I cannot say enough amazing things about Brooke! She was perfect from start to finish. It was our first time leaving Jett in the care of anyone other than family, and Jett loved her from the beginning just as we did. We will definitely use her again if we are in the area traveling.

Alex did such an amazing job taking care of my three cats. She sent updated photos of their interactions daily and always let me know cute little things about their behavior during her visits. Alex is very thorough and very good with details, but aside from that she goes over and above to make sure that everything looks and feels right for the cats. I am very happy with how she treated my cats, and I will definitely hire her again.

About: I have experience caring for around 20 dogs and 4 cats over the past 3 years. However, I’m also a seasoned pet owner - growing up with and caring for 4 dogs and 5 cats over my life. I can handle energetic big dogs and rambunctious small ones with no problem, and will care for your pets as much as you need and as much as they want. I’m punctual, typically aiming to be 10-15 minutes early (unless told otherwise!). I’m also experienced with more specified instructions for higher-maintenance pets (including rescues and more temperamental ones) and will follow your instructions to the letter - photos included! I deeply appreciate advance notice, and request that you book at least a week in advance. I also prefer any cancellations come a day in advance. DISCLAIMER: Emergencies can occur where my other job requires my presence. They are exceedingly rare, but it can happen, and the nature of that job will require me to tend to it. This typically comes with prior notice that I can let you know of before it becomes an emergency for your pet, and I will always communicate these quickly. Thank you for your understanding! Your pet will be treated as kindly as I treat my own and I’ll treat your house just as reverently! I’m not your pet’s owner and your rule is law. I’m there to be their big brother for as long as you need. I’ve had my fair share of pups and cats getting anxious during prolonged absences and making a mess. I always do a quick check and clean any mess they make before and during my visit. I’ll also do my utmost to expend their pent-up energy in a healthier manner (walks & play). I’m good at reading how much space or presence a dog or cat needs, and will always provide whatever they need to make my visit as comfortable for them as possible!

About: I bring over two years of professional, hands-on experience working with established pet care companies, caring for both cats and dogs of all sizes, breeds, temperaments, and special needs. My experience includes everything from high-energy, playful pets to shy, anxious, and senior animals who require patience, consistency, and a calm, gentle approach. My care style is highly attentive and individualized. I take the time to understand each pet’s personality, comfort level, and routine so I can provide care that feels safe, familiar, and stress-free. Whether it’s structured walks, quiet companionship, enrichment play, or simply a calm presence, I adjust fully to what each animal needs in the moment. I also have experience following detailed care instructions, maintaining clean and comfortable environments, and administering basic medications when needed. I’m confident reading both canine and feline behavior, including body language, boundaries, and stress signals, which helps me build trust quickly with even shy or sensitive pets. Growing up in a home surrounded by both cats and dogs, animal care has always been second nature to me. Combined with my professional experience, it has shaped a calm, observant, and highly reliable approach to every pet I care for. I previously worked with Pawsitivity Pet Services, a professional pet care company in Virginia, where I received a letter of recommendation from the founder recognizing my reliability and dedication to animal care. I have since relocated to Florida. Verified references are also available upon request. 🐾❤️ Pet care is a central part of my weekly routine, and I’ve structured my schedule to be flexible, reliable, and fully focused on providing consistent care. I recently relocated to Florida, and I currently have open availability throughout the week for walks, drop-ins, and pet sitting, including mornings, afternoons, and evenings depending on client needs. I prioritize being dependable, punctual, and communicative so pet parents always feel confident their pets are in consistent, attentive care. I take the time to follow each pet’s routine closely and ensure every visit is completed with care, attention, and reliability. Whether it’s ongoing weekly care or occasional bookings, I’m committed to providing trustworthy service that owners can depend on. I provide pet care exclusively in the client’s home, where pets are most comfortable in their familiar environment and routines. I follow all instructions closely to ensure each pet’s safety, well-being, and consistency in their daily care. I focus on maintaining a secure, respectful, and attentive environment during every visit, including feeding schedules, walks, litter box maintenance, playtime, and any special care needs such as medications or specific routines. My goal is to ensure pets feel comfortable and well cared for while owners are away, while also giving owners peace of mind that their home and pets are being treated with respect and responsibility at all times.

About: Hi there! I’m Norsel, and I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember! 🐶💕 I’ve been caring for dogs since I was a kid—feeding, walking, playing, and giving all the cuddles. Right now, I’m walking a sweet senior dog, and it’s taught me how important gentle care, patience, and consistency are—especially for older pups. While this is my first professional pet sitting experience, caring for dogs is second nature to me. I'm always smiling, full of positive energy, and I treat every pet like they’re part of my family. Whether your fur baby needs slow senior strolls, playtime zoomies, or just a loving companion while you're away, I’m here to make tails wag and hearts happy! I’m available full-time and super flexible! 🐾 I currently walk two lovely French Bulldogs in the morning, but outside of that, I’m completely free and ready to care for your pet—daytime, evenings, weekends, or even last-minute bookings! Your pet will have my full attention, plenty of love, and all the time they need to feel safe, happy, and cared for. Your pet’s comfort and safety are my top priorities! 🐾✨ We have two secure, fenced yards where dogs can enjoy safe, supervised potty breaks and playtime. Inside, there’s a clean, cozy room just for dogs—perfect for relaxing, napping, or just feeling at home. To keep things calm and comfortable, I only accept dogs of one family at a time, so each pup gets the attention, space, and care they deserve. Whether your dog loves to snuggle or just needs a quiet place to unwind, I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved every step of the way.

About: I have been in the professional animal care field for 20 years. I’ve worked with nearly every type of animal from large carnivores to little birds. I balance the ‘hard science’ of animal wellbeing with the ‘soft science’ of providing compassionate care and warmth. Because of my well-rounded experience I treat each request with the specialized care it requires. I am currently a physics student at UCF. Pet sitting is my full time job; this allows me the flexibility to accommodate a broad range of your pet care needs. What you can expect from me; we will set up a time for me to meet you and your pet/s. I will ask a series of questions about your pets routine, training, diet, etcetera to be sure their day without you goes smoothly. During the sit I will send updates depending on the frequency you want them (usually 2-3x/day). During my time in your home I will not eat any of your food, access any unauthorized/unnecessary rooms, and I will clean any messes that I or your pets might make. At the end (if it’s a sit over several hours or several days) I will email a little report which is basically a journal of my time with them highlighting behaviors, food consumed, training and activities, etc.

Cat sitters on Rover care for your cats’ needs and can spend quality time with them, including activities like feeding, playing, and refreshing their water and litter boxes. Depending on your arrangement, you can schedule as many visits per day as your cat needs or find a sitter who can stay at your house overnight. Some sitters also board cats in their home.

House sitting can be ideal for cats who need socialization or care that lasts longer than a few hours. Your cat stays in their own home, on their own schedule, with care based on what you and your sitter agree on together.

Many pet parents provide a spare key or arrange a lockbox. You can also exchange keys during the Meet & Greet and show your walker how to use digital fobs or personalized codes. It helps to arrange access to your home, from spare keys to concierge introductions, before pet care begins.

If you live in an apartment or condo, don’t forget to discuss details like buzzer access, codes, or elevator etiquette. These details can help a pet sitter feel more comfortable going in and out of your building.

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.

Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .

The Rover Guarantee is Rover’s commitment to your peace of mind every time you book. It includes 24/7 customer support, sitter access to advice from qualified veterinary professionals for diagnostic issues, and a reimbursement program for eligible veterinary care in the rare event something goes wrong.

All bookings are backed by the Rover Guarantee , which provides up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care reimbursement.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.

Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Campbell. On Rover:

  • 90% of sitters can help with special care needs
  • 96% can help with giving oral medications or injections
  • 98% can help with daily exercise

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.

Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.

Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.

Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.

If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
