About: I have taken care of multiple relatives dogs for as long as I can remember. I was responsible for feeding them (whether it was regular dog food or a special concoction), taking them out for walks, giving them pets and taking them to the park. I have mainly taken care of older dogs, but they were big and energetic! I also have grown up with a cats, Guinea pigs, fish and hermit crabs at one point! I’m currently a full time college student, but I have room in my schedule to take care of your animals and give them all the love and play they need! Growing up with animals, I am very receptive on how to take care of them. I have dog sat for multiple people and I have had cats my whole life! I will make sure your pet is comforted and well cared for in your home and I will make sure no harm comes to your animal or house.

“Thanks for taking care of Hutch!”

About: I've always had dogs for as long as I can remember. At this stage of my life, I do not want a dog of my own, but would love to help you care for yours. I am retired and spend much time around the area. would love a companion for outside walks, cuddling on the couch or just hanging out on deck enjoying the sunshine. In my home, the guest is free to roam the house and go on any furniture or bed.....A full guest in our home. Water is always out and I will follow any requests from the owners. Never outside without a leash

“This is the second year we have had Rhonda care for our cat while we were on vacation. She has been absolutely wonderful. Our cat is very wary of strangers and within a day or so, had Dancer allowing her to pet and brush him! Would definitely reccomend!”

“Margaux was so great at dropping in to check on our cat, Danny, while we were away. She gave comprehensive report cards and diligently followed directions given. On top of that, she asked thoughtful questions about our pet that indicated she truly understood and cared about animals. We would love to have Margaux care for our Danny again!”

“Tara was an amazing sitter! It was my first time using Rover and was naturally hesitant, but she made it a great experience. She sent many pictures, was very responsive, and really spent quality time with my pet during the visits. I would definitely recommend her and plan on reaching out to her in the future.”

About: I’ve been caring for my own dogs as well as pets of family and friends since a young age, and I understand how important it is to find someone you can trust. I treat every pet as if they were my own—ensuring they feel safe, loved, and well cared for while you’re away. My dog is friendly, well-socialized, and enjoys playing with other pets. With your permission, I’m also happy to provide high-quality photos during each visit, so you can see your pet happy and content. I currently work full-time in a hybrid position, which means I’m home about 3 out of 5 weekdays. I’m also available most weekends and enjoy spending time outdoors. During the warmer months, I often take my dog to the dog park for play and exercise. Your pet will receive plenty of attention, care, and companionship, whether we're relaxing at home or enjoying time outside. I do my best to ensure each pet feels safe, happy, and part of the family during their stay. I have an open, unfenced yard, so for safety, all pets will be leashed while outside. We also have a spacious deck where your pet can relax and enjoy the summer breeze. Inside the home, your pet will be free to roam and play under supervision. My own dog is friendly and happy to provide companionship if your pet enjoys socializing. I have a medium-sized crate available if needed, and plenty of toys to keep your pet engaged. Fresh water will always be available, and your pet’s comfort and safety are my top priorities.

About: Lifelong pet owner with love of animals and years of experience caring for pets of all kinds. As a parent, I understand the importance of safety, compassion and responsibility. Available pet sitting that ensures your pets are loved and well cared for during daytime visits or extended periods while your away! Pet care is an integral part of my daily life, seamlessly woven into my routine. Each day begins and ends with my furry companions, ensuring they receive the attention and care they deserve. I have a large fenced in yard and two friendly dogs to keep your fur baby company. Dogs eat seperate from each other and all are very much played with by me and my boys. I can crate as well if and when needed.

“She was great with North and kept me updated on everything! Thanks again!”

About: I'm strong enough to where no matter the size of the dog, I can move them in and out of cars, houses, bath tubs, dog beds, anywhere they need to go without hurting them. Moreover, I've seen the full breadth of a dog's life between the 2 who I've owned from puppyhood to old age. I know the carrot and the stick that young dogs need to grow up well-adjusted, and I know the special needs that elderly dogs often have. Any lesson I've learned from rearing a dog, I made a point to never forget it. I'm currently between jobs and desire to exercise more, so I've got plenty of time and motivation to play with your dogs. Be it walkies, fetch, tug-of-war, or just running around, I'm your Huckleberry (hound?). My dogs keep within an invisible fence and take the older one out on a leash whenever he needs to slow down in his old age. They don't play much any more, but even back when they did, I was the undefeated tug-of-war champion of this and any other house. Any discipline is issued verbally, with the only physical discipline being holding their mouth closed while I scold them. Thankfully, they're well-trained and well-mannered enough to where I don't need to scold them often. They're good dogs, unless you're a snapping turtle.

“Jeffrey took great care of our Samoyed Oakley! He treated him like one of his own and Oakley got to make new friends! Very happy with the daily visits.”

About: As an avid dog lover with over 6 years of hands-on experience, I bring a deep passion and understanding of canine care that sets me apart as a superior dog sitter. From daily walks to personalized playtime and attentive feeding, I prioritize the well-being and happiness of each furry client. I am currently very flexible during the summer months, as I work in a school. I’m available to stay at the house, most of the day or even pop in for a walk. I don’t provide in home pet sitting in my own home, but I am available to stay at the clients home for dog sitting or cat sitting.

About: I have had pet my entire life from horses to dogs and hamsters. I have had multiple dogs throughout my life and have even trained some from the puppy stages. I also know how to care and handle senior dogs. I have a love and patience for all animals of any type. At the moment I am a student in college. I have the best availability on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays in the afternoon. Of course my schedule is always changing but I am a great communicator and always open for discussion. I have a enormous respect for other homes and items. I believe that being respectful and mindful about the animal and their space is extremely important. I believe that listening to the animal and their needs through reading body language is extremely important. Before walks I check the roads and see the temperature to make sure their paws are safe. On walks I practice safe distance from other dogs to make sure all animals are safe.

About: I’ve had a family dog for almost all of my life, I also used to work at a doggie daycare and I’ve taken care of dogs for multiple friends!! I love dogs of all breeds and size, but I choose to watch one at a time so I can give all my attention to your fur baby! I work part time so I can watch dogs Mon, Thursday, Friday, or Saturday! I can do boarding for most dogs as long as they come with sleeping arrangements. I have a huge backyard with a gated pool and a pretty big front yard as well. When taking care of other dogs I have a super long rope I tie them up to so they can run freely because we don’t have any fences.

About: I’ve taken care of many cats and dogs from when I was a young child. We rescued a few stray cats and dogs who grew to become our beloved family pets. I’m an administrative professional who during the week works 40 hours in the medical industry and would enjoy caring for your pets in their familiar surroundings. This additional line of work helps support my child’s secondary education, and satisfies my love in caring for animals. I look forward to meeting your feline and/or canine family members and care for them at their dwelling. It’s traumatizing enough missing their owners who need to travel, being placed in an unfamiliar location can disrupt their routine and cause unnecessary stress. Thank you for your consideration. I’M ONLY AVAILABLE ON THE WEEKENDS; FRIDAY EVENINGS TO EARLY MONDAY MORNINGS. Due to my primary job, I’m only able to assist on the weekends. I will feed, pet, play, massage, brush, and interact with your pet as if it were my own. Pets deserve quality care for their unconditional love. A few things I adhere to is avoiding all dog parks. Canines may behave differently when their owners are away and I don’t want any pet to get injured. I prefer to stay on the owners property to keep everyone safe.

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs since I could drive. I dog sit for family and friends pretty consistently. I also have a pretty flexible schedule! I follow each pet’s routine closely whether in my home or the client’s. I provide fresh water, playtime, walks, and lots of love, always making sure they feel safe, happy, and comfortable.

About: Having no human children of my own I have always gravitated towards animals. I have cared for dogs for over 25 years. I have worked with all different types and temperaments. I will ensure the safety and happiness of your pets. Whether drop in visits or walks I will be professional, on time, reliable and dependable. The most important thing in my life is my dog (other than my husband) and I will treat your pets as my own. l have been a customer of Rover for many years and know how much a good sitter means to me. I would like the opportunity to be that for you. Meet and greet is a requirement to ensure your dog is comfortable with me and it is how I start a great relationship with each pet in my care. Knowing the animals temperament, likes and dislikes, feeding and walking schedule will help make the experience a very positive one for all of us!! I am currently available most evenings and weekends. I generally do not have availability weekdays during regular business hours at this time but will work with you to see if I can modify my schedule to see if we can work together. The safety of your dog is my top priority. I will always have your sweet pup on a leash and will take the time they need to explore and get some exercise. I am mindful of areas that have ticks and always conduct a thorough check of the dog (s) upon return to your home.

Emma has walked my dog numerous times and has also watched him while I was away on vacation, and sometimes I think my pup is more excited to see Emma than me! Suzanne F.
“Suzanne taught me everything I know about dogs. She loves dogs more than people and she will be first to admit that. In public, she reacts to dogs the way most people react to babies. When I need someone to take care of my dog, Maggie, Suzanne is the first person I think of. When I have a question about the care and feeding of my dog, Suzanne is the first person I reach out to and she responds immediately with amazing advice. And when my dog is driving me crazy by acting like a dog, Suzanne is the first one to empathize while also gently reminding me that my dog is just acting like a dog. In Suzanne is a dog whisperer, and any dog who is in her care is the ultimate “lucky dog”!”
