About: I have taken care of dogs since I was 10 years old. I have had two family dogs with years of experience providing care for them. I recently completed the Veterinary Assistant program at Southern Technical College in Auburndale, Florida and have obtained my Veterinary Assistant certification through the Florida Veterinary Medical Association. About: I have owned cats and dogs my whole life, of all ages. I have been taking care of other people’s animals for the past 2 years, and it’s honestly been such an amazing experience, seeing how grateful owners are that their babies are taken care of, and seeing how happy the pet is to have someone to play with or cuddle with. Pet care is my job so I have a wide flexible schedule for this! I do daily walks, or daily check ins. I also do sitting where I go over for hours at a time while the owner is away. I have clients who have pets who have never been alone before, and anytime they need to leave the house I’ll go over and sit with them, feed them, walk them if necessary. But it gives them a lot of peace of mind that their baby is not anxious with them gone, and is well taken care of.

Kat has been an absolute lifesaver for us - couldn’t recommend her enough! After moving from the UK to the US earlier this year, I was anxious about finding someone who could look after my nervous dog who has never stayed with anyone other than family. Kat was more than understanding with us when we wanted to arrange a few visits beforehand so Vinnie could get to know her. It’s meant that we’ve been able to enjoy a short vacation without worrying about him. She was also very accommodating when we announced we’d adopted a second dog a week before! We’ve had lots of photos and updates which has been really great, and I think Vinnie and Boone are already looking forward to the next time!
