“This was our first time doing something like this. We have 2 big boys at home with 1 being super overly energetic and another being sort of unsure about new humans. Alex did a meet and greet and knew exactly what to do with our reactive boy. she turned out to be his new favorite person! I’m super grateful for her loving care for our boys while we were away and it was DURING A HOLIDAY. We got to be with family and have the reassurance that our boys were taken care of back at home. Best holiday ever thanks to Alex care!”

About: I have been in the professional animal care field for 20 years. I’ve worked with nearly every type of animal from large carnivores to little birds. I balance the ‘hard science’ of animal wellbeing with the ‘soft science’ of providing compassionate care and warmth. Because of my well-rounded experience I treat each request with the specialized care it requires. I am currently a physics student at UCF. Pet sitting is my full time job; this allows me the flexibility to accommodate a broad range of your pet care needs. What you can expect from me; we will set up a time for me to meet you and your pet/s. I will ask a series of questions about your pets routine, training, diet, etcetera to be sure their day without you goes smoothly. During the sit I will send updates depending on the frequency you want them (usually 2-3x/day). During my time in your home I will not eat any of your food, access any unauthorized/unnecessary rooms, and I will clean any messes that I or your pets might make. At the end (if it’s a sit over several hours or several days) I will email a little report which is basically a journal of my time with them highlighting behaviors, food consumed, training and activities, etc.
About: Hi there! I’m Norsel, and I’ve loved dogs for as long as I can remember! 🐶💕 I’ve been caring for dogs since I was a kid—feeding, walking, playing, and giving all the cuddles. Right now, I’m walking a sweet senior dog, and it’s taught me how important gentle care, patience, and consistency are—especially for older pups. While this is my first professional pet sitting experience, caring for dogs is second nature to me. I'm always smiling, full of positive energy, and I treat every pet like they’re part of my family. Whether your fur baby needs slow senior strolls, playtime zoomies, or just a loving companion while you're away, I’m here to make tails wag and hearts happy! I’m available full-time and super flexible! 🐾 I currently walk a senior dog for 30 minutes in the morning and again in the evening, but outside of that, I’m completely free and ready to care for your pet—daytime, evenings, weekends, or even last-minute bookings! Your pet will have my full attention, plenty of love, and all the time they need to feel safe, happy, and cared for. Your pet’s comfort and safety are my top priorities! 🐾✨ We have two secure, fenced yards where dogs can enjoy safe, supervised potty breaks and playtime. Inside, there’s a clean, cozy room just for dogs—perfect for relaxing, napping, or just feeling at home. To keep things calm and comfortable, I only accept up to 4 dogs at a time, so each pup gets the attention, space, and care they deserve. Whether your dog loves to snuggle or just needs a quiet place to unwind, I’ll make sure they feel safe, happy, and loved every step of the way.

“I recently had the pleasure of having Nicole take care of my three dogs, and I couldn’t be happier with her service! From the start, she was super friendly, professional, and clearly passionate about animals. Two of my dogs required daily medication, and she handled it perfectly giving me peace of mind knowing my pups were in such capable hands. Throughout the petsitting period, she sent daily pictures and multiple updates, which were such a thoughtful touch. It was comforting to see my dogs happy and well cared for while I was away. Courtney took excellent care of our kitties. One of them is extremely afraid of people and she was able to get him to come out in less than an hour, which was impressive. She was also very respectful of our home and followed all instructions carefully. We will definitely be booking with her again.

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your cat, and a sitter. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your sitter or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and sitters on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience with handling special pet needs in Campbell. On Rover:

You can also find pet sitters on Rover who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies, kittens, or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and use the Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
Sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their calendar availability.
Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
