About: My family and I grew up with 3 dogs of our own. I also foster dogs from local shelters and have hands on experience with everything from playful puppies to sweet seniors. I understand how important it is to have someone you trust with your pet, and I’m here to help with calm, dependable care. I’m currently a student at the University of Alabama with a light class load, just about 2 hours a day. This gives me plenty of flexibility to dedicate time to pet care, whether it’s walks, dropins, or extended stays. About: I’ve grown up having two dogs in my house at a time since I was born until I left for college. Since being in college, I’ve been fostering dogs to give them a happy, comfortable, and safe few days out of the shelter! I have always had a love for dogs whether they are my own or one passing by me on the street. I’ve pet sit for many acquaintances and family and would love to take care of your fur baby as well! I’m a college student with a very flexible schedule, and I’m never away from my apartment for more than 1–2 hours at a time. I also foster dogs often, so I’m used to providing consistent attention, care, and love. I can easily be available throughout the day for walks, cuddles, and any extra care your pet needs! I live in an apartment, so while I don’t have a yard, I make up for it with frequent walks and lots of attention. About: I’ve been caring for dogs for around four years and have experience with a variety of breeds, including dachshunds, Labradoodles, beagles, and labs. I’m also comfortable caring for dogs at every stage of life, from energetic puppies to senior dogs who may need a little extra patience and attention. My weekends are much more flexible, so I have greater availability throughout the day for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting. I understand that every dog has different needs, so I’ll follow any instructions you provide for feeding, walks, potty breaks, medications, playtime, and bedtime routines. About: Hello! I'm looking forward to spending some of my time caring for your pets while you're away! I am really inspired by Old Friends Senior Dog Sanctuary and one day I hope to open my own animal sanctuary, but Rover will have to do for now. I've always had at least one dog in my house growing up. Right now I have two dogs as well as cats in my home. I also have a fenced yard to offer supervised play time and potty breaks. I'd be more than happy to drop in and make sure your lil' kitty-kat is well fed, played with, and has a clean litter box OR even host them in my cat room (AKA a quiet bedroom reserved just for cats that my pups do not have access to). Special skills: house training, crate training, medication administration- liquid and capsule, walking multiple (big) dogs at the same time, supervised play and feeding, etc. **Full disclosure: I am not on Rover for this to be my source of income. I keep my rates low because I know how expensive it can be when looking for trusted animal care, especially when you have more than one animal in the home and need to be away for more than a night. I am also able to take your dogs on leashed walks on the river trail or around town. My schedule is pretty flexible, I work from home so I have lots of autonomy. I’m home most of the time so there’s constant supervision. I have a fenced yard and extra bedrooms to offer a quiet space if your pet prefers to be away from the pack. Otherwise, I allow the animals in the house to nap, roam, and play wherever they'd like. My dogs are pretty social, they get along well with others and enjoy the dog park. My cats are also used to being around dogs and are pretty relaxed about it.
