“I couldn't have asked for a better person to care for my pets and in fact my pets loved him so much I was worried when I got home they wouldn't have missed me at all. Brandon cared for them and followed the instructions for the house impeccably. Communication was clear and timely and he even helped me out when my flight was delayed. I would use Brandon a thousand percent again.”

“We booked with Hillary again to dog/cat sit for a few nights in a row. She kept us up to date with photos and how our animals were doing each day, which really eased my mind and kept me from worrying at all. So glad to know our animals were in great hands!”

“We loved having Regan sit for us. Regan was so caring and was wonderful with both Chico and Arthur. We will be calling to book again with Regan soon. It Is a great peace of mind to know your babies are well taken care of. I can't say enough good things about her. One of our dogs has a challenging medical condition so Regan's care was especially appreciated by us.”

“This was my first time using boarding services on Rover and it was a great experience. Kristina was wonderful to work with, she seemed to really bond with my dog Gracie at their meet and greet, she gave regular updates and I really trusted her to take care of Gracie in my home. Hoping to book with her again!”

About: Since I was born, my family has owned dogs. Growing up, I had two big dogs, a Husky, Collie mix names Fisher and German Shephard, Rottweiler mix named Sam. Our next pup was a mutt named Bolt that we had rescued from the Highway up in Northern Muskoka. She was a small dog with a Boxer, Pug and Terrier mix. It wasn't until 2016 when I saved my first cat from being hit by a car, Mango, that I was fully taking care of my onw pet. To date, we now have a Husky Australian Shephard puppy named Luna, and Mango and another little black kitty named Jolene. I also live with a Rottweiler Lab mix named Poppy, who is such a sweetie, and a crazy ginger kitten named Hippo. I am well versed in dog and cat handling, and will take extra care and time with your pets. There is no limit to the amount of love they will receive while in my care! In my house currently, we have three cats and a dog. I would say that pet care is a major priority in my day. Feeding, walking, cleaning up after and caring for our babies is absolutely part of my daily life. I will ensure your pets are handled with the highest professional care. I take pet enrichment very seriously and will ensure your pet is sleepy at the end of the day.

“Nika was amazing during her week looking after Nori. I immediately felt confident in her abilities just through her first interactions with our nervous rescue - who gave her the belly flop of love after about 2 minutes! She ever so kindly did a second meet and greet with us the day before we left and asked enough for me to feel like she really cared for Nori’s well-being. During our time away, Nika gave us plenty of updates each day, continuing to double check things and let us know about any even minor changes or events. She left the house spotless and our pup well-loved and tired out from a week of playtime and walkies!”

Brantford pet parents share their Rover experiences
Brandon did a fantastic job looking after our two boys and the house. Everything was done exactly as we asked, despite a relatively short ‘orientation’. The pups were happy when we got home and had obviously been well loved and cared for. Brandon is such a good natured person that communication was easy and we appreciated his quick responses and updates. We would highly recommend Brandon for your house/pet sitting needs.

Kristina was an absolutely fantastic cat sitter. Our two cats have different care needs, including medication for one, and she handled everything perfectly. She spent lots of time playing with them, keeping them entertained, and sent plenty of photos and updates, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. She was attentive, organized, and left our home spotless. When the smoke detector went off due to our cooking setup and incomplete instructions, she responded quickly, resolved the issue, and let us know right away. We apologized for our mistake. She had the cats settled and comfortable again in no time, and from the updates it was clear they spent the rest of their time together enjoying plenty of affection, brushing, treats, playtime, and attention - everything a cat could want. It's clear how much Kristina genuinely cares about the animals she looks after, and our cats absolutely loved her. We have already booked her again for the next time we go away, and highly recommend her to anyone looking for exceptional pet care.

Graham was extremely communicative and accommodating. He had a very chill demeanour and was extremely good with our dog who has a history of territorialism. He was able to take care of Kevin and also made sure that his every need was met the week that we were away. We would definitely be in touch with Graham on the future!

Regan did an outstanding job house sitting for our little 4lb teacup poodle! She sent multiple updates per day with pictures, which put our mind at ease while away for a week on vacation. I couldn't recommend Regan enough, she went above and beyond in all aspects! Book with her!!

Susie is awesome! This was her third time taking care of our cat, Jimmi. He is on daily medication and Susie handled it without any problem. She sent us photos and updates throughout our vacation. It's very comforting to know that your pet is in good hands. We highly recommend Susie!

Rachel took my babies into her house when my partner and I went on vacation. She was willing to accommodate their needs (spoiled babies) and stick to their routine and schedule as best as possible. Rachel was quick to response to messages, and sent me updates with occasional pictures that made my day during our vacation. I also appreciate that she was flexible with the drop off and pick up times to accommodate our flight schedule. We would be happy to book her again and definitely recommend her.
