About: I have had pets, dogs and cats, pretty much all of my adult life. Love all kinds of animals. My last pet was a basset hound that was with me for 11 years till she passed. On the days I am available, my schedule is very flexible so I will be able to meet all of your pet care needs for you furry friend. I will make sure you pet is given the love and attention he/she needs while you are away. No need to worry about your furry friend while you are away.

About: My life is filled with fantastic pet stories, and I’ve had and cared for pets my entire life. I had my amazing Maine Coon Simba who I cared for throughout his life. He was smaller than the average Maine Coon, but had all the confidence of the largest one. Now, my mini poodle Camo is always ready to cheer me up. He is very energetic, loving, and protective. I am no stranger to caring for high-energy pets! I also have experience with larger dogs such as White Shepards and Dobermans. As well as less common pets like hamsters, bearded dragons, and snakes. I am currently working part time, so I have plenty of time to take care of your pet! Apart from a few weeks out of July where I will be working all day, I will be available to sit morning through evening Monday through Saturday depending on distance. I am flexible to care for your pet in a way they are used to, as I know everyone has a different routine and I don’t want your pet to become overwhelmed by changes. I love to walk dogs on their own or in groups (depending on size and temperament). I am great with entertaining and playing with dogs to give them their fill of exercise and interaction.

“During our meet and greet Loki took to Jordann fairly easy, so I felt good about her walking Loki. Yesterday was their first walk together and it went well(besides the heat). I came home and noticed that Loki was happy and very playful, all thanks to Jordann. Loki and I are looking forward to our weekly walks. I highly recommend Jordann, just not on Mondays and Tuesday ?”

About: Animals—especially dogs—are my passion! I have over a decade of experience pet-sitting and grooming dogs, and have owned, fostered and cared for dogs, cats and exotic pets of all breeds and sizes in my home since I was very young. I look forward to having the opportunity to care for your beloved fur babies, and promise to love them like they’re my own while you’re away. *I have experience working as a dog groomer—I offer bathing services at an additional cost! Feel free to ask.* I currently work remotely full time, so I am available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to provide attentive care to your dog(s). I have a fenced-in backyard and two friendly Australian Shepherds to keep your dog company. Your dog will have as much supervised outside play time as they would like, and will have free roam of the main floor of my house at other times. If you prefer your pet to be crated at times, just let me know your preference and I’ll be happy to accommodate. ***Note: to avoid stomach upset/any allergic reactions, dogs in my care will ONLY be given food and/or treats supplied and approved by their owner. Additionally, to help protect my family, home and other dogs in my care, I ask that owners please ensure their dogs are up to date with flea/tick/worm preventative. About: I have grown up surrounded by all sorts of animals, including dogs, cats, horses, bearded dragons, chickens, and more, which sparked my lifelong passion for animal care. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Animal Science from Virginia Tech, where I deepened my knowledge of animal health, behavior, and management. Additionally, I worked for three years in a veterinary hospital, where I gained hands-on experience assisting with medical procedures, patient care, and client education. These experiences have provided me with a strong foundation in animal science and care across a wide range of species. I’m an Animal Science teacher currently on summer break, and I’m looking to fill my time with puppy love and long walks. Growing up with all kinds of animals and earning my degree in Animal Science from Virginia Tech, I’ve always had a deep love and understanding of animals. With three years of hands-on experience working in a veterinary hospital, I’m comfortable handling dogs of all breeds, sizes, and personalities. I’m reliable, flexible, and excited to spend my free time giving dogs the care, attention, and exercise they deserve. Safety and trust are my top priorities when it comes to animals in the home. My time at home with pets is always filled with playtime, cuddles, belly rubs, and plenty of attention. I create a loving, secure environment where animals feel comfortable, happy, and cared for. There’s rarely a moment when I’m not either snuggling with a dog, playing fetch, or simply making sure they feel safe and loved. Building trust through kindness, consistency, and gentle care is at the heart of every interaction I have with animals.

About: I am an avid animal lover with around seven years of personal and professional pet care experience, with two sweet pups of my own at home. Professionally I have experience with house sitting, feeding, bathing, grooming, and walking (and playing of course ). I have had experience with special needs animals such as dietary restrictions and monitoring. One of my own dogs has allergies, sensitive skin and anxiety issues and takes a lot of patience and exercise, so I have experience working with animals that need a bit more work and attention. I have no issues watching, feeding or walking large dogs, dogs with behavioral issues or dogs with disabilities or special needs. I have previously worked with a large range of breeds, sizes and ages of animals and feel I can provide a lot of love and attention to your pets. I work in healthcare Monday-Friday normal business hours but outside of that I am available to care for any pets in need of care including weekends. I have a fenced in yard and crates for my two dogs upstairs, I would usually prefer to watch pets at the owners home though.

About: I grew up with dogs, cats, hamsters, and guinea pigs. I always made cakes and treats for my German Shepard's. Of course peanut butter and blueberries were his favorite. I live in a three bedroom home with a spacious yard on a quite side street. Your dog will be spoiled and have all the love they can handle when they are with me. I am currently working from home and have ample time for walks, play time, head scratches, and snuggles. I am available for long weekends as well. I will be able to crate your dog if needed. Your dog will have to be walked on a lead as I do not have a fenced in yard. There are no other pets or young children in the house.

Ava C.
“Ava is fantastic with both our cat Gulliver and our dog Chloe. You can tell she cares about her connection with the pets she cares for and she pays attention to their individual needs. Gully typically just wants some attention and pre-nap playtime (he has an auto feeder), while Chloe wants to get out her energy on a walk. Ava keeps up well with her hyper ways and is patient enough to get her to calm down enough to get all ready for her walk. I’m thankful we’ve found someone we can easily rely on in Ava!”
