About: Hello! My name is Izzy, I’m 21 years old, and I’m going into my senior year at Penn State while working at Rita’s Italian Ice in Cranberry Twp. I’m so excited to start my Rover journey! I’ve grown up with having dogs in my household all my life, from a 4 1/2 lb. Chihuahua to a chunky Toy Fox Terrier to a mighty but loving Rottweiler-Black Lab mix. I’ve also been tasked with taking care of my neighbor’s and friend’s dogs over the years, whether that be stopping over to give them food, bathroom breaks, and cuddles, or even staying overnight over the span of a week so the dog(s) don’t feel alone. Therefore, I’m hoping to be the best fit for you, too! Outside of dogs, I love to be in our pool when the weather is warm and being able to do so with my family, pick up new crafting hobbies like scrapbooking or embroidery, and go to concerts of a variety of artists (43 concerts and counting!), most recently being 5 Seconds of Summer. I can’t wait to start this opportunity and hopefully bring some relief to someone in need of dog-helping needs! I’m currently working part-time at Rita’s Italian Ice in Cranberry Twp., and the schedule always fluctuates between 4-6 hour shifts. I don’t have set days, but I’m typically scheduled one weekday and the Friday-Sundays, However, I have plenty of time outside of those shifts and always accommodate around them to ensure that all the dog’s needs are met. At home, I assist in letting our dogs play in our fenced-in backyard, giving them treats when they’ve behaved or done a trick we’ve taught them (sit and “paw”), taking them on neighborhood walks when it’s nice outside, assuring that their food and water are filled, and playing with them to get their zoomies out before everyone starts winding down for the night. Outside of my home, if there is not a fenced-in backyard, I’ve taken the dog(s) outside on leashes for bathroom purposes, as well as do all actions mentioned above from what I do at home. Some houses have also had puppy pads when necessary, and I always take appropriate measures to clean up any messes and re-lay down a fresh puppy pad.

I have two cats from the shelter, and a senior dog who requires a little extra TLC. I'm experienced in giving medicine, senior care, walking dogs, and everything else! I commute between Wexford and my college classes at Carlow University. I'm seeking a flexible job that allows me to balance my studies with my passion for working with animals. I am available on weekends for dogs. I am also available all week for “drop in” cat sitting. I always put the safety and happiness of pets first when I'm in a client's home and my own home. Since I have a flexible schedule, I can always be on time and give them the attention they need. Plus, I have my own car, so getting there is never an issue.

About: I’ve had dogs my entire life so caring for them has always been second nature to me. I have hands on experience caring for them through all stages of life from energetic puppies to senior dogs. As a college student on break, I have a very flexible schedule and plenty of availability to focus on pet care. Without classes or campus commitments, I can dedicate my time to regular walks. For dog walking, safety and trust are always my top priorities. I use secure leashes and harnesses, avoid unsafe areas, and keep walks at a pace that’s comfortable for each dog. About: My family always had quite a few pets growing up. Not just cats and dogs. We had birds, reptiles, fish and farm animals. It wasn’t always easy but it was worth it. Now it’s just my pup Beef, making friends around the neighborhood. My schedule is fairly flexible. Making a regular schedule is always preferred, but last minute requests are welcome. Not all days and pets are the same! I do prefer to care for pets at their owners home, at least at first, where they’re comfortable. If the pet is more independent, walks and feeding can be of service. My pup, Beef loves to play and has brought other dogs out of their shell to socialize. So if they get along, he would be there for our walks and playtime.

About: I have grow up with multiple dogs of all sizes, ages, and temperaments my whole life and also have cared for others pets for several years! I currently have two fur babies of my own, Mylo and Jazzy, whom I love dearly! Mylo is a cuddly King Charles Spaniel who I have raised from a puppy and Jazzy is a beagle mix who I rescued when she was 3 ! Due to her rough past, she unfortunately has worked through some anxiety issues which has allowed me to become an expert in giving medications and TLC. She is thankfully totally anxiety free now and living her best life! I am looking forward to providing your pups with a PAWsome experience! I am currently working from home which gives me ample time to provide your pets with the care they need! I ideally would like to watch your dogs at my house due to having dogs of my own/ my work set up. When taking care of your pups, they will be continually monitored and provided with the safest environment possible! I would treat your pets like one of my own and provide them with the excellent care they deserve! We have a beautiful back yard for a safe environment for your pups to run and play.
