About: I’m someone who has loved animals as far as I can remember. After leaving my dog at a boarding facility in the past, I realize how stressful it can be for our little pals to be in a new environment. I am passionate about giving quality care within the realms of their safe place, their home. I am self taught as far as pet care but many hours have gone into research and real life experience to handle any case. I’m working part time as an accountant for my family business. I have full control over my hours so I’m very flexible as far as what you may need. I have a fenced in pool and fenced in yard area. Many hours have gone into research and training with our two dogs. They are spoiled with the best food money can buy and the most attention and love they can get as they are never left alone since momma works from home and lives with her retired veteran parents. My cats have always had clean water fountains, well researched food as well, and litter boxes that are cleaned throughout the day. They are spoiled with just as much attention and play as they need for mental stimulation. My girl Misa has never been outside a day in her life and all our pets are rescued and microchipped.

Snuggles, my 15-pound Toy Poodle, has been part of my family since 2012, and Maui, my 45-pound Goldendoodle, joined us in 2021. About: I have been in the animal care field for over 18 years (over 30 years if you include growing up on a farm). My paid animal care experience is as a zookeeper and curator at AZA accredited organizations. I also have many years as a volunteer for several wildlife rehabs and conservation organizations and projects. Most petsitting requests are for cats and dogs but I am also confident handling reptiles, livestock, parrots, and more. My skills list includes observation, record keeping, enrichment, training, medication administration, medical care, and more. I balance the ‘hard science’ of animal wellbeing with the ‘soft science’ of providing compassionate care and warmth. The animal care field is fantastic and the best career but it’s more than getting paid to play with animals. It’s hard work and important work as the animals in our care depend on us for all things. (Often I remark at how much better they have it than we do! Haha. Personal butler, nutritionist, chef, maid, Dr, etc). Although my focus is on animals, it’s also important to me that YOU feel comfortable and safe. I have solid customer service skills and a strong work ethic. Because of my well-rounded experience I am flexible. I can treat each request with the specialized care it requires. I am currently a physics student at UCF. Pet sitting is my full time job; this allows me the flexibility to accommodate a broad range of your pet care needs. I aim to follow your instructions as precisely as possible so as not to disrupt your pets normal routine.
