About: I’ve been actively involved in animal rescue since 2012, volunteering, fostering, and transporting animal with CAA/EBR shelter. Currently i’m on the board and volunteer with Barking Wishes, a senior dog sanctuary in Central, where I spend time caring for and advocating for older dogs. I’m the proud pet parent of two rescue pets - one dog (a 9 year old Beagle mix and a 10 year old Tortie cat. I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life, giving me extensive experience with pets of all ages, temperaments, and care needs. Now that I’m retired, I have a flexible, open schedule seven days a week, including most holidays. I’m happy to work closely with each client to meet their pet’s unique needs. I carefully follow all care instructions and provide regular updates, including at least one photo per day (or more if requested), so you can feel confident and connected while you’re away. I’m recently retired so my schedule is open 7 days a week and most holidays. I’m willing to work with clients in order to care for their pet. I follow all instructions given by the owner. Depending on the client, I send at least 1 picture a day and give updates as requested.

About: Senior care, puppy care. I can do both! Bonus, if your dog likes to run, so do I! Medications no problem, clipping nails, no problem. I work full time, so I’m available evenings, nights, and weekends. I can house sit certain nights, can do drop ins any day of the week. I have worked with a variety of species. I have no issues with reptiles, rodents, amphibians, cats, and dogs etc. I am passionate about animal care.

About: I've owned pets my entire life. I have personal experience caring for a range of dogs from Mastiffs to chihuahuas. I also own 3 cats. I currently have a flex work schedule the allows me to leave work during the day or early if I need to check on animals! I live in a gated community, with a gated dog park across the street. My balcony is blocked off to prevent cats from jumping off.

About: I’ve been caring for animals for as long as I can remember, but I really gained hands on experience once I started college. I’m an Agricultural Science major on the pre-vet track at Southern University A&M College, so I’m around small animals and livestock almost every day. I also help care for the police and therapy dogs on campus through my internship, which has taught me a lot about behavior, patience, and safe handling. Friends, family, and neighbors have always trusted me with their pets, and I treat every animal with the same care and attention I give the ones I work with at school. Majority of my classes are online this semester so pet care fits easily into my routine, and I’m available for walks, drop-ins, and weekend care. I only care for pets in their own home. I actually prefer it because most pets feel safer and more relaxed in a space they already know. With my pre veterinary background, I pay close attention to their behavior, comfort, and routine. I follow whatever schedule you already have in place and make sure they get the same care they are used to. I keep things calm, clean, and comforting so your pet feels secure while you are away. My goal is for you to feel at peace knowing your pet is being cared for by someone who truly understands animals and loves what they do.
