I went over all my needs and Simba's needs during the 5 nights she was spending with him. I noticed when I got home that she had gone above and beyond. If I could leave 100 stars, I would. Hannah and Krystal took a very exciting, stressful, last-minute trip and made it so easy for our family. They were patient and caring to our four guys and sent a ton of photos. We came home to a clean house and smiling shitzus. What more could you ask for? We will definitely be booking again. Michael watched our two dogs when we came in for a Disney vacation. He came to our resort and stayed with our babies from rope drop to park closing. He sent tons of great pictures throughout the day so we would know how well cared for they were. The dogs loved him and cuddled up to him all day. Also, Michael always arrived on time. We truly could not have asked for a better pet sitter than Emelina. From the very beginning, it was clear how much care, attention, and genuine love she puts into what she does. She took the time to really learn Snow and Blitzen…their personalities, routines, and all their little quirks; which gave us so much confidence right away. Managing both a puppy and an older dog is no small task, but she handled everything so naturally and thoughtfully. What meant the most to us was her communication. Emelina stayed in constant touch with updates, videos, and check-ins that made us feel completely at ease while we were away. It never felt like we were just leaving our dogs with a sitter…she truly cared for them like they were her own. She went above and beyond in every way: sticking to their routines, making sure they were comfortable and happy, and even keeping our home in great condition. Casey was amazing this week with our Maltese puppy who is 4 months old and 5lbs. We needed someone to help sit with her while we spent time at Disney parks and continue her routine and potty training. Sydney was AMAZING. She was very delicate, knowledgeable and kind with my White Sheperd who had a critical injury and was in need of care at home.
