“Lauren’s great! She took great care of our Fidel. She daycared for Fidel for two consecutive days. On the second day, Fidel was really excited when we arrived at her place and got really happy when he saw her. Lauren took Fidel out for walks and to play in the backyard. Communication with her was easy and quick. Highly recommended!”

8. Ana S.
“Anna is simply the nicest caring and sweetest professional you would ever encounter. As a witness to seeing how she took care of my best friend/Pup leia, I knew she was the perfect match for my dog! Anna is responsible, diligent and also very communicative if there was ever any issue. I used Ana all the time to baby sit and seemed to have no issues. Her and her dog Torrey who is really sweet and calm will make sure your pup is well taken care of!”
9. Salís D.
“Salis was great! She took time to do a meet and greet ahead of time for my anxious and reactive dog. She responded quickly and sent me updates throughout the day. She said Cassidy got along well with her and her roommates. We have already booked more stays with her!”
10. Shelley C.
“I love Shelly. She is very compassionate and dependable. I have four cats with very shy personalities, so they can be quite difficult even for myself. I'm so grateful I found her. Shelly is a dog and cat owner herself. Animals just naturally gravitate to her.”
11. Brian N.
“Brian is great. I have a reactive dog with specific needs, and he loves Brian. My dog is so picky about whom I leave him and will throw a fit 9/10, but he loves being left with Brian. I rely on him for all my big trips and haven't found anyone who remotely gives the same amount of care, attention, or updates as him. I can't recommend him enough!”

“Gabe made sure my fur baby’s needs were met and more. Her and her partner in crime Rooster were able to come by when I needed them and went above in beyond to make sure my baby was okay and comfortable. She puts in the extra effort. She communicates, is flexible, and on time. I appreciate the time she puts into making sure baby is played with. I recommend her again and again.”

We have a back enclosed patio for outdoor enjoyment and bird watching. Our apartment complex has a dog park for the zoomies.
17. Katelyn M.
About: Hi, I'm Kate! I've been an avid lover of all animals since before I can remember, educated on their biology and care requirements early on, thanks to my science teacher mother and engineer-slash-part-time-dog-trainer father. I've had just about every non-exotic pet throughout my life, totaling: 5 cats, 4 dogs, 3 guinea pigs, 2 rabbits, and a chameleon! I believe that each animal, just like our fellow man, deserves love, respect, and effort towards their happiness. Especially those we choose to make part of our families! I currently volunteer at the Richmond SPCA, and have previously volunteered at 4-H and other non-profits, private farms, and various organizations. I started pet-sitting at age 9 for my neighbors' dogs, and in the 22 years since then I've continuously begged(/insisted haha) that my friends, family, and coworkers come to me if they ever need animal care. I only JUST discovered Rover after a friend whose dog I regularly pet-sit told me I'd be an amazing professional sitter-- if I'd known I could make this a career without needing a whole business, I would've done so long ago! That said, I currently make money through private photography, plus part-time barista-ing for healthcare. Due to those jobs' scheduling needs unfortunately I do require 2 weeks' notice for any pet care at this time, to ensure I will be available all 24 hours of the day(s) to take care of your furry family member. If this works out and I'm able to make Rover a real/stable job, I would LOVE to quit coffee and be a full-time provider of anytime doggy & kitty care! If you are looking for someone that will take care of your pet as if they were their own-- you found me! Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions for me before (or after!) booking. Thank you and take care! I currently make money through private photography, plus part-time barista-ing for healthcare. I have a large, fenced-in backyard and sizeable (two-story, 1970 sq ft) house, fully accessible to your pet. While I currently only have one rabbit myself (she can be free roaming or hutched, per your preference) I do have a litter box for kitty needs and pee pads for any puppies still potty-training. I also have several dog and cat toys, large and small beds, two 120oz water fountains, and freeze-dried chicken treats (used sparingly, or to your preference). I also have several heights of shelf risers for food bowls, to aid your pet's spinal health.
18. Jenna W.
“Jenna watched my 1-year-old high energy puppy while I was gone for 3 days. She did a great job at communicating with me about Iroh and how he was doing. I felt safe knowing Iroh was being taken care of before my return! Don't hesitate to book with Jenna!”

About: I have a genuine love for animals and am committed to providing personalized care. I take the time to get to know each pet's unique personality, ensuring they feel safe and comfortable while you're away. Ever since I was young, I have taken in strays, nursed them back to health, kept some, rehomed some, and over the years I have continued to love and care for animals. I create a nurturing environment that keeps your furry friends happy and engaged. Plus, I like to keep open communication mean you’ll always feel connected and at ease, knowing your beloved pets are in the best hands. I start each day by checking in on my pets' needs—feeding, exercise, and playtime are all prioritized. Throughout the day, I maintain a flexible schedule that allows for regular walks, enrichment activities, and cuddles. I work full-time 3 days a week, so my fur babe gets long early morning walks and even longer afternoon walks that end in a night time treat and snuggles and a movie before calling it a night. Whether it's monitoring their health or providing companionship, pet care seamlessly blends into my lifestyle, making every day fulfilling and joyful. Pets are leashed at all times, in my pet friendly neighborhood, my yard is not fenced, so we take a 5-minute walk to the park daily for adventure and bathroom breaks. I provide exceptional care for pets in both my home and my clients' homes by creating a safe and comfortable environment tailored to their needs. In my home, pets enjoy a cozy, pet-friendly space with plenty of room to play and relax. I maintain a consistent routine that includes feeding, exercise, and mental stimulation. In clients' homes, I ensure their pets feel secure by sticking to their established routines and following any specific instructions provided. I prioritize their safety and well-being, offering regular updates and communication to keep pet owners informed. Whether it's playtime, walks, or cuddles, I treat every pet as if they were my own, ensuring they receive love and attention while their owners are away.
