“Meliisa and her family are amazing !!! They took such great care of Balto !! Balto became part of the family while he was there and enjoyed all the things he does at home :). Highly recommend Meliisa !!”

“Michelle and Sami were amazing!! They took great care of our very active Weimeraner puppy and it was obvious that he was showered with affection by their family. They're very experienced in training/caring for different breeds, and their Goldens were great pals to our dog. We are so grateful for their help and care!”

“Stacey was great. She has a lot of experience with bigger dogs, and I felt immediately comfortable with her watching my dog after meeting her. I hope to book with her again!”

“Kate (and her family) are wonderful! From the moment I contacted her, Kate impressed me with her genuine caring and interest in my Benji. He has a medical condition - Cushing's Disease, which requires meds to be given on schedule 3x a day, and more potty breaks than a well pup would require. Her lifetime of experience and ease with animals was obvious from the moment we met. Benji's comfort and confidence with Kate, her family and their home, was immediate. As someone who had been nervous about leaving my buddy prior to meeting Kate, I wound up feeling very confident and comfortable leaving him with her! Kate was fantastic with Benji! She sent me photos each day, which allowed me to see his activities and how much fun he was having on his vacation! She also kept me informed of how he was doing overall, with his meds, and didn't hesitate to ask questions or let me know about any concerns that she had - I so appreciate these interactions! Kate is an awesome sitter and person, and I recommend her with all of my heart! She took wonderful care of my Benji, and I know that he's looking forward to his next vacation with her! Thank you so much Kate and family!!!”

“Thanks Devin &Tim you took great care of dasiy. She took awhile to come around but you hung in there we appreciate you and thank you. We will recommend you to all our Dog friends.”

“Pam took such good care of our black lab who had never been boarded before! She responded quickly to our messages and put our minds at ease as we traveled. We will definitely use Pam again since our dog felt right at home with her and her other boarders. Thanks Pam!!”

“Michael is GREAT with our little Matilda. He sends videos, pays close attention to details, is flexible with dates and files and takes such great care of her during her stays. I’d recommend him to anyone!”

“We have never trusted anyone other than family to take care of our dogs until we came across Maria and her husband. They were very welcoming and gave us a sense of peace since the moment we met them. They have a large and beautiful property, with so much space for the dogs to explore. During the time my dogs stayed with them, they continuously sent me updates and gave me reassurance with photos that they were doing well. I loved the experience and will definitely be going back to them.”

“Christi was such a pleasure to work with and my dog was very well taken care of, and happy and healthy when we picked him up. He stayed active and Christi sent me lots of pictures of his adventures! Recommend and would definitely book again.”

“Ruby had a wonderful time with Dana and her dog Cooper. Dana was extremely accommodating and even let us get in a day sooner on a minute's notice! Ruby will definitely be back.”

“Couldn’t be more complementary about Lindsay and her family other than to say that they made Rusty feel like another part of their family. They welcomed him with open arms knowing he had counter surfing issues and separation anxiety. From the photos she sent, it is evident that Rusty enjoyed his stay.”

“Rae and her family really worked hard to make my anxious Bichon, Hope feel at ease.. Hope came from neglect and abuse the first 5 months of her life before we adopted her. She gets anxious with anyone above her trying to pet her, but after a day, her anxieties were minimized and she felt more at home! I appreciate all your love and support with Hope!”
“Mary and the fam were great! Did a little 1 day 1 night stay for our first visit in preparation for a longer weekend, and they treated Oakley wonderfully. He also had a great time playing with everyone can’t wait to get back!”

There are multiple beds and couches in the house that your pup is welcome to choose from to hang out in day or night.
“We were so comfortable leaving Chimay with Erin. I hope Bob didn’t hover too much at drop off, he is less experienced at that and can get protective. We hope all went well while she was there, it looked like she fit in from the pictures.”

“Angeline was great we got pictures every day and most important Chelsea was happy We had left her at a daycare/kennel previously and she quit eating and it took her almost 2 weeks to get back to normal. We are planning on using Angeline again if her schedule is open in April”

“We had great experience with Jena and Nick. Dexter received lots of love, personal attention, playtime, daily walks. Their pet Sebastian was a very nice dog and became great buddy of Dexter in a short time. They have a very nice and clean fenced backyard too. Dexter really enjoyed his time with Jena, Nick and Sebastian… We really appreciate their effort in making sure Dexter felt it at home…Thank you Jane, Nick and Sebastian for being so lovely to Dexter.”

“Patrick and Emily were fabulous! Zeke loved it there. They provided pics and updates and took very good care of our puppy while we were away! Highly recommended”

“I can’t say enough wonderful things about the care Addie received from Valerie and her son! Knowing she was in such loving and attentive hands made all the difference while I was away. It was clear she was happy, well cared for, and loved like family. Addie had such a blast during her stay—she went on so many walks and enjoyed endless snow playtime in their fenced-in yard. She even bonded with Valerie’s son, which made it so hard to take her away from the fun little retreat she was on! Even though Addie was very stressed the first day or so being in a new place and away from me, Valerie and her son were incredibly understanding, communicative, and flexible. They took the time to ensure she felt safe and comfortable, and it wasn’t long before Addie QUICKLY warmed up to them and trusted them completely. It was especially kind of them to care for Addie for multiple weeks over the holidays. Their flexibility and willingness to provide such attentive care during a busy time of year meant so much to me, and it truly showed how open and compassionate they are. Valerie was also an incredible communicator throughout Addie’s stay, sending tons of photos and updates that kept me reassured and connected. Seeing Addie’s happy face in every photo made me smile and truly put my mind at ease. The entire experience was seamless, and I truly wouldn’t change a thing. Their communication, attention to detail, and genuine love for animals make them absolutely exceptional. If you’re looking for someone to take the best care of your furry family member, look no further—Valerie and her son are the best!”

Bradfordwoods dog parents share their Rover experiences
Melissa and her family are simply wonderful. Our girls had the time of their lives. The yard is great and fully fenced, the family dogs are incredibly sweet, and everyone pitches in to care for the pets staying with them. We got regular updates throughout our trip, which made all the difference. Leaving our girls is never easy, but knowing they’re with their family makes it effortless.

Rae did a wonderful job taking care of our dog Freya! This was Freya's first experience being cared for by someone other than an extended family member, and we were unsure how she would handle the experience. However, we received a picture and update for every night that Freya was with Rae, which eased our minds and showed us that Freya was enjoying her "weekend away" as much as we were! We will definitely book with Rae again!
