“My experience with Robin was exceptional. I have used another sitter through Rover before and the experience was okay, but I noticed my puppy would come home very riled up and needing to immediately decompress. It often felt like I had to calm him down and get him back to his normal baseline. With Robin, the experience was completely different. When I picked him up, he was calm, relaxed, and acting exactly like he does at home. Even during the ride back, he settled into his crate and rested. That told me he was comfortable and well cared for during his stay. I was also a little nervous about having him around other dogs since he hasn’t spent a lot of time with other puppies. Robin was incredibly patient and reassuring. She allowed me to observe and helped me feel confident that he would be just fine, and he truly was. Another thing that stood out was how much my puppy liked her right away. As soon as he got out of the car, he was excited and curious about going inside, which meant a lot to me. About: I’ve been around dogs since I was 5 years old, and I also have a dog of my own (Millie:)) and my Shih Tzu baby Rico I’ve helped cared for back home. About: My husband and I have always had pets growing up. We knew we wanted this for our children as well. Our daughter and son love pets and would want a farm if we allowed it! I am available mornings, afternoons and evenings. Before I leave for work all pets are fed and taken outside. Upon returning home I let the pets out again for a bit longer to play in our fenced in yard. Mornings begin with food and water and a morning treat. Bella lets us know when she needs to go out by going to the patio door. During the day she is very chill and usually lays on the sofa waiting on the kids to return from school. As a dog owner, I understand how stressful it can be when your dog is out of sight, so I closely supervise dogs at all times and do not allow off-leash activity or interactions with unfamiliar dogs.
