my yard is not fenced. I always go outside with the dogs and supervise them closely. If you prefer that your dog never be off-leash, I’m more than happy to keep them leashed for every outdoor break. Dogs are part of the family in our home and are welcome on all of my furniture and to get comfortable wherever they feel at home. About: We have someone home almost all the time to make sure the dogs are never alone. We have two teenage boys who love to play and walk the dogs. We also have a miniature schnauzer who loves having friends. Friendly social dogs only please. Crate trained is ideal for those moments when we aren’t at home for a short period of time. Partially retired and someone home the majority of the time. We are fairly flexible with our schedule. We aren’t out of the house for more than a couple of hours at a time. Dogs must be house trained Your furry friend can be fed on schedule as if they were in your home. Medication is also welcome if necessary. Sofa will be walked daily and have as much time as they want in the fenced backyard. We’re happy to work with the needs of the dog although no aggressive dogs are welcome. Must be dog and child friendly.

About: I had cats growing up, and then a Husky for the last 8 years. We travel a lot so for the next few years, we are not interested in owning an animal but I would love to care for yours. I am currently a substitute teacher, with my summers off. At the moment my child is currently gone for school and it is just me and my husband at home. We both love animals and we have a big backyard with a fence. We travel frequently to see our son, so we don't want a permanent pet, but we would love to take care of yours. We love going for walks, going to dog parks and spending time with animals. My husband works shift work and I am around all summer and I work casually during the school year. We live in a single attached home, with multiple rooms. When we had our husky, we would take him for walks and on vacations, but when we were at home he would generally just hang out on the couch or outside in our backyard. About: For as long as I can remember, I’ve always had pets in my home, I would be the kid that would bring stray animals home and 40 years later, we have more than anyone we know! Our house is filled with rescued animals that either couldn’t find loving homes, fell in love with us or we fell in love with them. About: Whilst growing up i've always had a dog in my life to take care of weather its walking, dog sitting or caring. My LOVE for dogs will always be a big part of my life. About: Hi! My name is Sam 🙋♀️I've had cats, days old bottle fed rescue kittens and multiple kittens litters, gerbils, and even a chinchilla growing up. Now I have a 9 year old 80lb American Bully, Odin, and almost 7 year old cat, Mittens. I also am currently doing daily potty breaks for two puppies, one being a senior dog for a couple who live in my parents neighborhood. My dog Odin is very high anxiety with many allergies and a skin condition. So I can understand the stress of making sure you are leaving your family members in the right care. I am highly compassionate and live by taking care and supporting people, animals and things that can be seen as vunerable or easily taken advantage of. I took a step back from my full-time job to be able to help my mom with some complicated medical issues she is dealing with. After working with these two puppies during the day and my love for my animals, I thought this may be the perfect opportunity to turn a hobby (animal loving) into a more full time job. Me, as a person, am very responsible, respectful, easy going, quiet, and empathetic. I have many hobbies like gardening, skiing, painting, camping, baking and golfing. My family of 2 step boys and Fiancé are all active and enjoy being outside. I am a certified nail technician aswell but mostly only do family and friends. I am currently helping my mom with general home care taking and errands. The hours a very flexible so I am able to work about your schedule! I love to go on walks so if allowed I could take them out for an evening walk or car ride. Play games in the backyard. Watch a movie together and cuddle up. Over the past 14ys, I have been closely involved with many different animal orientated facilities. My personal pup was certified with The Chimo Project which is now called CAAWLS. This organization recruits and certifies wellness animals for Animal Assisted Intervention (AAI) services. Involvement with this company was both rewarding for my pup and myself. I also volunteer my time with Dogs With Wings (DWW). A non-profit organization that does amazing things. DWW is changing lives for the better by training dogs to be guide dogs, service dogs, autism dogs and more. Rest assured, your pet will be well loved and in good care during their stay with me.

We've been attached at the hip ever since I got him at 10 years old. At 12.5 years, I take great lengths to keep my best friend as lively and healthy as I can. Although his body isn't what it used to be, his spirit seems to get livelier by the day! I can give all the credit to Ash for teaching me my dog knowledge (and I'm sure he would say the same for his human knowledge lol). While I consider Ash my brother, Dart is definitely my kiddo. I had adopted him mid-2025 so Ash could have more incentive to run around. He was 9.5 years and so so so incredibly anxious. He's just turned 11 this past September and I can say that it's truly been a privilege to not only watch him bloom into the sweet boy he is today, but also to have grow with him. (He's also definitely put a lot of my dog first aid training to use... if you have a pointer/bird dog, you'll know exactly what I mean 🤦♂️). 𝐄𝐗𝐏𝐄𝐑𝐈𝐄𝐍𝐂𝐄: I've worked professionally with dogs since the age of 18! My first long-term job was at a dog-daycare. I absolutely loved it. I'd typically be tasked to handle dogs with special needs, whether that be behavioural or medical. I find that dogs also tend to connect with me but that may be akin to my understanding of dog language and the possible my under-scent reeking of my two dogs haha. If a dog is struggling to warm up to me, I am very patient and become extra attentive to their body language to ensure I always respect their boundaries. On the other end, I have no fears meeting and handling more reactive dogs (within reason. ex, no one should be expecting walks at rush hour with a very aggression-prone dog). I’m best available for walk/drop-ins during weekday mornings before 10:30am and MWF after 2pm. However, if you need care outside of these hours, I am more than happy to see if we can schedule visits that work for both of us! If you need housesitting, I'm typically best available for shorter stays unless it's a long weekend or during an extended school break (ex. reading week). 𝐇𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐫, I understand how busy life can get, especially when unexpected hurdles come your way. Please don't hesitate to reach out if you require last-minute or one-time walk/drop-in services. Again, I'd be more than happy to try and work scheduling out. I’m very respectful of others spaces and will be able to recognize and learn the routines of your pup pretty quick! Special instructions are always welcome! I want to replicate their regular routine as much as possible to cause the least amount of stress. :) I take the time to understand each pet’s boundaries and build trust at their pace. I strive to create a safe, comforting environment through soft tones, words, and actions, and most importantly: patience.

About: Hi! I’m a lifelong dog lover with experience caring for dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. 🐾 At one point, my family had five dogs, including three Pit Bulls and a Boston Terrier. I currently have two dogs, Pop and Odin. Pop can be nervous, so I understand that some dogs need extra patience and time to feel comfortable. I’ll treat your dog like one of my own, with lots of love, attention, playtime, walks, and cuddles. ❤️ Whether they’re a big cuddle bug, tiny lap dog, or nervous pup, I’d love to meet them! 🐶 Schedule: I’m a stay-at-home mom, so I’m home throughout most of the day and have plenty of time to give your pets lots of attention, playtime, cuddles and outdoor breaks. My schedule is flexible, which allows me to accommodate each dog’s normal routine as closely as possible and make them feel right at home while they’re with me. Your pet’s safety and comfort are extremely important to me. I have two dogs of my own, Pop and Odin, and understand that every dog has their own personality, boundaries and needs. We live on an acreage with lots of space to enjoy, although my yard is not fenced. I always go outside with the dogs and supervise them closely. If you prefer that your dog never be off-leash, I’m more than happy to keep them leashed for every outdoor break. Dogs are part of the family in our home and are welcome on all of my furniture and to get comfortable wherever they feel at home. I’m also happy to follow your dog’s usual feeding, sleeping and crate routines so their stay feels as familiar and comfortable as possible.
