I have only left her overnight one other time so needless to say I was nervous about a long weekend away from her. Tuongvi was responsive and communicative from the minute I reached out about booking. She came over prior to the trip so I could show them my space and familiarize them and my dog. While on our trip, she sent us pictures, videos and updates for all three cats. She was amazing with communicating when she was on her way and heading out, too. While we were gone, she even cleaned up litter from the floor and tidied uo our place.
