“Gem is the BEST! I’m so glad we found her. She went above and beyond while we were all on vacation - in addition to staying with them, giving feedings, etc., she made multiple trips to the vet to treat on ongoing issue with my Golden. She washed Mickey and Charlie in their favorite shampoo when they got muddy. She even vacuumed and mopped our floors at the end of the stay. But the best thing - she clearly loves the dogs as much as we do. It was awesome getting regular photos of them while we were away. I would happily recommend Gem to anyone looking for a great pet-sitter.”

“Tuongvi and her partner took care of my two Yorkies in my home for the second time and I would continue to recommend her! After taking care of my pups for a few days the first time, she helped me for two weeks this time. Like before, she was communicative, responsive, punctual, and she sent me pictures and updates at least a couple times daily without me having to ask. She was also accommodating to my few ad hoc requests. She respected the instructions I shared and asked questions where clarity was needed. My home was left in good shape. About: I’ve grown up around dogs my whole life! We had a family dog when I was growing up and I would house/ pet sit for my neighbors when they would go out of town. I currently have three fur babies. A 2 year old Cane Corso/ Stafford Terrier named Moose, a 2 year old pit bull mix named Oakley and a cat named Romeo! Having three animals under one roof has been quite the experience but I’ve loved every moment of the chaos. Since I currently work from home full time I’m available Monday- Sunday most weeks and my schedule is pretty flexible. If you have any questions please feel free to reach out. Working from home allows me to keep a close eye on your baby and adhere to whatever potty break or play schedule you have set.

“Sherine was so great with our dogs (and 17 yr old moody cat)! She sent pics in the morning and night. Walked them daily. House seemed more clean and tidy than when we left- which also indicated ho much she cares and takes her job seriously. She gave us the peace of mind we needed to be able to relax and enjoy our vacation without worrying about our babies. I actually felt like the dogs missed her when she left! Thank you Sherine!!!!”

“Ellen was absolutely amazing watching our pets! This was our first time using Rover (or any pet sitter) so we were nervous at first. Our nerves went away when Ellen started to send updates and pictures multiple times a day while we were on vacation. Coming home, our flight was delayed twice so Ellen was able to quickly adjust our booking to add another check in so our pets wouldn’t be home alone for too long. About: I’m a very loving individual and you will see that. I steered into the Medical Field for a little but my heart is in animals and giving them the attention they need. I have worked at Rover Oaks as a Doggie Daycare attendant. From being bitten to having snuggling moments, I wouldn’t change my thought or reconsider any animal that I’ve taken care of. I have had animals my whole life. No dog/cat is too much for me. I love each one! I give baths and clip nails. As well as I can give medications if needed. I can be at your house whenever you need me to be. I can mostly work my schedule around you. I make sure that every animal gets the love they all deserve. I feed my pets every day and maintain their waters. I also take them on walks every day and am experienced with walking them. I don’t discipline my dogs, only reward them.

“Natalie is AMAZING!! She did a meet and greet with us and it was clear from the start how much she loved animals. Aside from instructions, she got on the floor and engaged with our cats. While on our trip, she sent us pictures, videos and updates for all three cats. Eventually, even our shy cat came out and began hanging out in the common area; she made sure to check on him everytime she came over. She was amazing with communicating when she was on her way and heading out, too. While we were gone, she even cleaned up litter from the floor and tidied uo our place. She is phenomenal, we really appreciate Natalie so much!”
