About: Hello! I'm looking forward to spending some of my time caring for your pets while you're away! I am really inspired by Old Friends Senior Dog Sanctuary and one day I hope to open my own animal sanctuary, but Rover will have to do for now. I've always had at least one dog in my house growing up. Right now I have two dogs as well as cats in my home. I also have a fenced yard to offer supervised play time and potty breaks. I'd be more than happy to drop in and make sure your lil' kitty-kat is well fed, played with, and has a clean litter box OR even host them in my cat room (AKA a quiet bedroom reserved just for cats that my pups do not have access to). Special skills: house training, crate training, medication administration- liquid and capsule, walking multiple (big) dogs at the same time, supervised play and feeding, etc. **Full disclosure: I am not on Rover for this to be my source of income. I keep my rates low because I know how expensive it can be when looking for trusted animal care, especially when you have more than one animal in the home and need to be away for more than a night. I am just offering the quality of care I want given to my animals when I am away. Any questions? Let's talk! My schedule during the day is pretty flexible as I work from home full time. I am also free during the weekend. What kind of care are you looking for and what days do you have in mind? I do offer a fenced yard and calm, child-free day care and pet sitting for those with proof of vaccination. I live in a house with plenty of room to stretch out and get comfortable. I am also able to take your dogs on leashed walks on the river trail or around town. My schedule is pretty flexible, I work from home so I have lots of autonomy. I’m home most of the time so there’s constant supervision. I have a fenced yard and extra bedrooms to offer a quiet space if your pet prefers to be away from the pack. Otherwise, I allow the animals in the house to nap, roam, and play wherever they'd like. My dogs are pretty social, they get along well with others and enjoy the dog park. My cats are also used to being around dogs and are pretty relaxed about it.

About: I have had dogs and cats most of my life. I have also had horses and rabbits. I can handle both big and small dogs. I have a dog named Penny. I work a regular full time job from 8-5. But I am available to check on pets in the evening and weekends. I love animals. I have a medium sized dog named Penny who lives in my apartment with me. Your dog will get plenty of attention before the day starts, and once we’re home, our evenings are dedicated to winding down with our pets. Weekends are usually spent at home, giving us time for longer playtime and cuddles. With our love for animals and established routines, your dog will feel safe, cared for, and part of our little family. If we visit your home, we will be sure to take care of your animal before and after our work day-as needed. We have a fenced in backyard, two dogs for company (a dog fence in the house if they you’re not comfortable with them mingling), and we will spoil your dog-just like we do ours! Our dogs have prescription food, need special care, and medicine, so those things are not unfamiliar to us!

About: I’ve been caring for and loving dogs since I was little, and they’ve always been such an important part of my life. I currently have two of my own, and nothing makes me happier than spending time with dogs of all kinds - playing, walking, cuddling, and making sure they feel safe and loved. My biggest joy is giving pet parents peace of mind while they’re away, knowing their pup is in good hands. I truly love dogs, and making their tails wag is the best reward! Caring for dogs is a joy I fit seamlessly into my daily routine. My schedule is open Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM, and I’m also available on weekends occasionally depending on the week. I love spending time playing, walking, and giving affection to pups of all kinds, making sure they feel safe, happy, and loved while you’re away. At home, my dogs are happy indoor pets who love spending time with me, but they also enjoy playing and exploring safely in our fenced backyard. I make sure they get plenty of exercise, mental stimulation, and affection throughout the day.

About: I have grown up with dogs and cats from a young age. Throughout my life, I have had dogs ranging in size from a Yorkie to a Great Pyrenees. I have also had cats of all different temperaments, from shy and particular to loving and outgoing. I have further pet care experience from helping my parents foster many puppies and kittens over the last eight years. I also worked for a vet’s office for three years, cleaning up, feeding the animals, and taking them for walks. I love all pets and I have enough experience to take care of them well! I am a senior at the University of Alabama and I only have one-two classes a day, so that leaves me plenty of time to care for your pets! I can check on them in the morning, late afternoon, or evening! Whenever taking care of your pets, I will make sure all the necessary doors are shut and locked when leaving to avoid escapes. Additionally, I will make sure I follow any other specific instructions perfectly to avoid anything going wrong in your home!

About: I had a chocolate lab for 17 years and I loved caring for her. I had started WAG after, and cared for so many pets. I started off just walking dogs. Then after I ran with them, boarded them, and did drop ins. I love caring for them and making sure they’re safe and happy! I am currently in nursing school and have classes in the mornings but I am always available to walk them and give them the attention they need. As well, summer is coming up and would love to help out! I don’t live with any pets so no need to worry about other animals. I live in a house with a porch as well as a front yard, but it isn’t closed in. My house is cozy and comfortable for pets to come and hangout!

About: I have grown up with animals! I’ve had dogs, cats, and lizards my whole life. I not only make sure your animals are fed and taken outside, but I will stay to love on them and play with them! I go above and beyond to assure your pet is happy! I can take care of your pets any day at any time! Whether it’s weekdays, weekends, and especially on Holidays! I’ll be on it to ensure your pets are taken care of. In your home I will be sure to follow any and all instructions I am given. I will take your dogs outside, I will feed them. My dogs eat separately, I can even make sure to accommodate for any special diets. I can assure to love on them, if you have a brush, I can brush them. I will take them outside if you are comfortable with it and play with them. Whatever your pet needs I am on it.

About: I’ve owned pets for my whole life, but I also have 4 fish and 2 gerbils and babysat ferrets! I will always be free to check on your furbaby no matter the time, even at midnight, or stay the night with them. I have classes from Monday through Thursday ranging from 9:30AM through 5:45PM. I do work Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday from 5:30AM through whenever I get off for classes. But I am more than willing to check on your baby before work. I don’t offer pet care in my home but I do offer services at your home, I can send you updates of whenever I arrive at your home, send you pictures while I’m there, update you when they potty, eat, what they do throughout the day, etc. And of course update you whenever I leave and tell you when I plan on returning. No pet parent should have to worry about if their animal(s) are getting enough love, that’s what I’m here for!

About: I have had dogs all my life and can adhere to any type of dog I’m entrusted to care for! I’ve been designated caretaker with family friends’ pets and daily needs! I hope to have your trust! Before attending UCLA, I worked at a veterinary clinic where I administered medications, assisted with post op care, and handled pets of all temperaments. I’m comfortable with everything from kittens to senior pups. Growing up on a farm gave me hands on experience with dogs, cats, cattle, horses and a wide range of animals, so nothing fazes me. I focus on keeping pets calm, safe, and happy while providing owners with regular updates and peace of mind. My schedule is flexible. I adjust my schedule based on your pet’s needs. I’m an early riser, and I’m willing to wake up even earlier if needed. Routine medications are also available upon request. Safety is my first priority. I double check that all doors and gates are secure, keep a close eye on pets during outdoor time, and follow feeding and medication instructions precisely. Trust is everything, so I’ll ensure that you feel comfortable leaving your pet. I aim to keep pet(s) active with at least 3–4 walks or play sessions per day (adjusted to their needs) so they stay happy, healthy, and relaxed while you’re away.

About: What sets me different from others is the genuine connections I have with Dogs. A Dog is a man bestfriend and I love that quote. I single handedly trained all my dogs and others. Took time out to build that trust, connection, and loyalty to make sure we trust each other and be there for each other. I currently just graduated school. I went to Troy University out of high school and transferred to the University of Mississippi for my final year. Right now I have alot of free time on my hands and can work around any schedule. I care for pets the same way I care for a human. But also with the understanding the dog has to know your the “Top Dog” in a sense so it knows to respect you and not turn against you.

About: I’ve been taking care of dogs since childhood, and for the last five years I’ve regularly helped friends and neighbors with walking, feeding, bathing, and basic care. I understand dog behavior well and stay calm, consistent, and reliable no matter the dog’s age or personality. I currently am off season for my job, but I go to school at Alabama so it depends on when in the day and what times! But I am done at 2 pm every day. I live in a dorm that doesn’t allow pets unfortunately but next year I will live in an apartment so I will be able to sit then!
