“I had an amazing experience with Alex taking care of my two cats. Alex is very dedicated and professional, always sending photos and keeping me posted about my cats. I highly recommend her!”

“Mia did an amazing job with our high energy puppies. This was our first time leaving them with a non-family member and we were a bit apprehensive. Mia did an amazing job of calming our anxiety. She was prompt. She asked a lot of great questions before the booking and made sure our emergency contact information was available. Mia sent photos and kept us updated throughout the night. We highly recommend Mia and will be booking her again.”

“Andrew was the man! He really came thru and helped my wife and me on our wedding day when plans were forced to change last minute. He drove our dogs from our venue back to our Airbnb and stayed with them till the end of the wedding. He sent pictures of our fur babies throughout the night which really put us at ease. He even came to meet the pups the day before so it would be easier on them. Would 100% recommend him to anyone in need of a pet sitter in the greater Kissimmee area. Thanks again Andrew!”

“Mariah is amazing and so attentive to detail! My pup can be nervous and shy with unfamiliar people, but Mariah did a great job helping her warm up to her. She is very responsive and great to work with 💜”

“We will always recommend Allorah! She is so kind and caring and all of our animals are always comfortable and happy to have her watch them while we are out of town!”

“Abigail helped me on short notice in an emergency situation and was able to take over care when another sitter didn’t show. She did an incredible job giving updates, following care instructions, and loving on the cats. She left the home better than she found it and her deep care for animals is evident in both her words and her actions!”

“Cynthia was incredible! Very communicative and sent lots of pictures and videos of our girl. This was the first time we have left our baby girl since the death of our other fur baby, Dexter, in December, so we were really nervous leaving her. Cynthia eased all of our nerves by spoiling our girl rotten, which I personally believe every dog deserves. Thank you, Cynthia, for loving on our fur baby so well. Will definitely be using Cynthia on a regular basis for doggy sitting.”

“Kristina was fantastic! Super responsive and appreciated the meet and greet before our trip. The pups and cat were well taken care of and we got lots of pictures and updates. Will definitely be using Kristina again!”

About: Tristan is a Kissimmee local with experience caring for dogs of all sizes, ages, experiences and personalities. He does not currently reside with a dog in the home, so your four-legged pal is welcome anytime. I work full time Monday-Friday, 9-5, so I am available on the weekends and in the evenings. If boarding or sitting for several days, your dog may be alone for a standard work day. I do have one roommate who is a fellow dog-lover and Rover sitter (with an opposite schedule) who is happy to assist while I am away. I live on the second floor of a condominium with a small staircase. There is no gated or fenced-in yard, but plenty of grassy areas to take care of business and get some exercise. There is a handful of dogs in the community, but all are leashed by their owners.
“Excellent over all experience!!! I can’t rave enough about Sofia!! Great attention to detail!! Treated my home and pet as if it was her own my dog loved her immediately, great communication!!! And gave my baby king all the attention he needed!!! Thank you Sofia for loving my home and my fur baby!! Will definitely use her in any future needs!!! For car of my baby king!!!”

“Sarah did an amazing job caring for our two dogs, Kizzy and Odin! She sent us lots of updates and pictures, which gave us great peace of mind while we were away. Sarah also picked up our packages and took wonderful care of our house. We truly appreciated her thoughtfulness and reliability, and we would definitely book her again!”

About: Since the age of 5 I have loved our furry friends, the joy we get when they see us after a long day at work never gets old. I currently work from home with a lot of time on my hands. Along with my wife we both do work from home. We wake up 8:30 I go downstairs walk the fur babies & feed them then get ready for work. Then we get our 30 min break time and we use it to let the pets go outside. All pets must be friendly they have their own happy and protected space inside the house with great camera super vision. Our fur babies get treated like king and queens.
“Christa was PHENOMENAL! She took such great care of our puppies. She was flexible to all of their unique needs and puppy behaviors while sticking to their routine. Christa was also very communicative, professional, and kind. She made it feel natural to not worry about the pups because we knew they were in good hands.”

About: Caregiving is a calling and a special gift I've had for as long as I can remember. I've been trusted with the care of many animals, my own, neighbors, friends, and families since very young. I am always willing to learn more. While I am searching for the next move in my career path, I have ample time to spend with my family, enjoy the company of my friends, and work on small business ideas- this being one of them. I would love to spend more time around animals while I better myself in every aspect. Caring for a life typically means giving more than food, water, bathroom breaks or on occasion medications. It's understandable that some pets can dysregulated by their owners absence. For this reason I do my best to keep their space familiar and comfortable. The pets I care for are all shown compassion and patience while their pet parents are away. Updates, pictures and videos can be sent upon request.
About: I adore animals of all size and shapes! I am experienced with animals of all ages and conditions. I grew up with cats, dogs, birds, chickens, fish and more. I have experience with all ages, from fostering and raising kittens from 4 weeks old to looking after senior dogs over the age of 15. I have an American Hairless Terrier and a calico tabby that I will not stop talking about! I have 2 pets myself at the moment, so I understand how much a schedule is needed to keep them happy and healthy. I have open availability so I am able to work around your plans as needed. Every animal has different exercises and attention needs, and I aim to meet all of them. For dogs, I am a big fan of supervised outdoor time, whether that is a walk around the neighborhood or a good game of fetch in the back yard. While my cat may also enjoy a good game of fetch I know that not every cat does. I aim to make sure everyone is healthy, comfortable, and most importantly: safe!
“Tanisha was fantastic house sitting. Despite some initial challenges with our temperamental feline, she was professional and made us completely comfortable. We hope to have her work with us again soon!”

“Megan was nothing short of incredible in her care of Charlie and Sandy, and our home, for 4 nights! We had never used Megan before, but I loved her wealth of experience in the zoo world and her tremendous reviews from those who had worked with her! Our request with Megan originated as a family get-together with our boys and their families just 2 hours away for 3 nights. As time drew near, we received a sad phone call that we had a family emergency with my Mom that entailed a 10-hour drive. We contacted Megan to explain the situation and were so elated to learn that she understood our situation and was willing and able to assist us in adding an additional night! We met Megan for a Meet & Greet and were extremely impressed! She was determined to understand what was necessary to successfully care for Charlie and Sandy, and our home, while we were away. Megan took detailed notes to assist her and emailed them to us, for our information. While we were away, Megan checked in several times/day with an update and pictures of the dogs. She followed our requests precisely. She walked them, brushed them, played with them, scooped after them in our yard and on walks, and much more. From the house-sitting perspective, she even watered our plants! When we returned home, the dogs were great! The house and yard looked as if we had never left! Megan was impeccable! She even emailed us notes of her activity while we were away, for our information. We have been on Rover for 5-plus years. Megan is by far the best Rover that we have found for house-sitting, including pet care! She has phenomenal credentials and reviews from the zoo world. She understands pets and is extremely conscientious, as well as personable! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND Megan T !!!”

Beyond belly rubs and feeding schedules, a house sitter’s presence may provide an additional layer of security for your home. However, you will need to arrange overnight stays and other household tasks with your sitter when reaching out to them. Not all sitters offer the same services. Common household tasks you can negotiate include:
- Mail & deliveries: Collecting letters and packages so they don't pile up.
- Plant care: Keeping your indoor or outdoor garden hydrated.
- Trash & recycling: Taking trash cans to the curb on scheduled pickup days.
- Home security: Sitters can stay overnight to keep your home occupied.
The best way to align on expectations is during your free Meet & Greet. Use this time to provide a "home cheat sheet" that includes your preferred Campbell walking routes, the location of your favorite pet store, and any specific quirks about your home’s security or appliances.
It’s helpful to think of house sitting as a "home base" service. Most sitters in Campbell maintain their normal daily routines, like running errands or heading to the office, meaning your pet should be comfortable being alone for a few hours at a time. If your pet needs a little extra company, here is how to find the perfect match:
- Look for "WFH" sitters: Many sitters mention "Work from Home" on their profile to indicate they’ll be present for the majority of the day.
- Update your pet’s profile: Write down how long your pet can comfortably be left alone. This helps sitters quickly determine if their schedule aligns with your needs.
- Communicate 24/7 needs: Standard house sitting usually doesn't include constant supervision. If your pet requires round-the-clock care, be sure to discuss this upfront.
Tip: Use the Meet & Greet to confirm a sitter's typical "away" windows. Transparency ensures your pet stays happy and your sitter can plan their day effectively!
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Campbell choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.
All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.
Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your pet, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
