We had never used Megan before, but I loved her wealth of experience in the zoo world and her tremendous reviews from those who had worked with her! Our request with Megan originated as a family get-together with our boys and their families just 2 hours away for 3 nights. As time drew near, we received a sad phone call that we had a family emergency with my Mom that entailed a 10-hour drive.
